Beautiful rooms. All staff were very helpful. Very pleased that they offered valet parking! And a great breakfast!

The “shower” was a tub/shower combination - one had to step over into the tub to take a shower. The tub was very, very tall. The floor of the tub was very slippery. It is a wonder the hotel has not had a guest fall. They offer no shower mat and there are no safety bars or rails to hold on to. I am fit but slipped several times trying to manage a shower.

Konumu mükemmel. Otel inanılmaz temizdi. Oda olanakları tatminkardı. Kahvaltı yeterince iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve son derece kibardı. Hiç bir şey söylememize rağmen doğumgünüm için pasta ve şampanya süprizi yaptılar, kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim.

Her şey iyiydi.

A special thank you to Katarina for making our check-in experience so welcoming and seamless—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. We were also fortunate to have incredible views overlooking the Lisbon stadium, which gave us the perfect spot to enjoy the lively World Cup watch parties and experience the excitement of the city from the comfort of our room. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, providing genuine hospitality that went far beyond our expectations. The food, service, and attention to detail were outstanding, creating a truly memorable experience. We also greatly appreciated the hotel’s gracious flexibility in accommodating our late check-out request, which made our final hours in Lisbon even more enjoyable. Tout est parfait ! Le personnel est très pro et d'une bienveillance sans limite . Les chambres très confortables, la piscine agréable et calme . La décoration et l'ambiance de l'hôtel sont également un réel plaisir . Merci pour le surclassement et la gentille attention que nous avons découvert dans notre chambre à l'occasion de notre anniversaire. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Kein Management. Personal UNTRAINIERT. Man hatte uns vom Hotel aus einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer angeboten. War niemand zur Abholu g da. Für ein 3 sterne Hotel wäre das alles ok gewesen, bei den Preisen völlig unakzeptabel

Love the location a very Central spot to see all of Lisbon

De ligging is perfect aan het plein en dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is ruim en het bed is heerlijk comfortabel. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en zalig.

De eerste paar nachten hadden wij waarschijnlijk geen gasten in de kamer boven ons, maar de laatste nacht wel, toen bleek dat het plafond/de vloer erg gehorig was en helaas waren onze bovenburen in de kamer aan het wandelen tot middernacht en gingen ze om 04:30 weer verder. Hoewel de kamer prima was en het bed zeer comfortabel, was de prijs naar verhouding wel fors. Voor deze prijs hadden wij wel verwacht dat de kamer iets meer zou bieden.

Excellent location in a historic building. Great value breakfast. Wonderful staff. The plaza-side outdoor bar is perfect people watching.

Some amenities are a bit lacking, like room for toiletries in the bathroom, and accessible charging outlets. The tub was elevated and might be difficult to access for a customer with any mobility issues, and very slippery.

Hotel z doskonałą lokalizacją do zwiedzania Lizbony. Pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami, z kosmetykami z wyższej półki, świetna izolacja akustyczna okien. Przepiękne patio śniadaniowe, bardzo dobre, obfite śniadania.

It is a small hotel,public room is dull,evening bar was dull and Rib Restaurant was uninviting.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, disponible à toute heure. De plus l’emplacement de l’hôtel est incroyable, nous avons pu visiter Lisbonne entièrement à pieds ! Et alors le petit déjeuner était une merveille… sans compter la décoration magnifique et la propreté !

Le seul petit point négatif serait que les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes (dans le frigo de la chambre). Autrement tout est parfait !

the location is perfect, a real oasis from the city, a very elegant room and delicious breakfast. the staff were so friendly and I was delighted when I said I liked to have tea rather than coffee in the room, a lovely tray with kettle etc appeared immediately.

Everything was perfect. Starting with the location, since the main tourist attractions are just minutes away on foot, including the Cathedral, Fado shows, Rua Augusta, Praça do Comércio, the harbor, etc. The most remarkable aspect was the excellent service from the reception staff (and Concierge) and the breakfast restaurant team. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very good. Everything was always very clean.
