Skyline view in Bukit Bintang The Robertson 42f

Super lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, mieszkanie czyste i bardzo funkcjonalne, jest wszystko do samodzielnego przygotowania posiłków, na dole markety i restauracje, centralne punkty KL w zasięgu spaceru. Na windę wcale nie czekało się tak długo jak pisano w recenzjach, być może zależy to od terminu w roku.

Największym zawodem był basen, który był dość zimny i przede wszystkim stał tam ochroniarz, który czepiał się spodenek kąpielowych długich (dotyczy mężczyzn) twierdząc, że to nie jest odpowiedni strój do pływania co było absurdem!

Check- in ist sehr unkompliziert und gut beschrieben. Es war auch genug Wasser zum Kaffee machen vorhanden und vor allem der Wasch- Trockner hat uns sehr geholfen. Schöne Wohnanlage in zentraler Lage. Netter Kontakt.

L’appartement a été parfait ! Très bien équipé et très propre, avec une salle de bains et une douche parfaites. Situé au 42e étage, il offre une vue magnifique, surtout la nuit. La piscine au 6e étage est grande et propre, (nous n'avons pas profité de celle au 42e étage) et la salle de sport est très bien également. La localisation est excellente : vous pouvez faire beaucoup de choses à pied. En bas de l’établissement, vous trouverez plusieurs épiceries ainsi que deux restaurants locaux. Très bon accueil par messagerie. Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème, mais pour le check-in comme pour le check-out, les réponses ont été immédiates. Nous avons même pu profiter de la livraison de colis dans le lieu dédié en bas de la résidence.

Muy muy limpio. Cuenta con lo básico y necesario. Tiene lavadora con secadora algo que se agradece al viajar con peques. Pudimos dejarles las maletas sin coste adicional ya que nuestro vuelo salía tarde. Muchísimas gracias.

Het appartement ligt op de 42e verdieping, wat een fantastisch uitzicht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loop afstand ontzettend veel eetgelegenheden. Zwembad is heerlijk en ontzettend groot, perfect om baantjes te trekken. Eigenaar voorzag ons tijdig van alle belangrijke info over het appartement. Ik vond het matras te hard, en mijn vriend het kussen te hoog, maar dat is geen reden om deze plek geen 10 te geven. Dat je af en toe een paar minuten op een lift moet wachten, is het zeker waard om zo hoog te zitten.

Great location. Convenient amenities nearby and some interesting stores in the nearby mall. Found some interesting arts and crafts from that mall that we would not have found if we didnt stay here.

The lift situation leave a lot to be desired. There are only 4 lifts servicing 40+ floors and sometimes you would be waiting for 10-15 minutes only for the lift to be full and you wait again.

This accommodation has it all. A fabulous place with everything to enjoy from incredible views, comfortable living (home away from home), great location (walking distance to shops and food) value for money and great facilities.

Lifts are the main problem, bcz its high rise building of 46 floor… it takes time to go down… Some time taxi takes time to come in.. But still its a good option…

This is a very clean and perfectly presented oasis amongst the hot, steamy bustle of KL. Brilliant location and offering a spectacular view of the city. All amenities, including little details like washing powder for the washing machine , dozen 1.5 litre bottles of water and free Netflix made our stay delightful. Highly recommended!!

Un séjour magnifique en famille ! L’appartement est parfait, confortable et encore mieux que sur les photos. L’hôte a été au petit soin du début à la fin : disponible, patient, réactif et tellement gentil. Tout était nickel, rien à redire. Franchement, une prestation de dingue 👌🏾. On a adoré et on reviendra les yeux fermés. Je recommande à 100% !

Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and clean, and the wifi was fast. The facilities were great too; really enjoyed using the gym and the pool was lovely too.

Als ik dan toch iets moet noemen; *Keukenhanddoek ontbreekt. (Verder is alles aanwezig) * Airco woonkamer blaast wat hard, prima op te lossen door alleen die op de slaapkamers aan te hebben. Voldoende koel

Timely response from the in charge. Clean and spacious. More than enough of pillows, blankets, toilet rolls, shampoo, body wash, towels etc. Late check out has been granted.

The laundry capsules don't work well, most of them sticked together. No soapy or no fragrance even I put 2 capsules in 1 load.

We loved they extra things in the room like umbrellas and the ac and Netflix !

The water gets cold after 5 min in the shower made us feel very cold

From start to finish the host was very welcoming and responsive. Even got us a brand new high chair for our baby. The view is also amazing as looking right at the Menara tower. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities required for a family stay. The facilities and area of the Robertson are very good as well. Would highly recommend.

Location was great in the heart of BBCC. Close to shopping malls and night market. Room was excellent, with all the facilities even the rice coocker. The administration provided detergent capsules for washing machine. The view was amazing and we could use the open air pool and fitness center.

The mattress??

No breakfast , I like the owner of the property come to help us when we urgently need the electric socket ( which we didnt arrange the right one to use in Malaysia ) We call him at 11 pm , and he come very quickly , We are not satisfy the two bed rooms but only one toilet . When the owner come at night to help us , then we think every thing is ok. Thanks again.

Better to let us know in advanced this is the BNB service apartment , not a hotel ... as we are 5 people .. so one of us need to sleep on sofa ... The owner should have a better one for real sleep with blanket and pillow.

Modern and clean apartment, well appointed. Pools and other facilities were great. Owner was very responsive and getting keys was easy. Great restaurant and several convenience stores just downstairs. Lovely view, including of the KL tower light show.

Needs full length mirrors in bedrooms

The location was very good and next to very good restaurants in Bukit Bin Tang. The host was approachable and responsive.

It's was a great 4D3N stay at Robertson. The apartment was cleaned and tidy. It has the basic kitchen utensils for our need. They even provided detergent capsules which we were thinking of buying it later as we did not bring much clothes. Thank you! We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit Bukit Bintang. Daryl has been very active in responding to my queries and gave good instructions on how to collect/return the keys. Thanks again, Daryl.

The place was clean, convenient, quiet, safe and Host was very responsive to request and collect of keys was easy. Highly recommended.

There was some ticking sound in the main bedroom attached to toilet. Not sure if it is coming from the aircon unit else all was ok.

The location is quite strategic and Bukit Bintang, Pavilion, Jalan Alor is just a few minutes away (walking distance). The amenities are complete and truly feel like a home away from home. The view is KL Tower and we are waking up to this stunning view makes this stay a memorable one. Kedai Mamak & 7E is available on the ground floor and easily accessible as long as you have an access card. We also have a car and it has ample parking spaces designated for us. The process for check-in/out and collecting the keys is hassle-free. The host, Daryl will assist you and answer all of your inquiries nicely. This is very worth the value we paid and truly no regrets! Might consider this place if we travel to town again.

Our family is around 6-7 PAX. All of us have a different time to come back to the residences on first day. Two access cards & two keys would be better for easier access. But, we did inquire with the host, and he is willing to give us the extra key/access card but we are travelling in a group again after that. Nonetheless, you can request for the card/key though.

I like the view of city &facilities complete. Suitable for small family . Clean & tidy also got security at the entrance. Will stay again next time.

Very good option to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend! Gave it a 10 as it has been better than all the other places I have stayed in KL. I liked everything! Starting from the communication, to the apartment itself, the building facilities, and the location. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Found everything to be perfect and would like to have extended my stay.

The location was as great as the room. The security was fab. The view in our room was fantastic! The location was 5-10 mins from everything like Jalan Alor (8 mins walk), food and supermarkets (2mins walk), Jalan Petaling (10mins car), KLCC (10mins or less by car). The host was amazing enough to extend our check out until 2pm. Saved our whole day's planning! Love this place and will definitely be back!

Nothing much that I didn't like. Perhaps can give more access card for rooms that can accommodate 4 and more people. Because we come back at different times, will be easier if there is more access cards. Thank you.
