The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, good food around the area. Very affordable room rate, with balcony and free breakfast (but the quality of breakfast is poor). TV, shower, wi-fi, sheets, toiletries were okay. They allowed us to check-in early, around 10AM, instead of 2PM, but charged us additional fees.

Nice reception desk! Great breakfast daily, also had option of ordering an omelette which i enjoyed very much.

The bed was very uncomfortable- it felt like sleeping on top of wires, i complained about it but no rooms were available. Too much external noise- not easy to relax in room unfortunately.

We had 2 stays here and extended them both times, Great Location, staff were very friendly and always happy to help. In the centre of Hanoi walking distance from nearly everything and surrounded by the nicest food places

El personal de recepción fue muy amable, llegamos temprano he hicieron lo posible para darnos la habitación lo antes posible. Pedimos quedarnos una noche y sin ningún problema. Muy céntrico.

Lo que no nos gustó fue que nos desapareció una bolsa con snack.

Hotel recién pintado con una ubicación perfecta, el personal muy atento y muy amable, la habitación con todo lo necesario y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, no era excesivamente abundante pero a nosotros nos gustó mucho. Tenemos que decir que lo más destacamos positivamente del hotel es el personal, muy simpáticos y dispuesto a ayudarte en cualquier momento. Enhorabuena, seguid así.

Amazing location with such a delicious breakfast! Staff was always smiling and really helpful. Our room was really specious and comfortable. AC fully functional and kept the room nice and chilly. It was facing the inner yard so unfortunately no window but really quiet even in busy city centre.

Невысокая цена и включенные завтраки. Персонал вежлив. Я попросила принести стул, так как мне нужно для работы, ребята вынесли одну тумбочку и поставили стул. Спасибо! Завтраки рекомендую заказывать Pho, очень вкусно. Ребята помогут поднять багаж в номер, так как нет лифта. Оформления номера мне понравилось, но очень тесно, я миниатюрная, но для меня с багажом показалось очень мало места.

Тесновато. Уборка была только один раз, когда убрали кровать. В остальные дни просто приносили воду, меняли полотенца и выносили мусор. Все! В предпоследний день в 14:00 - уборки не было, спустилась, узнать в чем дело, принесли воду, а так и не собирались. В последний день без стука открывают дверь, это как минимум не вежливо. Тесно, использовала чемодан, как стол. Стола не было, была тумбочка. Также не приносили чай и кофе, только в день заселения было 2 кофе и 2 чая.

El personal amable y la ubicación buena, en el centro de Old Quarter

Llegamos y ni tan solo reconocimos el hotel por su fachada. Lo habíamos elegido por su ubicación y la alta puntuación que tiene. Pero esque ni las fotos coinciden para nada con la realidad. Llegamos y olía muchisimo a pintura y estaba todo en obras y hecho un desastre. Al ver esto pedimos ver primero la habitación, pero nos hicieron pagar antes de poder subir y chequearla. Cuando entramos en la habitación, no se podía ni estar allí dentro ni mucho menos dormir del olor tan fuerte a pintura, sumandole el calor y humedad que ya hay de por si, pues la mezcla de todo era horrible. Era imposible quedarse allí con estas condiciones y sumando que una de nosotras tiene alergia a la pintura. Pedimos cambiar de habitación o obtener un reembolso y marcharnos. Nos llevaron al hotel de al lado para ver si habia otra habitación ya que se conocen entre ellos y comparten el desayuno. Nos dijeron que no habia ninguna para esa noche. Volvimos al primer edificio y seguimos insistiendo en una solución. Nos acabaron dando otra habitación que no olía tanto a pintura pero que era claustrofóbica y que para caminar por ella nos teniamos que subir a la cama para caminar hacia el baño. Tuvimos que aceptarla porque no nos daban ninguna otra opción ni nos querian reembolsar el dinero y era tarde y no habia otro lugar para dormir a esa hora. Cuando nos ibamos preguntamos si nos dejarían tener nuestras cosas ahí y darnos una ducha puesto que el autobús al siguiente sitio nos salía de noche, y nos dijeron que teniamos que pagar como si nos quedasemos otra noche mas, y dejar las cosas en nuestra misma habitación. Aunque las personas del staff intentaron poner un poco de solución con los recursos que tenían, nos parece inaceptable llegar a un lugar que no se corresponde y estar en esas condiciones. Y que después de todo nadie nos ofreciese una mínima compensación por nada. Revisad muy bien los alojamientos y sed muy insistentes para que esto no ocurra porque no se puede permitir.

It is clean and spacious and very good for its super cheap price. Also, the people are nice, especially Hi, the one who take orders every breakfast.

It was a bit hard to find because they changed the name ... 😅 Could have told us! The bathroom was not that great...but was ok.

L’hôtel est en plein travaux et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur! Avec de gros bagages, ce. Fut compliqué !

Simple room but exactly what we needed: a comfortable bed, good shower and all was clean. Breakfast was the most extended one so far, with a selection of seasonal fresh fruit and a menu that, besides the traditional Vietnamese breakfasts, also included various egg dishes and pancakes. We needed a bit more time to rest and pack our luggage for the flight home that evening, and for a little amount more, we were allowed to have the room half a day longer. The woman behind the reception (Lucy) was really kind and helpful in this. Also the rest of the staff was really kind and spoke extremely well english.

Honestly everything, the photos show something totally different than the reality. There’s so many better options around the area for the same price or even cheaper.

Location near old quarters

The room is dirty. Lots of cockroaches. The bathroom so smelly, smell like dead small animals has died in the bathroom🤮when we open the cabinet in bathroom, we saw a lot of dead roches there🤢luckily we only stay for one night. When we went there, the hotel still in a middle of renovation and i think it shouldn’t operated during that time. Not recommended.

It was very dirty from reception all the way to the room. The were shoe marks on the floor in the room. There was rubbish in the corners as you come up. I had included breakfast in my stay, but couldn’t eat in that condition. I could only imagine what kind of kitchen the food is prepared in. Even the eating area is dirty. Is cleaning that hard?🫥 The lady at the front desk, was friendly and helpful.

During our stay at the hotel (July 2025), there was ongoing renovation work, but it did not cause any disturbance. We stayed on the 4th floor, which unfortunately had no elevator access. However, we were informed that all renovations, including the lift installation, would be completed within two weeks.

호텔방에 냉장고는 안되고 샤워기는 고장인지 물이 잘안나오고 제대로 사용 못하고 아침 식사경우 1인1주문이라 양이 너무 적어서 아쉽네요

Well located, the receptionist was nice and friendly, and breakfast was very good,

but the lack of cleanliness, the neglected room, and the fact that the air conditioning didn't cool... it hasn't been the best night.

Estaba en obras, muy sucio, la habitación impresentable, el recibidor en estado de reforma, cucarachas por encima de las mesas del comedor y no pudimos desayunar un día por falta de espacio.

- khi mới nhận phòng nhân viên không kiểm tra phòng đã vệ sinh ( thay ra giường + tolet đã sạch hay chưa ) khi mình nhận phòng trên giường còn có vết son , trên chăn thì có lông mi giả của khách cũ . Tolet thì vẫn còn dơ của khách ở trước . Thái độ nhân viên buổi tối khi mình hỏi chỗ đỗ xe máy thì trả lời rất thái độ vsf không hướng dẫn cho khách . Mình mong khách sạn khắc phục vì năm trước mình đã ở thấy okela nên năm nay mình ở lại thấy thấy tệ quá . Cám ơn ạ

Tầng 5 rất nóng, đi thang máy ra là hơi nóng vào người. Có thể là tầng trên cùng vào mùa hè. Tuy nhiên không thông thoáng

Booked a family room for 4 people. This is definitely too small for 4 adults but probably will suit a family with children. Cleanliness is basic. Could be much better. Facilities are basic

Centrally located. Lots of dining and shopping in the area. Took our request with priority since I was travelling with my young daughter.

1. Its 2025 and still this property dont accept card payment. 2. They dont give 2nd door key for some reason. And when u leave, all power is off. That means including the fridge and ac. 3. Breakfast was very confusing. We were not explained how the bfast works as the buffet table only had bread fruits coffee juice and some other little stuff. Then we noticed there is a menu on the table where u choose ur hot breakfast. None of the guys working approach to me and my daughter, but when a white person sits down, they approach automatically. I was then served when I complained and the other guy just shove the food like throwing a bag of trash into a bin. He got me the wrong order also. Good thing another guy came and replaced the food.

I was given a room on the 5th floor, with no elevator, under a corrugated metal roof, with a view… of more corrugated metal. All night long, constant noise on the roof kept me from sleeping. The bathroom had numerous holes in the walls and the hygiene was far from good. I definitely do not recommend this establishment or maybe at 5$ per night.

Location! The bed was comfortable and air conditioning good.

The room was unclean. The photos did not match the reality of the hotel. All family members were disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms.

One member of the desk staff was not really helpful. However, I must admit that it appeared she did a 36 hour shift and that would make anyone a bit unfriendly. However, on the last day she was quite nice.

It was in a good location, close to the centre and old quarter, beds were clean

No lift and lots of stairs, had to carry my large bags all the way up the stairs. Really run down, stairs were dirty, bathroom had mould and was broken and super run down. Wouldn't stay again

Amazing stay, amazing staff and amazing breakfast. Possibly the best cup of coffee I've had since we arrived. Ann is the best receptionist. And good vibes all around
