房间很新，设施齐全，卫生状况也比较好。一路之隔就是植物园，散步很爽，穿过植物园可以直接到达中心区，沿着雅芳河走过去，是一种非常好的体验。

临近道路，汽车嘈音稍大，需关紧窗户。

숙소 옆이 공원이 있어서 좋았다.

개선점이라기 보다는 도로에 인접한 숙소이어서 차량 소음이 잠을 방해했다.

Perfect location since we wanted to watch T20 match at Hagely Oval and it was a few steps away. Well decorated and everything was working fine.

Nice spot close to Hagley Park and Riccarton, Very tidy inside and a nice area to sit outside on a sunny day

Parking for large vehicles is a bit tricky as there is limited space and the digital TV series was badly lagging

Parking is very tight, but it’s fine, at least we have one, don’t need to park at road side

Hard to give a clear response as we were given a different property a lot further from where we booked due to maintenance issues with the hagley park property.

Can’t comment. The property which we were offered was very nice n new but further away. Didn’t like the fact that the annex/studio attached to our townhouse had paper thin walls. It was as though they were in our town house. Stairs to the bedroom were very steep and right opposite to the bathroom, separated by a small hallway. Only one toilet and furthermore it was in the bathroom. Hard to manoeuvre with 4 adults

Not the fault of the owners but the traffic noise in the front bedroom was quite bad. Triple glazing might help and a fan upstairs.

Not much as we didn't get the property we booked. The host contacted us at 3:30 (i.e. 1.5 hours after we the earliest checking time) to advise that due to "maintenance issues" we had been moved to another property in an entirely different suburb. This seemed suspicious as surely such issues would have been identified when the property was being prepared for our arrival i.e. before 2pm. We have a strong suspicion that we were overbooked. The host stated that the alternative was bigger and better however, on arrival when comparing the photos in booking.com to what we had it was clear the property was not bigger and it had fewer facilities

The fact we were in a location surrounded by parking lots and businesses not the residentifal area near Hagley Park that we booked. When we raised our concerns with the property they initially offered $50. When I requested a refund of one night this was increased to $150. When I refused this the hosts attitude became insulting accusing us of just sitting and complaining. No response was forthcoming regarding the individual issues raised other than an acceptance that free on-site parking was not available. Will now be making a formal complaint to booking.com for a full refund.

Sofa bed too uncomfortable for adults even with the foam mattress.

Great for two families. Well appointed and warm. Great facilities, shower toilet, TV etc. practical and loved the personal touch with biscuits, marshmallows and basic drink and breakfast supplies.

Parking was tight. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Unable to open store shed to put away cushions.one of the kitchen chairs has a loose back and was a bit wobbly.

the two bed room unit is complete with all the needed facilities, appliances, and utensils that are very functional and kept to good quality. The unit is comfy with clean bed sheets and quilts.

The unit faces a busy street, and curtains have to be lowered most of the time to keep privacy.

Beautifully presented accommodation. It was very clean, tidy and modern. Had everything there we needed and was close to our event and plenty of nice eateries etc. Owners were very good at managing our booking, and adjusting our check in time to suit our group. Really lovely accommodation and very affordable. Will definitely book again next time.

Great location, lovely walk through the gardens to get to the centre of Christchurch. Easy parking and comfortable townhouse for a few days. Everything was very clean.

No mirrors other than bathroom and with 5 females was a long time to get out the door. Also no dishcloth had to use a teatowel.

Spotlessly clean townhouse in a central location near the park. Plenty of space, courtyard out the back and off street parking. Easy instructions to check in with a code.

A bit of traffic noise. I put earplugs in but it didn't bother my husband at all.
