Tout. Chambres super spacieuses et connectées, très bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel a accepté de modifier sans frais ma réservation le jour même suite à une erreur de ma part ! Panier de bienvenu très copieux. Très grande piscine. Parking à disposition.

La habitación está un poco anticuada por la madera y la ubicación es mejor moverse en grab.

Great staff, very attentative to our needs and requests. Provided a room upgrade for us. Phenomenal pool area and generally very nice and modern facilities and rooms.

Big room.

Mold in the bathroom and the staff was not very helpful and friendly. They were constantly on the phone☹️ Far away from a 5 star hotel for my taste.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so kind and patient. The room was clean and large with all the facilities we need. The swimming pool was great and breakfast was excellent.

The whole place is new, very clean and beautifully designed. The staff are nice and helpful.

For us the location was a bit far from activities. It's not like the old city where you just go out and have tons to do. Here you are more isolated, but that's a given and was known to us before and we used grab accordingly.

מלון מפנק, מצוחצח, חדרים ענקיים (שדרגו אותנו ללא עלות לחדרי סטודיו ענקיים), מיטות נוחות וגדולות, ארוחת בוקר טובה, בריכה כיפית, חדרים כושר מצוין, מקבלים בצ'ק אין חבילת חטיפים מפנקת, מיקום טוב (במרחק של 10 דק- 15 דק נסיעה משווקי הלילה ומהקניון), יש מוניות אדומות מחוץ למלון..

מסעדת המלון - חיכינו 50 דק לאוכל, למרות שהיינו היחידים במסעדה, חלק מהמנות לא היו מוצלחות. עדיף לאכול בערב בחוץ.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een upgrade naar een prachtige suite met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Ze stonden steeds klaar voor ons en gaven ons zelfs een prachtig pakket met heerlijkheden voor in de trein terug naar Bangkok.

המלון היה מדהים, שהינו בו שתי לילות ונתנו לנו שני תיקים עם כל מיני פינוקים ולאחר כמה ימים שהינו לילה נוסף אז שדרגו אותנו לסוויטה הנשיאותית של המלון ללא תוספת תשלום ושוב קיבלנו תיקים עם פינוקים והפעם גם הפינוקים היו משודרגים. עשו הכל שיהיה לנו טוב ונוח ויש יתרון שזה גם 3 דק' ברגל מבית חב"ד

We always stay in this hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai. The hotel is always immaculate…very spick and span. It’s in a lovely area which is not to far from the main road. However once you’re in the hotel surroundings, its feels very quiet and secluded. The staff in the hotel are incredible . They are what makes this hotel a success. Ms. Boom and her team are like family to us. We hope to visit and stay again .

We were treated like royalty by staff, and upgraded to a suite upon arrival. A goodie bag with fruit, nuts, and chocolates was brought a few minutes after we settled in. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was immaculate. Location is within a five-minute walk to good Thai and Chinese dining options. Breakfast buffet had Thai, Western, and Chinese options. The saunas helped us relax before bed.

The main chandelier over the living room was inoperative, though there was adequate lighting elsewhere.

Awesome stay here. Staff did everything to make us feel welcome. Pool was decent size and location was ideal for night market and Songkran festival

Best hotel I stayed at in a long time. I was there for 7 nights. They received me with a whole lot of goodies. The staff were all really amazing, helpful and quite nice. When I left they offered to provide a transfer to the airport. The front desk manage came to wish me a good trip back and gave me a small gift. Very nice gesture.

Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen traditionell Thai das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und das Personal immer zur Stelle wenn es gebraucht wurde und auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war auch sehr gut. Haben bei unserer Anreise ein kostenloses Upgrade in die nächste höhere Kategorie gekriegt und noch ein Geschenkpaket

לא ממקום בלב העיניינים מס דקות הליכה לא נוראה אבל זה גם יתרון של שקט

L’équipe est polie et aimable. À chaque fois nous avons obtenu de très bon conseils de leur part. L’agence dans l’hôtel sait se mettre en quatre pour proposer des excursions presque à moitié prix.

Hôtel au charme désuet qui fait penser à ces hôtels de luxes pour la diaspora dans les années 80. Ne pas aller au restaurant le soir dans un salle déserte avec un pianiste et une choriste qui se donnent du mal pour un résultat moyen. L’eau de la piscine est un peu fraîche.

Breakfast was a buffet, standard but delicious, room was comfortable, hotel gave a bag of goodies and water for the guests which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, happy with the hotel!

The location is close to shopping district, which is quite convenient for guests whoever would like to purchase souvenirs before heading back home. Having such convenience doesn’t make the hotel noisy; instead, we seem stayed in a quiet community.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us an upgrade to an executive suite, together with a bag full of drinks and treats, without us even asking for it!Very comfortable bed.

Evening entertainment was very sparse. No waste paper basket in the salon. Central controls of lights, air-conditioning etc. next to the bed was very annoying.

Excellent stay in a great Hotel! We had booked 2 rooms and we were very happy to be provided with 2 connected rooms. Both rooms were very spacious, and the mattresses (all topped with mattress toppers) were very soft and comfortable. The Hotel provided us with gift hampers also, which was very exciting and welcome! The breakfast experience, in a large hall, with an impressive spread of food items, both hot and cold, was amazing. Staff, at the reception, in housekeeping, or in the breakfast hall, were very helpful and courteous. The interiors of the Hotel are very impressive and breathtaking. Cab and tuk-tuk drivers had no difficulty in dropping and picking us up from the Empress Premier (which is behind the Empress Hotel). Overall we had a great stay in Chiang Mai!

The swimming pool is excellently located on the 5th floor of the hotel and is big and fun to use. A pity that on the days we stayed, the water in the pool was very cold, which definitely lowered our frolic levels! Can't the Hotel management order that the water temperature in the pool be maintained always somewhat warmer?

Absolut enttäuschend Pool ohne Heizung- also nicht schwimmbar. Personal uninteressiert und unfreundlich. Abwesend. Auf Nachfrage keine Antworten. Rezeption wie eine Trauergemeinde. Eins der schlechtesten Hotels die wir jemals hatten! Nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert. Da nützt auch die Tasche mit dem Zuckergebäck nichts. Frühstück Auswahl nicht besonders , Ambiente wie in einer Mensa. Personal erwiedern nichtmal Good Morning.

The breakfast was stunning with a huge range of Choices and excellent coffee. DURING MY visit I was quite unwell and the Hospital took me to the hospital in the hotel's Limo and a staff member accompanied me at NO CHARGE.

שידרגו לנו לסוויטה מהממת מבלי שנדרשנו להוסיף תשלום. נתנו לנו סל מלא ממתקים,שתיה,שמפניה😍 היה אוכל בשפע בארוחת הבוקר. צוות אדיב מאוד. הרגשנו מאוד רצויים. קרוב למרכז העניינים ולבית חב״ד.

החדר היה צריך איוורור. החלונות היו מוגפים בגלל היתושים. ביקשנו שיפתחו והם עשו זאת בלי שום בעיה😃

Ein relativ neues Hotel mit großzügigem Interior. Wir hatten einen SuiteUpgrade erhalten und waren begeistert. Das Frühstück braucht keinen Vergleich mit höherwertigen Hotels scheuen.... Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Das beste aber: Das Hotel inmitten der Millionenstadt hat ein Riesenareal und unser Zimmer war absolut ruhig....!!!! : )))

We had family suite with adjoining room which was perfect for our family. Staff were excellent as was the gym and pool. Great location just out of old town.

Schon bei Empfang gab es zwei große Überraschungen. Wir bekamen als UP-Crade eine Junior-Suite und als frühes Weihnachtsgeschenk eine große Tasche voller Leckereien! Die Suite war sehr groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bad und WC waren ebenfalls sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch über den Pool kann man nicht meckern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe waren gute Restaurant und ein Nachtmarkt mit vielen kulinarischen Angeboten.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr überschaubar. Der Kaffee entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Als Brot gab es leider nur Toast. Daher haben wir nur zweimal gefrühstückt.

The location was great, it was our first time in Chiang Mai and it was close to the night markets and the old city so we were able to walk to these areas. The breakfast was great, a lovely buffet true to Asian standards with excellent western and Asian favourites.

Big hotel great breakfast, good facilities (nice gym and pool) and they gave us a huge bag of snacks and biscuits when we checked in - lovely surprise. Good location
