La struttura si trova nello stesso building di un hotel, si ha quindi la possibilità di accedere anche alla sua area piscina, ultimo piano. La posizione è centrale.

Per la cifra richiesta, la struttura non è adeguata. Non è un “luxury”: il tostapane era usurato, i prodotti da bagno erano già stati utilizzati (suppongo da ospiti precedenti), mancava la cura verso l’ospite (anche la carta igienica abbiamo dovuto richiedere ed aspettare che ci venisse portata).

Die Nähe zum Strand und der Ausblick, etwas abseits vom Trubel. An der Ausstattung kann man noch ein wenig feilen, Geschirr und Besteck war sehr übersichtlich und könnte teilweise erneuert werden, der Kamin und die Gesellschaftsspiele fehlten. Der Gastgeber war topp und reaktionsschnell.

Very spacious, nicely designed apartment. Incredibly comfy bed in the master bedroom! Just in front of the beach (we walked around 5-7 minutes to reach the area, where it’s allowed to swim). Lots of restaurants, shops around. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Das Doppelbett war viel zu klein. Für 2 Personen sehr ungemütlich. Ein Hochhausgerüst versperrt die schöne Aussicht das wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Das Frühstück war verhältnismäßig teuer.

Le logement est un appartement avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. 1 très grand lit double et 1 lit double. Cuisine toute équipée et le plus, lave linge et sèche linge. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, vous pouvez toutefois le prendre au resto de l'immeuble, mais il n'est pas terrible et cher, 250.000 đ/pers. L'accès à la piscine est également payant, 100.000đ. Le propriétaire nous a permis de prolonger notre séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire, et de laisser nos bagages dans la chambre avant notre départ. Pour notre dernier jour, nous avons visité Lady Buddha qui n'est pas très loin et reste un site intéressant. Puis nous avons passé du temps au bord de la piscine, l'aéroport n'est qu'à un quart d'heure de l'appartement. Je recommande vivement poir les familles qui souhaite visiter Da Nang et Hoi An. La plage est accessible à pied en traversant la rue, c'est une grande plage de sable blanc ou l'on a pied loin. Attention aux coup de soleil. 🤣

Apartment was a really good size and well appointed. Beds were comfy. View was amazing.

There is only 3 lifts for the whole building which meant waiting quite a while sometimes. The pool was charged separately and not included.

Nothing

We love the view, especially from the living room and the small bedroom. The breeze was so nice. You don’t need to turn on the A/C. Spacious enough for a family of 3. The host was very nice. Quick communication, and very accommodating to our needs. His written English was great.

Need to be maintain better. Both of the comforters in the two bedroom smell and look as though they have not been wash for some time. However host was quick to rectify the problem. Bathroom, washer, and dryer and sink were not super dirty but they were not clean neither. The shower walls need to be clean and sanitize. There are any clear stain marks. The apt would be amazing with a little more TLC (tender love and care).

The location was great as the beach was across the road.

The attached toilet shower drainage is bad and the water could not drain properly. The building across the road was uncompleted and abandoned so the view looking out from the apartment was not very pleasant. However, you can still see the beach from the balcony.

Beachfront location was awesome. Apartment was roomy, light and cool. Check-in process was easy and host's communication was good.

Views were OK but somewhat obstructed. I overlooked the detail that you have to pay to use the pool and gym - please be aware of this. The main issue for us was that although we booked for 4 people, the kitchen only had two cups, 3 spoons and two forks. Weird, but not a deal breaker.

We had an luxury and wonderful stay! Highly recommended and can't wait to come back again!

It cost money to use the pool and the gym. I would not have booked if I knew this Quite a walk to shops and bars Safe to lockup passport would be good

The location was great, very close to the beach and plenty of places to eat very close by. There were also a number of small supermarkets to buy essential supplies.
