C’était calme et apaisant. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et aux petits soins : un grand merci à Mohamed et à Roger pour leur amabilité ! Petite anecdote qui illustre parfaitement leur dévouement : nous avions un vol matinal et devions partir vers 6 h 30 ; le personnel s’est levé aux aurores exprès pour nous préparer un petit-déjeuner, simple mais délicieux avant de prendre l’avion. J’ai adoré la petite piscine, la grande terrasse et la chambre splendide. L’accès est un peu difficile à trouver au début, mais cela fait tout le charme de cette beauté cachée.

Il manquait juste une petite télévision dans la chambre, et l’accès à l’établissement est assez compliqué à trouver au départ mais au final ça valait le coup puisque c’est à côté (dans) du Souk 😊

The Riad is super central, very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The hosts, Mohamed and Toufik, have been amazing, going the extra mile to arrange for us breakfast even when we had to leave at 6am in the morning! 100% recommended and thanks for the amazing stay Greta and Kris

The rooftop at the property was definitely a highlight. Beautiful artwork and decoration throughout. The location was very convenient too. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and communicated real well with us and with each other. Our Ourika experience was another highlight. The flexibility, the food, the swimming pool …

So clean, so decorative, very spacious suite. We loved the rooftop vibe and the pool.

The room was very well cleaned, staff were very informative and friendly. The facilities were great, particularly the roof top terrace, very well kitted out, exactly what we needed for the heat. Perhaps the best thing was the location, barely a 10 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to be, yet it felt very peacefully. Never felt unsafe, and wasn’t difficult to find and work our way around once we’d been once. Excellent for getting round as it is only a short 5 min walk to the main road where there are plenty of taxis and pickup spots.

Everything about this places is exceptional. We were blown away by the detail and hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay - Mohammed, Fatiha and the team went above and beyond to make our birthday celebrations as amazing as possible. And Fatiha and the teams cooking is exceptional. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Mohammed looked after us so incredibly well. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs and requests throughout our stay. I had organised this trip as a surprise for my partner, so having someone so attentive and helpful made a huge difference and helped make the experience even more special and memorable for us both. The riad itself was stunning. Every corner was beautifully decorated with so much thought and attention to detail, giving it an authentic Moroccan feel while still being comfortable and relaxing. The property was immaculately clean at all times, and it was a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of Marrakech. The food was another highlight of our stay. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety on offer, and every meal we had was delicious. It was clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation and quality of the food. The location was also fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city while still having a tranquil place to return to at the end of the day. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had the best possible experience. If you’re looking for accommodation in Marrakech that combines beautiful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, authentic charm, and delicious food, this riad is the perfect choice. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Literalmente todo! Desde la arquitectura y la cuidada decoración, los detalles, las fantásticas fotografías, hasta la ubicación cerca de la plaza principal pero en una zona tranquila. Y por supuesto el fabuloso equipo de personas que se encargaron de nuestro cuidado estos días. Por favor no os vayas sin probar la extraordinaria cocina, lo mejor que hemos comido estos días ha sido sin duda lo que hemos comido allí!

We loved everything about Kenzara. The property is beautiful. The whole team are fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Mohamed was always available to help with questions or booking a tour, transfers, dinner etc. The meals prepared for us by the chef were absolutely delicious and the ladies serving, housekeeping, and generally looking after us were the perfect hosts. Thank you 😊

Our stay at Kenzara was AMAZING! The manager was extremely helpful and helped us plan not only our stay for the week but also a private welcome dinner event for 40 of our friends and family who were visiting Marrakesh for our wedding celebration that week. The daily breakfasts were lovely and the staff were extremely attentive. The decor is lovely and the rooftop was an awesome place to relax. I would highly recommend this property for any group looking for a location in the Medina but with easy access to a main road.

The only issue we had was the water pressure in one of the bathrooms in a bedroom on the 2nd floor was not very strong at night and there was sometimes no warm water at night but there was only one bedroom that had this issue. The others were fine!

Outstanding in every possible way

We liked the great staff, who answered all our questions promptly, the wonderful cook Fatiha, the beautiful decor, generously sized rooms. Generally, a beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina.

It was a little cold for us, bathrooms were a little too dark

Authentic stylish riad, in a very quiet cul de sac, yet easily accessible and not far from the main road. We enjoyed the privacy and intimacy of this place, a very quiet oasis to rejuvenate and relax, after the chaos of the médina. All rooms are superbly decorated, each offering a different mood. Lots of small details, stunning artistic photographies from the owner, ample amenities and plush oversized towels. The experience is enriched by Mohamed, the villa manager, who is anticipating all our needs and delivering an unforgettable experience. The riad is immaculate clean, and welcoming scents through oil diffusers, that will transport you into another world. Perfect rooftop with plunge pool to cool down (in the summer), as pools were freezing cold during our stay. We can absolutely recommend Riad Kenzara to anyone looking for an unique experience in Marrakech, our only regret was staying only 3 nights.

Keep in mind that bathrooms are rather dark, with minimal lighting.

From the moment you step through the door it's clear that you've arrived somewhere incredibly special. The Riad fills the senses with its peace and tranquility, helped by the beautiful scented oils by the entrance. Once inside you are warmly met by Mohamed, with a greeting so kind that it immediately makes you feel at home. He truly goes above and beyond to make all guests feel welcome. The tour of the Riad that follows had us spellbound - each room and hallway offering unique and stunning art, thanks to the hugely talented owner Rogier. The bedrooms were exquisite and the beds a joy to sleep in. Each morning we enjoyed exceptional breakfasts of yoghurt, breads and preserves all home made by the wonderful Fatiha. Fresh fruit, coffee or tea and fresh orange juice too. A complete treat. We chose to eat on the roof terrace to the sound of the little chirping birds. What else can we say but we're going back and cannot wait.

What’s not to like! This was our second trip. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food is always on point and so fresh. The piping hot shakshuka for breakfast was a real treat. Fatiha smile brings always so much warmth. We were a big group , the staff are always available to organise transfers, excursions. A few days into our stay my sister needed medical attention, both Muhammad and Toufik made sure she got it using local knowledge, contacts and checking if we were ok. It was an amazing stay and lot of memories made. Thankyou again.

This riad exceeded our expectations. An exceptional staff who could not have made our stay any better. Breakfast every morning was set for royalty. Over the top design. Every inch of the riad was picture worthy. A must stay in Marrakech!!

This Riad is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location in the medina and particularly calm and peaceful. Breakfast on the terrace was a treat and the cooks did an amazing job with the evening dinners.

The stay was excellent but we had agreed with the manager to stay until mid afternoon as long as we vacated the bedrooms (which we did at 11am). We were then hurried out by the owner due to a last minute booking and had to stand on the street with my elderly parents waiting for our transfer. This was not the ending we wanted to a luxury expensive stay. Also my sister has a nut allergy and we had agreed no nuts but the cake in the morning had pistachios on it. They told her repeated it had no nuts (it did). Luckily she didn’t have it but it left us a bit confused and worried about other food.

Wonderful place to stay, charming and cozy. The staff was amazing

Gorgeous riad that has been meticulously designed mixing traditional Moroccan architectural features, the old and the new and with northern European aesthetics. We loved the vintage floor tiles, the window grilles, the mood lighting, the ceiling detail in almost every room and the gorgeous fabrics. In addition, the riad was staffed by a hardworking and wonderfully attentive team.

It was a perfect 10/10. We wished we could have spent more time there!

Everything! The interior, the size, the beautiful authentic deco, the service, the most amazing rooftop and the traditional delicious Moroccan food served by Fatiha. We felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class, including all the excursions organised by Mohammad. We felt at home and so comfortable. The location is right in the centre, close to shops, fabulous restaurants. A beautiful riad and loved the privacy it offers. Very clean and I can’t fault anything. Thank you for the most amazing stay and the morrocon hospitality.

A lovely and spacious riad in the centre of Marrakech. The property is beautifully and authentically decorated throughout. A lovely team of staff were on hand to assist with all our needs. Delicious and beautifully presented meals on the sunny roof terrace or in the shade in dining room downstairs. The roof terrace was great for relaxing and also had a plunge pool to cool off in on hot days. Amazing staff! Great central location.

Stunning riad - clean, private and complete luxury. Even the bedding and pillows were perfect. Lots of drinks to hand with a great selection of wine, chilled in the bar for guests. Really helpful staff and breakfast was amazing!!! A very very special stay!

There is so much to like about Kenzara Suites: the Riad itself is exceptional, the location is perfect, and most of all, you are treated amazingly well by everyone who works there.

Superb location, extremely nice and clean, very good support from the whole staff. Breakfast (served on the rooftop) was simply excellent with many variations every day. We experienced also a great dinner based on moroccan specialties.

the Riad is absolutely beautiful and well kept. the internet is strong, the sonos speakers are fabulous, the rooms and decor are fabulous, but above all the staff. Mohamed and Fatiha are incredible and go above and beyond to make the stay all the more special.

This property is amazing! I have stayed in other riads and this is hands down the best. It’s just been renovated beautifully with taste and comfort in mind - nothing spared. The vibe is traditional Moroccan done impeccably well, but with modern touches and luxe comfort. It’s gorgeous - you won’t be able to stop taking pictures. As far as the amenities it’s 5 Star. Tons of amazing and comfortable spaces to hang out in (garden, salon, roof) which can be hard to find - usually you just have an uncomfortable breakfast room in most riads but we spent so much time there because we didn’t want to leave. The rooftop is nicer than any in the Medina. We actually cancelled sunset rooftop plans because ours was the best. Beds and linens are top notch. Breakfasts are incredible. Staff is wonderful - from booking to checkout - communicative and friendly all the way, handled transfers and anything else we needed professionally and quickly. It’s also in the best area of the medina - tons of charm but not insanely crowded and near to the street so very easy to get a taxi if you’re heading elsewhere. This was our favorite place in Morocco - we can’t wait to get back. If you’re lucky enough to find availability book now!
