Location is good

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Si and Daniel clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. The kitchen was very convenient, and any issues were handled quickly.

Sharing the bathroom was a minor inconvenience, but considering the price, the stay was still good value overall.

Quartier un peu détérioré et peu de charme. L’appartement est situé en arrière de la cour et on voit des portes qui sont bloqués à l’intérieur pour les autres parties de la maison. Rue très passante.

Si is a very helpful & accommodating host who also responds quickly to messages. She allowed me to store my luggage after check-out until the evening, even letting me take a quick shower to freshen up when I came back to pick up my luggage before taking the long flights home. The separate-entry apartment unit is one of the cleanest, most well-equipped of its kind I've ever stayed at. With only 2 rooms in the unit, access to the bathroom was never crowded. (In fact, it felt like I had my own private bathroom, as there was only 1 other guest sharing the unit that day.) The house is located directly at the stop of bus lines 407 & 430, which run frequently and take only a few mins to get to Bridgeport Sky Train Station. The proximity to the airport is another bonus. Overall, a great find!

I thought it was a little overpriced for sharing with another individual.

Convenient location for airport. Had what I needed, comfortable, quiet enough (though could hear people upstairs), private entry.

Would be nice to have a bit more low light options for the evening. On booking the one I selected said that airport pickup was included, but when I called it was an additional cost that was more expensive than uber. This should be changed on the website as although it does say in the description that the pickup is an additional charge the booking.com button made it seem as though it was included with this special offer which made the description info seem like it wasn't referring to this special offer - misleading.

Lage wie beschrieben nah am Flughafen, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, trotzdem ruhig.

This is a lovely very clean and quiet place at a great location, with convenient access to downtown Vancouver via public transportation. Si and Daniel were very helpful and quick to reply throughout. Great value for the price and I would definitely stay again!

We originally booked another place, but we didn’t like it because it was untidy and didn’t feel safe. Thankfully, we found this place, and all I can say is: superb! Everything you need is here. The unit is very clean, comfortable, and affordable. This has become my favorite place to stay in Vancouver. Kudos to the owner for maintaining such a wonderful space and making guests feel welcome. Highly recommended! 😊

The location is close to the bus stop, and the hosts are really nice and friendly! They live just upstairs, so it’s easy to communicate with them. They also offer an airport transfer service (25 CAD), which is great for travelers with large luggage! They also have a large-capacity washing machine and dryer.

Sometimes you might hear the sound of the door closing.

This stay was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, fully equipped, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was very smooth. The location was convenient and the environment was quiet, allowing us to relax completely.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The hosts were incredibly responsive and maintained great communication from start to finish. All of the location and access instructions were crystal clear and very easy to follow, making check-in a breeze. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite, which features a lovely private bath and a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room. The accommodation included absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, the hosts were amazing—very accommodating and highly flexible with our requests. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Necesitábamos pasar la noche para volar temprano al día siguiente. Fue muy fácil llegar desde la estación de Bridgeport y a solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto en uber. Era seguro y cumplió con todo lo que necesitábamos

這是不包含早餐的住宿，但屋主還是很貼心準備簡單的麥片。 門口有公車站430/407 二路公車路線，很方便到逹Richmond市中心。 屋後有一條Trail 很容易走。 可以使用洗衣機和乾衣機很方便。

Was a little noisy, but not terrible. Someone was rummaging around around 3am. I didn’t have the updated check in code one upgraded or maybe I overlooked it! No worries was able to contact host with a quick phone call.

The bedroom is spacious and clean. The location is very convenient if you have to catch a flight or you're coming back from a trip. We enjoyed the guest free parking. The kitchen amenities were great!

The bed was pretty soft, although some people love them that way. It was very warm in the bedroom and we had to sleep with the window slightly open (end of November). I don't believe there was a thermostat in the bedroom to turn it off.

It was close to the airport, it was clean, easy access.

There was a weird smell in the room, i do not know what, but everything was clean.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the whole place, as well as the incredible comfortable bed and big kitchen area. We felt safe and had a quiet night. There was usual city traffic noise, but when the windows are closed you could barely hear it.

Tout Daniel à été très arrangeant ! L’établissement est très propre, très bien équipé et très joli. En plus de cela, il y a plein de petites attention pour les clients ! Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit, mais si besoin, nous serions resté plus avec plaisir !

Endroit proches de l'aéroport et des voitures de location. La chambre était super propre et le lit confortable. La cuisine a même du thé, café et des noodles ! 🍜 Je recommande, à ce prix là comparé au hotel alentour hors de prix c'est vraiment mieux 😉
