Luxury Villa with Pool, Garden & Gated Security

Pyszne śniadania spokojna okolica bardzo duża i komfortowa willa z świetnym basenem

The villa is spacious and very nicely presented. The pool was great to cool down in. Abduletif and the house staff were very attentive and helpful.

Only downside is the location. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity, you would need to drive or get a taxi to the shops or further afield.

Le commentaire le plus élogieux que j’ai eu à rédiger. On touche à la perfection en terme de location ! De la résidence privée et gardée à la localisation dans un coin calme et facilement accessible, en passant par la propriété (et l’entretien) de la villa, sa décoration, ses nombreuses pièces et ses équipements. Avec le gros gros plus… la fameuse piscine. Merci à Abdellatif pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Et bien sûr, une spéciale dédicace à Hakima pour son fameux petit déjeuner marocain servi tous les matins. Un véritable régal pour les papilles. La villa est vraiment luxueuse. On y est tellement bien qu’on ne veut plus la quitter !

Good quality/price ratio.

Ontvangst door het personeel. Hakima, de kokin, maakt lekker eten-stipt op tijd-zeer vriendelijk-respectvol! Een aanrader voor iedereen die er gaat verblijven en gaat ontbijten of dineren. Ze maakt de gerechten alsof het voor haar eigen gezin is… Heerlijk!!! Dank u Hakima!!!

Als ik toch een minpunt mag opnoemen, geen satelliet tv of iptv beschikbaar.

Every morning having breakfast was a treat. The woam making the breakfast was so helpful and also cooked us dinner on a few occasions. Her cooking was amazing

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. My only advice is make sure you rent out a car. For the location you will need a car

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and our host was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our family of seven had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The pool was a highlight, especially during the hottest part of the day, providing a perfect place to cool off and unwind. Getting into the city was simple and convenient, with Uber rides readily available and costing around €10 each way. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

La propreté, l'accueil, et la qualité de la villa. Nous avons été tres bien reçu. Le petit déjeuner magnifique et la gentillesse du personnel est a félicité.

Malheureusement il y a toujours quelques petites chose qui cloche... Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas et ca a pris plus de deux jours pour que ce soit réparé. Et avec plus de 40 degrés...

L'ensemble était super.

Fantastic hospitality, great guy, great chef who came in the morning, even allowed me keep my car at the gated residence until I returned from my excursions, will definitely come back with family and friends.

The stay was amazing - Clean, neat and tidy. The staff were really friendly - Abdullatief, his helper and Hakima (the chef) were very helpful and catered to all our needs. Any queries were dealt with in a span of minutes and so there was assurance that we are being taken care of. Overall, a fantastic stay and absolute pleasure.

Nothing - whilst the location may appear to be a little far from the central Marrakesh, it is still under 20 minutes to downtown.

The villa was clean , well equipped, cozy , air conditioned. Breakfast delicious , and served on time. A special thank you to Abdellatif who was very professional and made our stay memorable.

It’s big and can welcome a fair amount of people

Lots of amenities are obsolete and need fixing. Lose shower heads, wably door handles, missing tv screens leaving cables hanging of the wall, some electrical curtains not working

La propreté, le quartier sécurisé . Abdelatif, le responsable de la villa est très disponible et sympathique. Hakima nous a fait des petits déjeuner et repas typique Marocain extraordinaire 😍😍, elle est en plus très gentille.

The property was exactly like how it was described to be. We were in shock of how well kept and big the property is.

The beds were a little uncomfortable according to a few people but other than that it was amazing to stay in this villa and would 10/10 recommend this to anyone!

Très bonne communication avec Abdelatif, Hakima etait sublime, merçi beaucoup. Très bonne climatisation, piscine propre et litterie confortable. On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la villa.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The pool was perfect, and having Netflix available was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. A special thank you to Malika for preparing a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast, it was a lovely touch. She’s also available to cook meals throughout the day (not included in the price, but breakfast is). Huge thanks to the host, Abdelatif, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and available at all times to answer any questions we had. His hospitality really made our stay smooth and enjoyable.

The house is located quite far from the city center, so having a car is absolutely necessary to get around conveniently.

Host was fantastic! Kind, and communication was easy. The rooms are well lit - the photos don't do justice to the beauty that is this home. The area is secured, very secured. We felt safe while we were here! We will definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful host, Mr. Abdel Latif, who is truly a gentleman—gracious, attentive, and incredibly hospitable. The property itself exceeded our expectations in every way, offering comfort, charm, and an authentic Moroccan experience. The breakfast was exceptional, freshly prepared each morning, and the lovely lady who made it was just as warm and welcoming. Every detail of our stay was perfect, making us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we would book this place again on our next visit to Marrakesh. Highly recommended!
