It was a great trip in my life. Our plane was canceled, so we have to stay anywhere. We had chosen this hotel and the mistress of the house could meet us earlier. She is polite. The room was clean and beautiful. Thank you a lot!

The apartment was small but very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is a decent size with full size fridge, rice cooker, kettle, hot plate and utensils. The location is down a side alley and is much quieter than being on the main road but it's still easy to access cafe restaurants and some shops. There are 2 shared washing machines and tumble dryers in the lobby downstairs. Very reasonable price.

A few times we had a smell of cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning.

the price is super cheap! for something this cheap there was a lift and even an outdoor facing window, albeit into another wall about two meters away. room and bathroom surfaces were extremely clean. room was properly equipped with fridge, induction cooker, pots and pans, glatware and cutlery

its located 39 meters down an allwy with ni car access. very local neighbours. whicg is sort of interesting. reception smelt of old cooking. must be the way the building is constructed as noise carries extremely easily. room next tk us was talking loudly till about 1 am. the sheets smelled funny and felt sticky. pillow cases were even bit gunkier and had an ominous orange shade. either the laundering was poor or they forgot to change the sheets. we asked for 2 extra pillows. said yes in the email but they were in the room. water was for sale at reception and we bought some. receptionist did not tell us water was provided upstairs. we did not need 4 bottles for an quick overnight stay. only rainwater shower working. flexible shower head was blocked with old gunk. won't be returning for our last night in HCMC. more expensive but much better option where we are now.

The room was very clean and we liked having a sofa and kitchen area. The shower had good pressure and stayed hot. A fantastic location with lots of restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. Great value for money.

The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrived, despite being a non-smoking room. The bed was extremely hard.

The owner was a very kind person and hospitable.

Check-in was fine. Had an early morning departure (5am) and just left the key at the front desk. All good! A/C, kitchen and bath all excellent.

Bed is a bit hard.

Spacious apartment which was clean and away from the noise of the city center. The centre could be easily reached by bus or a grab.

The house is located in very good area, close to everything, but still quiet, and easy to find. The host was extremely helpful, all of my question was immediately answered and all my need was satisfied. Definitely recommended.

The location was good - district 3 - away from the centre but close enough to walk to decent places and easy to get Grab taxis/bikes. The washing machines and dryers were really handy. The bathroom was a wet room but the shower pressure and temperature was great.

There was a strange smell in the fridge, but once the fridge was turned on the smell disappeared.

Loved the studio apartment, the kitchen was simple but worked very well for cooking ramen and boiling water. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfy and the AC worked well. A very nice stay! There is an incredible smoothie place right down the road and a great vegetarian hot pot restaurant a little ways away, walkable.

We think the sink might have been leaking but we weren’t sure. The location was fine (the smoothie place was the best part).

The area is okay but it's nothing special. Definitely not my favourite part of town.

Quiet space. Room was extremely clean. There are windows that open to the air. Fully furnished and fairly new. The terrace has a nice view. The security in this area is quite good. There are many different kinds of food and drink outside, so it doesn't take much time to travel. Convenient to travel, especially to the airport and places to visit or work.

The condo is clean and safe. It also close to the city center and shopping. Room could be make up daily, just remember to flip the sign on the door the notify the employee.

The Wifi was bad in our room.

It's the second time we stayed at this property and again we could not recommend it more. It's super comfortable, in an area with a lot of amenities, quiet and clean. Good value for the place and owner is very welcoming and easy going.

cozy studio, small but very clean

It was absolutely amazing! You have the apartment for yourself, fully equipped. Everything was incredibly cleaned and there is a chance to use the laundry machines as well for free. Quiet and well located. They also have a terrace on the top floor if you want a social area and to be outside for a bit. Definetely coming back !

Its a very safe place to stay, very clean, the host/owner is so kind and can speak English. No need to look for money exchange, she will help you. They have motorbike for rent. Its so convenient and homey.
