Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten das Gepäck sogar bis abends (trotz des Check-outs am Mittag) noch abstellen und sogar nochmal duschen! Die Lage war sehr nah an einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unsere Aussicht war gut.

The staff are super friendly. The location is nice ( if you don't mind a mini walk to places) and the pillows are really comfy. Room was serviced everyday.

The stay was in a different building. The windows had no view. There was no conditioner in the bathroom

We had 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 4. The unit is huge and easily accommodate my family. The unit has a washer and very easy to use. Free bottle of water and excellent breakfast. Every staff from breakfast area to reception were very professional, helpful and friendly. This place is easily located near old quarter walking distance and the popular Hoan Kiem lake.

It is not a major concerns but the kitchen and bathroom I find the tap handle dull looking. Maybe that’s the standard here I don’t know or my expectations too high for cleanliness..

We truly appreciated how kind and supportive the staff at Calista Hotel were throughout our stay. They pay attention to details and make you feel valued as a guest. The location is fantastic — central, accessible, and surrounded by great spots, which made our trip so much easier. A special mention to Amanda, Andrew, William, and Ningning for their exceptional service. And to the tall young gentleman in the restaurant — although I wasn’t able to catch his name, he always served with a smile and showed great hospitality. The team really made our experience memorable.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained, but it would be even better with windows for natural light and ventilation, as the space can feel a bit enclosed. The living room is cozy, though the couch could be more comfortable to enhance relaxation. Overall, a few improvements would make the stay much more enjoyable.

ファミリールームに泊まったのですが、1フロアに1ルームしかないので気兼ねなくのびのびと過ごせました。また、立地がとても良く、徒歩圏内に有名店や見どころがあり、とても便利でした。スタッフの皆さん、丁寧でフレンドリーで、その点も良かったです。

特にありません。1日目はお風呂の排水が詰まっていたため、残念な気持ちになりましたが、次の日には掃除されていました！

A spacious, comfortable hotel in a fantastic central location, making it really easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Several minutes walk to Train Street or Hoan Kien Lake. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to set us up for the day. The staff were brilliant, but a special mention has to go to Amanda, who was absolutely top class. She couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful — from helping us navigate Hanoi and organising trips, to simply making us feel welcome throughout our stay. She even kindly stored our bags free of charge, which was incredibly helpful. Fantastic hotel, fantastic location and exceptional staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Calista Hotel & Spa! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is clean. Our room is located across the main building. It is nearby main street but since it located at the back alley so it is a bit quieter from the traffic noises. It also at the centre so it is walkable to the market place and shops.

The road to the entrace is narrow. Can only fit one car. So it is may not suitable for someone who travels by car or van. You need to park at difference place.

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super bien. L’appartement est bien agencé et la literie est bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien et diversifié.

A nice hotel, the family room was great and had all the facilities needed, located in a good location and a very good and pleasant service.

The hotel staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Always met us with a smile and friendly greeting and organised laundry for us at a very cheap rate. The hotel is three buildings located adjacent to eachother, we had rooms in buildings across the road from eachother but at the same floor level so balconies faced eachother. The hotel is located really centrally, loads of places to eat and shop nearby, but its quiet as its located down a side road. The breakfast was great, we had to go to the third building 1 min walk away, but there was a buffet breakfast of hot Vietnamese dishes, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast and an egg station where they would cook your eggs to order. All was very tasty and staff were very nice. The rooms were very nice and clean and we can highly recommend staying here if you are in Hanoi. Most sites were within walking distance, for those further out catching a Grab taxi was very convenient. A truly great hotel with fantastic staff that provided a warm and personalised service to us throughout our stay.

Great location, warm service and excellent value for money. Staff were highly engaged and polite, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was kept comfortable!

Amazing service from point of booking through to departure, and beyond! All the staff at the hotel were exceptional with their hospitality and attentiveness, and made special accommodation for our group requirements. I would like to give a special call out to Amanda who went above and beyond with all our requests, and helped with arrangements outside of the room booking itself - including seamlessly organising all our transport for the rest of our holiday.

The location is great and all the staff are lovely and good service.

Fabulous little hotel - perfect for a family, with a large room with a double bed and 2 single beds. Great location in the old quarter, with loads of local food options and walking distance from Train Street. The staff could not have been more helpful, taking our luggage to our rooms, giving us ideas for places to visit and helping to ensure that our coach collected us from the right place. The breakfast at the sister hotel around the corner was fantastic and again, the staff could not have been more helpful.

Not really a dislike, as we chose the hotel knowing the facilities, but the only improvement would be a small pool!

De kamer geeft geen uitzicht naar buiten, de ramen zijn geblindeerd als het ware, dit vond ik wel jammer. Maar dit was ook al zo te zien op de foto's.

Small boutique hotel, well located, despite being in a busy area, we were not disturbed by the noise. Love the balcony, comfy bed, generous size of the room.

Excellent petit déjeuner très varié. Hôtel très bien placé à deux pas de la cathédrale, du lac Hoan Kiem, rue du train,… Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Vous pouvez faire appel à Amanda pour les excursions ou vos déplacements, elle est au petit soin avec les hôtes.

I liked the location. It is close to everything such as train street, note cafe, hans market, hoan kiem lake, shops and restaurants etc. Good for family travelling with kids. Staff is amazing and very helpful too. Lookout for William or Andrew who have been very helpful with tips for the journey.

Room doesn't have a window or view. But it didn't bother me because we were travelling all day visiting Hanoi.

Location in old town was very convenient and walking distance to food options, many tourist attractions such as train street and don xuan market.

Condition was aged and well worn, it needs an upgrade.

We chose this hotel because of the two bedroom apartment. My family wanted space and Calista delivered. The staff -Alex and Ning Ning - took great care of us — arranging tours, helping us get familiar with the city and they even did our laundry for free. The hotel is well located. We could walk to the market and local tourist destinations, like the Women’s Museum. We got a massage there that was better than one I received at a higher end hotel later in my trip.

The breakfast was just okay.

It was in a great area and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Ontbijtruimte was te klein en te druk. De koffie was ook niet warm en vers. Sommige dingen zijn aan renovatie toe

The personal were very nice and helpful with everything. Ningning was especially helpful with us as we checked out and had to use Grab. It was nice that we had a kitchen and could buy food and fruit to eat at the hotel as well as the free water everyday. It was also nice that they had free washing machine for the clothes since it gets so hot and humid in Hanoi.

The breakfast could have an improvement but it did have delicious fruits and nice they had a menu which the cooks could make fresh like omelets.

We had a wonderful stay at Calista. The family room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, allowing our family of five to stay comfortably under one roof. Despite being located in the heart of the Old Quarter, the room was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a very restful stay. A special mention to Amanda, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She helped arrange transportation and was always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Any issues or requests were handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend Calista to families visiting Hanoi.

Отель в старом квартале. На тихой улице. Брали семейный номер, который оказался довольно просторный. Из-за того, что дома в Ханое не большие номер занимает весь этаж и лифт приходит прямо в комнату, есть ещё винтовая лестница, но она больше для персонала. Лифт ездит по карточке, нас заверили, что никто без нее на этаж не поднимется. В номере было чисто, полотенца меняли ежедневно, постельное белье хорошее новое, матрас и подушка удобные. В номере есть небольшой балкон для посиделок, что очень удобно. Завтраки были в кафе соседнего отеля в 20 метрах от нашего, не очень разнообразные, но вполне нормальные. В гостинице были европейцы и индусы. Отель отписывается на ватсап при бронировании, скидывает видео номера, что очень понравилось. Организует трансфер из аэропорта. Заранее на нужные даты купили через них экскурсии в Халонг и Ниньбинь цены как в турагенствах на улице, попросил скидку за опт - дали. Экскурсии к слову оказались качественные. В целом рекомендую данный отель.

Оплата должна была проходить через Букинг заранее, но деньги не сняли, попросили оплату на месте. Хотел оплатить картой, но мне сказали что будет дополнительная комиссия 3% я согласился, но терминал на принимал оплату, хотя во многих местах во Вьетнаме я рассчитывался этой картой. Пришлось платить долларами, но цена была фиксированная сдачу дали донгами по очень хорошему курсу. При заселении не работал сейф, позвонил на ресепшн и его оперативно заменили. В целом указанные недостатки незначительные и никак не повлияли на общее положительное впечатление от отеля.

Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous du début y compris et surtout pour les visites. Je vous recommande Amanda au Tour information, cette femme est juste parfaite! Le petit déjeuner est assez complet! Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

The location is really accessible and every major spot is nearby . The staff is absolutely amazing and that is the highlight, esp Amanda and her colleagues are very supportive and helpful. They considered our situation and also upgraded the room. Will surely recommend .

Callista Trendy is a fantastic budget friendly hotel close walking distance to Train street, the lake and food options in the Old Quarter and French Quarter with no need for you to use transport. The Staff were friendly and accommodating special thanks to Andrew and Tracy. Great size rooms cleaned daily especially the 2 bedroom apartments. The breakfast had both western and Vietnamese options and was of a high standard. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi and would happily recommend it to family and friends.

We had a very pleasant stay and felt genuinely welcome throughout our time here.While we initially had a concern regarding our room,the way the situation was handled afterwards was truly exceptional. The team reacted immediately, professionally and with great care. Everything was resolved the very same day and during the rest of our stay the level of care consistently exceeded our expectations. Even on the day of our late check-out, the room was refreshed again although we neither expected nor required it. This may not be a luxury 5-star hotel, but the service certainly deserves 5 stars. The friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to make guests happy were outstanding.A special thank you to Grace and Amanda. Both were incredibly professional, kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Grace especially has a very calm and gentle manner that immediately makes guests feel comfortable and taken care of. Amanda also deserves special recognition. From the moment of our reservation, she was always reachable via WhatsApp and consistently made sure that we were being looked after, even when she wasn't personally on site. That level of care and attention truly felt like above-and-beyond service and made a real difference during our stay. The hotel itself is spread across three nearby buildings, but this was not an issue at all since everything is located very close together. Our room was very spacious, and the location was perfect for travelling with two children and a stroller. Almost everything was within walking distance, which made our stay especially convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fine. Nothing overly luxurious but definitely sufficient to start the day well. Fresh crêpes, fried eggs, and omelettes were always available and what stood out positively was that the staff actively approached guests, informed them about these options. Issues can happen anywhere. What truly matters is how they are handled and this team did it perfectly.

Breakfast is fabulous. A lot of choices and a staff constantly making sure you don't miss anything. We appreciated the room with 2 bedrooms and a living room, very spacious. For a humble price.

Excellent location in the old quarter. The hotel is quiet, clean, beds comfortable, windows open if you want. Rooms are made dark at night, using the curtains. Staff are so helpful and have great advice on what to see, how to get around etc. Highly recommend this hotel. We have already booked to go back.

Отличное расположение отеля! Большинство главных достопримечательностей расположены в шаговой доступности. Можно не брать такси, а прогулочным шагом дойти до нужной локации и в процессе знакомиться с атмосферой города. Уборка номера производилась ежедневно. Чистые комфортные балкончики, где можно вечерами посидеть на свежем воздухе и отдохнуть. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь в разрешении любого возникшего вопроса.

The hotel was not by the main road so it’s relatively quiet. The service was excellent and the staff was attentive. For travelers going to SaPa by train/bus at 10pm, the hotel can arrange for a day tour to Ha Long Bay on your check out date, return to the hotel by 8pm to shower before you head to the train station.

Ilmastointilaitteiden koneita oli vain yksi mutta kuitenkin 2 tuuletinta, jotka oli säädetty eri lämpötiloille. Eli kun löysimme toiseen huoneeseen sopivan lämpötilan, oli toisessa huoneessa yllättäen liian kylmä. Tai toisinpäin.
