La colazione e la stanza senza finestra apribile.

Albergo molto bello in posizione strategica nel quartiere Gion. Metro e stazione praticamente accanto con linea diretta per il fushimi inari e anche per Osaka Stanza confortevole e arredata con gusto in stile giapponese con letto comodissimo, super doccia e macchina espresso. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia e sono stati precisi e puntuali. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e omelette cucinate sul momento. Davvero un eccezionale rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Lit trop mou à notre goût, on a vraiment pas bien dormi malgré le cadre très sympa de l’hôtel. Des moustiques dans les parties communes (réception, bar)

Situación, en el centro histórico. Andando del bullicio a apenas 10’. Servicio excelente, impecable. Habitaciones increíbles (premium). Muy buen desayuno (amplio horario).

Gimnasio muy muy pequeño. Insuficiente para un hotel de esta categoría.

Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dal centro e vicinissimo alla metro, dotato anche di ristorante e bar.

Hotel eccezionale. Tutto super. Accoglienza, staff, camera, colazione top (ci sono un sacco di varianti sia occidentali sia giapponesi, sia dolci sia salate). Abbiamo provato anche le biciclette! Consigliatissimo!

Decoration soignee et tres belle, emplacement ideal, personnel gentil et efficace. La chambre etait magnifiquement decoré. Excellent breakfast par ailleurs!

We recommend this hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms and amenities were clean and nice. Walking distance to the river, shops, restaurants and train station. Across the road is Choice, a vegan restaurant. Water and coffee stations at the lobby level, and also in the room. We did not opt for breakfast (vegan family, and options are limited - as per the online feedback). We requested and got adjoining rooms (facing the backside, will suggest to request for roadside).

Not sure what to say:), ok, it's not inexpensive. Another one, beds are soft, if one is not comfortable with that.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar dat is gebruikelijk in Japan. De locatie is perfect! Bedden zijn goed en comfortabel. Vanuit hier ben je zo bij een station, winkels en andere toeristische attracties.

Het ontbijt is voldoende maar niet super uitgebreid. Het is westers gecombineerd met oosters. Je hebt wel wat keuze maar verwacht geen "van der valk ontbijt" qua keuzes.

The location is perfect. The hotel has a beautiful interior design, and the rooms are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable.

Struttura chic e moderna e La posizione perfetta! Uscita dall' hotel a destra c'è la metro e poi con una camminata di 5 Min il centro di Kyoto. Poi c'è una receptionist italiana Ludovica (se ricordo bene il nome)che ti dà una grande mano in tutto 😉

Mooie en schone kamer. Het ontbijt was grandioos! Hotel was prachtig. En de locatie vonden wij heel fijn. Konden heel veel lopend doen.

Hotel molto carino collocato in posizione strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni di kyoto. Lo staff è gentile. Le camere sono molto belle. È presente un'area ristoro con caffè e piccoli snack sempre a disposizione. È presente un bar che serve cocktail buoni. Non ho usufruito di spa e gym quindi non saprei dire.

Mentre la colazione salata, in particolare il pesce, sembrava buona, le opzioni dolci erano limitate e di qualità medio/bassa. Unica critica che faccio all'hotel.

Very comfortable well located hotel. Loved the zen inspired design. Reception staff extremely helpful patient and friendly.

Breakfast is disappointing if you are wanting a non cooked continental style with healthy options. Lacking fruit variety and freshly baked croissants and pastries. Watered down orange juice. Buffet style and not replenished quickly enough.

Beautiful cozy looking interior, soundproof and blackout room. Very comfortable bed and nice robes and slippers

The restaurant was expensive and the food was average. There could be more bench space and hanging hooks in the bathroom. Also the tv not connected to the internet was a little annoying

The staff is what made the stay great. The hotel itself was not as customer friendly as most of yhe 5 star hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan

Very modern and sleek, a fabulous ambiance and decor. Well situated with easy access to the Pontacho Dori street which was great for food. Buffet breakfast was great with a mix of western and Japanese food.

Despite the room being amazing, it had smoked glass instead of a window which made it feel a bit claustrophobic and you had no idea what the weather was doing until you left the room.

Nice boutique hotel with bar and separate restaurant. Friendly staff, comprehensive breakfast options and great location right near the underground.

Beaufiful design, rest areas with free beverages while you wait for family or friends. Top quality beds, generous breakfast, lovely welcome drink at a cozy hotel bar.

Two things. The window doesn’t have proper curtain, so it can be quite bright already very early in the morning. I’d prefer a darker room for a lazy morning. Second, there’s a large window in the shower&bathrom. Again, it’s personal, but I’d like my privacy in the shower and on the loo:)

Convenient location, close to an area with restaurants, wonderful riverbank is 5 min walk from the hotel.

Very clean, location is well, coffee and tea 24/7, perfectly designed. The sitting area of the room was unique.

Location was great! Easy access to everything. Very clean & modern facilities. Front desk was eager to help with questions & even called a business we weren’t able to reach ourselves. Street noise was very muffled; super quiet room. Restaurant in the lower level had tasty food & the staff was very attentive and accommodating.

The room was quite small. Just a few feet on all 3 sides of the bed to navigate the room. Not necessarily a place to spend a lot of time. The shower/toilet had glass walls with slatted blinds for privacy that we could never get to work properly, so hopefully you’re on good terms with your roommate!

Location and staff were fabulous. We didn’t eat breakfast or eat at the restaurant so can’t comment. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early, and always helpful at the desk eg where to buy a phone cable and lent us umbrellas. It was also very quiet

We didn’t sleep well, we didn’t like the bed. But that’s very subjective.

The pilliows, there wasn’t black out and the room was too bright, the bed king was two twin beds attached and they came apart every night and my partner and I ended up separated one in each bed.

Location was ideal - close to train station, easy to get to places. Walking distance from shopping area too. Most importantly the staff was the best at the hotel. Very helpful, friendly. I had pulled a back muscle when I landed at hotel and after a few hours when I went back to front desk for something else, they had pulled up google search to show me stuff I could buy to get relief. Did not expect this at all!

The hotel was beautiful and the attention to detail by staff was amazing. We would definitely stay at this location again. Great for our family of 4! Central location...easy access to train station and walking around gion district. Thank you for a memorable experience Kyoto!

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The room was cleaned meticulously. Quality of the room facilities and amenities were excellent. The hotel is located right next to the subway station, taxi stand is only one block away at the corner of a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel but no need to even get to the taxi station as staff took care of calling taxis for us with the destination fully explained to drivers in advance for us. Boutique cafes and restaurants are abundant nearby.
