La propreté générale. Le linge de maison qui sentait bon. Les équipements à disposition. La cuisine collective fonctionnelle. Les codes de sécurité aux portes.

Chambre fonctionnelle mais très petite pour 3 personnes. Pour ouvrir la fenêtre complètement, il fallait déplacer le lit. Il a fait très chaud malheureusement pendant notre séjour et difficile d'avoir de l'air malgré la présence d'un ventilateur. Le lit qui grinçait énormément et nous avons retrouvé un chewing-gum collé sur le montant du lit (photo).

La struttura è ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Anche se un po’ distante dal centro le fermate degli autobus/metro sono a pochi minuti di cammino dall’alloggio. A pochi metri ci sono molti supermarket economici, fast food, negozi per ogni necessità. Per quanto piccolo l’alloggio era ben fornito di tutto io necessario.

Non ho trovato l’angolo cottura come descritto nell’elenco dei servizi ma solo un lavandino con qualche stoviglia. Per cucinare ho dovuto usare la cucina condivisa. L’appartamento non è ben isolato dal punto di vista termico e dei rumori. La zona in cui è collocato di sera non infonde sicurezza. La pulizia può essere migliorata anche nelle zone comuni.

Directamente no hubo estancia, porque nos la cancelaron 20 minutos antes de embarcar al avión. Una vergüenza. No contestaban a las llamadas. UN DESASTRE.

Es un piso claustrofóbico, tiene muchas escaleras, por lo que si llevas carro de bebé o parecido, tendrás que subirlo y bajarlo todos los días. Hace muchísimo calor dentro y no te dan solución más que un ventilador que no da aire. El sofá cama es un infierno, pedí algo extra para al menos ablandar un poco esa dureza porque me quedaba 1 semana, y me dijeron que lo traería la limpiadora, la cual no apareció por allí en toda la semana. El hueco que tienes para todo es prácticamente nulo, LA COCINA ES COMPARTIDA, cosa que no te avisan tampoco. La foto da la impresión de que es más grande y es un auténtico zulo. El barrio es problemático, hay mucha suciedad.. un show todo, más nunca.

Good location, loads of affordable places to eat. Easy access to transportation

I asked for extra fan as the heat in london was unbearable even at night but didn’t get any, you cant even fully open the windows, no air can even get in the room. Shower door was about to fall off the hinges.

Nothing really. As rude as it may sound but there wasn't anything we enjoyed about it.

The photos shown in description are inaccurate, the room we stayed in was tiny definitely not worth the money. It was boiling no ac or fan so we were melting the entire time. It was not a great stay at all.

Great location, within walking distance of the tube & Finsbury Park. Very easy check in process and good communication from the host prior to arriving. Room was on the top floor and very warm but really appreciated the fan & ice left in the freezer.

Shower being in the eaves was very small and the shower door didn’t close properly so the floor got very wet.

De locatie was goed.

Er was slechts 1 klein kantelraam (zonder raambekleding), dus sowieso geen luchtcirculatie. En de enige ventilator die er stond had nauwelijks een luchtstroom; we moesten de cover eraf halen om iets te merken... Bovendien was kamer 9 de kamer direct onder het schuine dak; enorm warm.

It was close to a lot of things and the buses 17 and 91 took u to all the sites

It was hot. It was a great temp outside but it was hot inside bc no airflow. The window was blocked by the bed and couldn’t open all the way. In April or October this place would be a great temperature but mid summer it was hot

The room was nice clean and good facilities. Modern. Good to have a fan an a fridge. The bathroom was very good

The blinds were broken and did not work. Not much room to hang clothes. Unfortunately there was an issue with a guest fighting and arguing all night with their partner in the room below so don’t get any sleep. Appreciate this isn’t the property’s fault.

Enkelt med kod till dörren. Fräscht badrum. Bra med kylskåp och vattenkokare på rummet. Läget vid Seven Sisters Road är perfekt när man är i London för Arsenals skull.

Kaffemaskinen fungerade inte. Persiennerna gick inte att dra upp. Sängen lite gnisslig.

A room in the roof, we both kept on banging our heads. The toilet blocked aftet one poo, sent host message no reply. Couldn't open the sky light window, sofa bed advertised not a sofa bed. Worse ever stay anywhere with booking.com

The location was excellent for Arsenal football ground

Too small and too hot, with no way to cool down as the window would not open and the fan was only blowing the hot air around

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanków autobusowych, w pobliżu sklepy i kilka knajpek, gdzie można wypić kawę i coś zjeść. W pokoju, tak jak było w opisie, ręczniki, suszarka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, czajnik. Pokoik mały (poddasze) ale jeśli ktoś tylko wraca by przenocować to jest ok. Z aneksu kuchennego nie korzystałam, ale wyposażony tak jak w opisie, czysty. Prosty sposób zameldowania, wejścia do obiektu.

Rzeczywiście brakuje tam jakiejś szafki czy półki na rzeczy. Nawet kilku rzeczy z bagażu podręcznego nie bardzo jest gdzie położyć. Fajnie byłoby gdyby były europejskie adaptery do wtyczek.

Me tocó la habitación de arriba y apenas podías ponerte de pie sin agacharte, no había agua caliente, algunos enchufes no tenían electricidad y el mando de la tele no funcionaba

La ubicación respecto a calidad precio esta bien. Tienes una parada de metro importante a 10 minutos andando y de ahí estás en el centro en otro 20 minutos, la ducha no está mal,

Calle ruidosa, mucha luz por la noche, la litera para dormir es ruidosa en cada movimiento, sobre todo si duermes en la parte de arriba, el lavabo es mega pequeño para lavarse los dientes o la cara y las sábanas y toallas no es que estuvieran sucias pero tampoco estaban limpias, no daba confianza de limpieza en profundidad, no pone por ningún lado el nombre de las habitaciones por lo que si eres despistado te va a costar encontrar que eso es un alojamiento

The apartment was compact, but clean and warm and in a good location.

Ben organizzata. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. C’è anche una cucina comunque e una lavatrice. Fermata del bus a 2 minuti che ti porta in centro e metro a 15 minuti.

I letti cigolano cosí tanto da non riuscire a dormire la notte e la zona di notte é abbastanza desolata.

Posizione ottima ma spazi limitati, consiglio questa struttura per ragazzi che viaggiano, non per famiglie

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato scomodo e al di sotto delle aspettative. La stanza era decisamente troppo piccola per tre persone, rendendo difficile muoversi. La nota più dolente è stata la pulizia: abbiamo trovato la biancheria da letto macchiata e la stanza sporca in generale. Anche il lavandino del bagno era minuscolo e poco pratico. L'unica nota positiva è la cucina condivisa, che abbiamo trovato comoda, ma non basta a compensare il resto.

Soba je bila izuzetno čista , obezbeđen toalet papir, kupke. Grejanje odlicno, zajednicka kuhinja dobro opremljena i cista.. Blizu centra, odlicno povezano prevozom stanice u blizini, u okolini dosta prodavnica, marketa, restorana.

Sobe bi mogle biti malo vece, ali za prenociste uzivanje i obilaske u Londonu sasvim dovoljne.

Location was good and the room was cozy and comfortable. Shared kitchen was useful as well and good to have the iron and extra towels. The heating system was wonderful and perfect for winters. Good value for money considering everywhere else was substantially expensive.

Lack of washbasin in the bathroom and the bathroom was too small. The room also looked a lot bigger in the pics but was pretty small. Asked for hair dryer but host didn't get back to us.

Carina, pulita stanze un po’ piccole ma abbastanza confortevoli. Sulla mansarda faceva veramente caldo, per i corridoi freddo. Con la stufa accesa si stava bene. Non la sconsiglio assolutamente per un po di giorni. Collegata benissimo, essendo in 2 zona, vicina a tutto ciò che si vuole vedere e comunque ben organizzata. Bisognerebbe aggiungere qualche asciugamano in più per ogni stanza.

Unica vera pecca è che essendo un gruppo di 9 persone ed avendo le cucine in comune(molto piccole) non abbiamo mai potuto preparare pranzo/cena in loco

Small apartment swell positioned. Housing is awesome! We were three women and we felt safe because of the positioning of the apartment and also the cameras in the corridors. We found the accommodation secure and comfortable with easy access to transport.If I come back to London I would take over accommodation at your place thank you!

The temperature of the shower was not well regulated, in the sense that I took a hot shower and it went cold without touching. It's a pity, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay.

Para tres personas la habitación es muy pequeña. El lavabo está en mal estado: tapa del WC rota, la mampara de la ducha no cierra y está desencajada, el desagüe del lavabo obstruido, no hay calefacción en el baño, no hay caliente en el lavabo... Falta manutención.

La ubicacion, cerca de una linea de metro bien comunicada, las instalaciones estaban limpias y la facilidad del check in

Los sillones cama deberian renovarse, nos costó encontrar el sitio un poco porque el número se ha descolgado y no hay indicación de que es un alojamiento turístico, la entrada era muy estrecha pero íbamos con dos sillas de bebe y eso ya de por si es complicado en cualquier sitio

No breakfast checked in just after 3pm room wasn't cleaned wet towels unmade beds as if room hadn't been cleaned after other tenants very poor.

Alles wat je nodig hebt. Het was ook schoon.

Verwachtingen waren niet persee hoog. Maar met 3 volwassenen wel heel krap . Ook qua opbergruimte.

Struttura super pulita e silenziosa, fermate dei mezzi vicinissime, abbiamo chiesto un check out posticipato per via di un ritardo del volo e ci è stato concesso.

Abbiamo contattato il proprietario perché al nostro arrivo purtroppo la stanza non era come descritta o mostrata nelle foto. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna risposta, zona multiculturale, non delle migliori, e sporca. Se siete un gruppo di sole ragazze io eviterei questa “zona”

Recht groß für eine Unterkunft in London. Lage war top, weil wir für ein Arsenal Spiel gebucht hatten. Das Appartement war sauber.

Basic facilities, but extremely convenient location for Arsenal's matches.
