Perfect location, super supportive staff, extremely clean apartment

Posizione centrale, bello stabile con ascensore, appartamento essenziale e funzionale, silenzioso. Molto apprezzato la lavatrice.

Letto scomodo, basterebbe un topper per far salire il confort, riscaldamento acceso in bagno anche in piena estate senza possibilità di spegnerlo, avrei apprezzato una bustina di te/tisana vicino il bollitore.

Que no es puguin obrir les finestres completament, feia molta calor. Per altra banda, faltaven alguns estris de neteja (baieta, algun drap més, escombra, etc) i de cuina (taula de tallar, ganivet de tallar, etc) i les tovalloles feien una mica d’olor a humitat.

The apartment is located not far from the central station and the harbour and is quiet overlooking the inner courtyard at the back of the block. It is spacious and well-equipped including a washing machine. Highly recommended!

I didn't like not having a top sheet or duvet cover that could be washed in between guests. The arrival instructions had not been updated for the summer construction works so the I train doesn't go to central station I unfortunately discovered.

Appartement très central et très calme. Dispose d'un parking à vélo intérieur. On accède facilement à tout, près du centre kamppi, près des rives de la baltique.

La cuisine est significativement mal équipée: il manque de tout: égouttoir, ustensile de cuisine, une seule casserole, une seule poile pour cuisiner, pas de bowl pour faire une salade (j'ai dû utiliser du plastic pour faire ma salade),

Everything was perfect

My dad stayed here and he is really satisfied. Location is great, it is clean (He was worried about some of the reviews but it was really clean), the apartment is well equipped and everything is great. Staff is really friendly, they send you a detailed message before your stay to make sure you check in smoothly without any issues.

30分もあれば徒歩でヘルシンキ内の有名観光地へ行くことも可能であり、ロケーションがとても良い。部屋の広さは申し分ないです。オーナーからの連絡も、スムーズに返信をもらえたのでとても助かりました。

滞在中にバスルームの電球が切れてしまったこと、ペーパー類が最低限しか用意されていないこと（持参していない私も悪いけど…）、貸出用タオルと部屋の臭いが気になりました。

Very convenient location - within walking distance of downtown and main central train station (as well as many public transit spots). Nice space with all the basic amenities.

Sijainti erinomainen ja selkeät ohjeet sisäänkirjautumiseen. Huoneistossa tarvittavat keittiötarvikkeet. Hieno vanha rakennus.

Sängyssä ei ollut lainkaan petauspatjaa ja kahdelle hengelle parisänkyyn oli vain yksi yhden hengen peitto. Toinen peitto olisi ollut kaapissa, mutta lakanaa siihen ei ollut.

Pidin majoituspaikan täsmällisestä ja nopeasti tapahtuvasta selkeästä viestinnästä asiakkaan suuntaan. Ohjeet tulivat luvatusti ja selkeästi. Asunto oli yllättävän tilava ja erittäin siisti, sitä arvostan suuresti. Sijainti on ensiluokkainen keskellä.Helsinkiä, metroasema yms on lähellä, kulttuurikohteet löytyvät vierestä, ostosmahdollisuuksia on sekä ravintolat yms.

Yksi tarkennus olisi hyvä: sain sähköpostiohjeissa ohjeen jättää avaimen asuntoon kun päätän oleskeluni asunnossa, seinällä ohje pyytää kuitenkin jättämään avaimen lokeroon. Siihen olisi varmaan hyvä saada täsmennys. Asunnossa oli rauhallista, mutta toisena yönä oli valitettavasti aika paljon melua, ilmeisesti jokin "bileporukka" oli liikkeellä.

Väga hea asukohaga nostalgilise hõnguga korter.

La cama no era nada cómoda ni las "almohadas" que parecían o eran 2 cojines. Dormimos bastante mal todas las noches. En la zona del lavabo hay una fuga y siempre había un charco de agua. Y por último lo que nos acabó de rematar fue que el detector de humos saltara en la madrugada dándonos un susto terrible. Al día siguiente también salto sin razón alguna.

Great place to stay, very close train station and the city centre. Many tram options around. The place has all you may need. The communication was very fast with the owner.

A small but nice apartment in the heart of Helsinki.

Well the location is great, host is nice, and quickly responds. House was cleaned when we entered the property. But it would have been great if the kitchen utensils are kept clean , they were old and had strains so we decided to not to use them. Bed lines and pillow covers should have been kept same , they also seem old and having different colors. Washroom is very small, in shower box there was clog, which made our stay quiet uncomfortable. overall it was ok, but would have been better.

Yes, this place is convenient and the key is easy to find. The entrance is convenient and it is near a convenience store. I like this place a lot.🤗🤗☺️

Very good location, even it’s city centre it’s very quiet

Cleanness wasn’t great

Right in the middle of the city centre and you have a whole bunch of food too. Felt very safe. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Check in process was simple and communication was satisfactory.

The room was clean and spacious for two persons. It has a kitchen well equipped and also basics for cooking(oil, spices, rice etc). It has a big window with view in an inner yard. It is very close to the center on foot and there is a bus station near by. The checkin process was very easy. It is as shown in the pictures.

It was fine. Had everything we needed. Located close enough to walk everywhere in the center. It was quiet. The staff was responsive when I notified them of our delayed flight and arrival. They made sure we could still collect keys after 02:30.

The shower door didn't close well and leaked out onto the floor.

The washing machine didn't work. This had been reported before; it was really annoying because I had booked an apartment with a washing machine as I wanted to use it. I then had to wash soap off my clothes in the sink which had no stopper. The skirting board was filthy as was the area between the shower and WC. In the kitchen the surface area around the sink was cracked.

Location is good, close to the city center, and to the public transportation, easy to find, easy to check in, The building is just wonderful, historic house with period details, also very clean

The location could not be better and the facilities were very good. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward with no room for misunderstandings. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and convenient. The towel heater was a nice addition.

It turned out to be surprisingly warm in Helsinki the week we were there, and it would have been nice to have an electric fan in the room. It would also be convenient to provide an iron and a squeegee for the floor near the shower.

Fantastic location. We walked everywhere and it was a great home base.

Decent place to stay at very reasonable rates in the heart of Helsinki. Has got all the basics right. The owner, with whom I only communicated online, was very responsive and friendly.

The blanket covers had stains and needs cleaning/replacement.

This property was advertised as having two beds (double + sofa) and a washing machine. After we had paid the full amount to secure our booking, we enquired about linen for the sofa bed only to be told that it was no longer in the flat. We needed two beds, so this was not really acceptable for us, but we negotiated a partial refund due to the inaccurate listing (it should be noted that we asked for this - no compensation of any kind was initially offered by the host). Upon arriving to the flat, we also discovered that the washing machine was broken - another listed amenity that was not available - and the flat overall was smaller, dingier, and dirtier than the pictures made it seem. We did not complete our stay, as the flat advertised was not the flat we arrived to. We asked the owner for a full refund due to the listing not being accurate, and were told that because we complained on the day of check in, it was too late (we contacted him five minutes after we checked in, and we could not possibly have made the request before this, as the discrepancy between the listing and the actual flat could only become apparent once we checked in). Communication with the owner, which had been relatively easy at the beginning, became extremely difficult when trying to resolve the issue. We would not have booked this property if it had been accurately advertised, and cannot recommend a stay here based on our experience.

Compact studio with basic kitchen and equipments and host is responsive to messages. Check-in instruction is very clear and straight forward.

TV and WiFi were not working during our stay and this has been communicated with the host. We could not find the hair dryer in the flat. All guests were requested to remove rubbish and take off linens at the end of the stay.

- calm - good location

- dirty fitted sheet: someone’s hair on them, and some small particles - this is the first property which asks to take out all bed sheets, linen and towers and place them on the ground, and remove all garbage (see photo). Like what? Should I maybe also wash linen and floor before check out? - small and uncomfortable pillow - very slow wi-fi - just 10 Mbit/sec for download - wrong instructions for check-in where provided, had to spend some extra time and call the manager of the property - very laggy TV, barely usable

Very nice and calm place in the perfect area, most place we wanted to visit were in a walking distance. Thanks a lot to our host Sunny. Our emailcontact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will return at the end of our holidays in Finland

A well situated and practical apartment

-Location is perfect. -Smoothest checkin process ever had. -Very helpful host. -Superb value for money.

-The sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and we found someone else's hair and some dust. -The windows could not be fully opened and one day it was very hot inside. -The curtains are too thin, and in the summer the room is almost always lit up, making it difficult to fall asleep.
