Molto carina vicina al centro ci si arrivava a piedi ! Sotto ci sono tutti i servizi utili e dentro casa molto comodo il fatto della lavative e microonde ! Lo consiglio vivamente

El check-in fue una mala experiencia. No podía encontrar el lugar y las instrucciones no eran claras. Casi por suerte llegué a una oficina donde había varios sujetos que arrendaban piezas. Después de esperar, llegó el anfitrión. No se podía pagar con tarjeta. Perdí mucho tiempo en esto.

We paid MR280 per night the worse ever experience, the rating on booking.com for this property looks like a false rating as the property is nowhere near that rating. I am now staying sunwin putra hotel 5stars hotel and paid less price

The location is great, the view from the apartment was stunning and the rooftop pool is great. good value for the price.

It definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Getting the key wasn't also the smoothest experience. I was in contact with the person the whole time, yet he made me wait 40 minutes in the heat without responding to my messages about where to go to collect the keys.

I really liked the location and the view from the hotel It's exceptional . Area near every where, but still need to take a taxi..City mall just right the a cross the street, many restaurants around, 24 hour market.. I stayed on the 19th floor with the facing beautiful views to the city and Petronas tower . Very beautiful infinity pool in rooftop. The room was comfortable.. I had a pair of towels and a few things The host is very welcoming and helpful.

There is no shampoo or other things for showering provided, so u must buy it before u stay there No cleaning service I thought it must include those small missing things because it's a bit pricey .

It has a million dollar view of the KL skyline including the twin towers, which looks super close from the balcony. In fact I preferred the view from the balcony than when I saw them up close. The room is comfortable and clean. The gentleman helping with the check in was super nice. I didn’t have MYR with me yet but he exchanged some money for me himself.

There is a kitchen but no cookware. Seems like an easy fix. There’s no TV - it’s a small thing but would have really added to the experience.

There was no need for me to use but in the kitchen was nothing to cook for like pots, plates or anything. And would have been nice to have any coat hangers in the wardrobe.

They told me that the room was overbooked when I already in the lobby. They did suggest a replacement room at another location, which I took because it was a bit too late for me to find another. Replacement was okay, but with no balcony. Diff facilities. I will never book from this host again. The staff was helpful tho.

very beautiful room, spacious, view of the capital Kuala Lumpur. very good facilities, very interesting swimming pool with a view of KLCC, KL Tower, PNB and Menara Merdeka 118 which is very close to us. very friendly, nice and sporty staff. The price is very reasonable with a room complete with facilities. I will repeat this last time to bring my family

On first sight it seems a little weird, because they are still building or renovating the building. But the location is good. There is a 7/11 downstairs, infinite pool with view on the Twin Towers, Merdeka 118 and the klcc tower. 17 min walk to the Petronas twintowers and enough restaurant around. Bed was very good and the apartment was clean.

It is not a hotel, more like a airbnb. I figured out my self that you need the card that came with the key for the elevator and entrance door. Maybe good to tell people. Also I was alone, but the for two the room is a bit small. Warm water needed to be activated by a sort of light switch (seemingly normal in malaysia, but good to know).

The smell in the room was awful! It seemed like we were inside sewage. Really stinky! 🤮 But when you first enter the room you smell air freshener, so we didn't know what was coming... We asked for a refund as soon as we discovered the smell, but the manager refused. And suggested the other room with the same terrible smell which he first disguised with perfume lol The bathroom is dirty and smelly and dark. One night I saw cockroaches in it. The whole apartment hasn't been properly cleaned since...never. The floor has stains on it, the kitchen zone has a moldy smell and the vibe of the room is definitely far from cozy. The building isn't great either; lifts are crowded and slow, the lobby has a garbage smell, and the water in the swimming pool is cold.

I love the room, it’s very comfortable for me. And staff very friendly, Also the hotel in Heart of city so easily can find all the necessary thing, and near by Quill city mall walking Distance 1 Minutes, Petronas Twin tower roughly 20 minutes walking distance, Also can easily find local food around here Kampung baru. Will stay here again when i come back KL😊
