Wilson House - Camden

Really good location and easy access into camden market which is what I wanted. Good value for money based on location. Staff were great for communication and sent a lovely message after departure too.

Paid an extra 20£ for a "balcony" but didn't get a balcony - was just a door to a backgarden terrace type thing. Think its a hefty cost for what it was but just a personal opinion / annoyance, otherwise, very pleased. Would stay again!

Biz Harry Potter Stüdyo Turuna gideceğimiz için Lioness Metro hattına yakınlığından dolayı seçmiştik burayı ama bulunduğu mahalle, evin temizliği de hoşumuza gitti. Mahalle çok sakin ve güzel. Ayrıca mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Biz kahvaltımızı hep evde yaptık onun için. Mutfaktaki ikramlar için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Odamız tertemizdi. Bahçe katındaydık bahçede oturmak için masa da vardı. Çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha tercih ederiz diye düşünüyorum.

A acomodação é confortável. A localização é um pouco distante do metro e ônibus para ficar carregando malas, mas nada que interfira. Apesar de ser somente um quarto com cama, o espaço é aconchegante. Não tivemos nenhum problema. O bairro é super charmoso.

Podia ser melhor sinalizado na parte da rua. Tivemos dificuldade em achar a localização. Na foto do anúncio não tem tanta árvore quanto tem hoje. Além disso, poderia ter uma televisão no quarto.

Muy comoda la habitacion, no hicimos uso de la cocina pero podríamos haberlo hecho aunque no dispone de un "comedor" o espacio cómodo para cenar pero es solucionable :) muy calentita la casa y habitación, no pasamos frio y estuvimos muy muy cómodos. Excelente alojamiento, lo recomendaré y volveré.

Pense que estaba mas cerca de las líneas de metro para tomar pero tenia 10 minutos o mas para las centrales. No es gran inconveniente

Gostei muito da tranquilidade do bairro, muito bom pra descansar após cada dia cheio de turismo por Londres e ao mesmo tempo oferece tudo que precisa de supermercado, lavanderia e restaurantes próximos, além do acesso ao metrô excepcional de Londres que te leva pra qualquer lugar.

Very difficult parking. Hadn’t realised when we booked that the rooms are in shared apartments with shared bathroom. Duvet cover had stain.

Quarto com espaço suficiente para uma pequena estadia, muitas plantas e com aquecimento o que o tornou acolhedor, cama confortável. Deixaram- nos alguns miminhos o que é sempre bom. Agua, biscoitos e bom bons. Apesar de nunca termos visto os nossos anfitriões, recebemos diversas mensagens para saberem se estava tudo bem e se ja tinhamos chegado.

O quarto podia estar mais limpo. O chão tinha um pouco de cotão, e pó na mesinha de cabeceira, a mesa que nos dava apoio no quarto devia ser substituida, porque esta a abanar. O quarto tem um pequeno lavatório, o que é bom porque o wc é partilhado e evita que se ocupe o wc mais vezes mas deveria ter um toalheiro para colocar uma toalha de mãos.

what a great place! it was close to the underground station so localisation was amazing. the room was perfect, big and spacious with comfortable beds. amenities were very gracious. i recommend the stay and will for sure come back

Wir hatten ein großes Doppelzimmer, das wirklich sehr schön war, so wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Das Bett war gemütlich, die Matratze gut. Das Wilson House liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre ein kleiner Vorrat an Küchenrollen und Küchenlappen, um Oberflächen, wie zum Beispiel den Tisch und Arbeitsflächen abwischen zu können.

There was that asian woman that did not know how to open and close a door with less than 120 sound decibels and take a shower without making everything wet except the bathtub. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

The only acceptable thing was the cleaning lady who greeted us upon arrival, who was the one who helped us with the entrance to the room and oriented us around the house.

If you're looking for a place to stay for the weekend in London, this is NOT an option, as they don't offer luggage storage services. No one greets you... We were lucky enough to meet the cleaning lady, but we were never able to resolve our concerns with anyone because there's no reception at this hotel. They only responded via Booking.com, and they don't respond immediately. So, if you need to ask questions, you'll be left waiting...

Location was great. The room was generally clean and looked nice.

The bed was absolutely awful. You can literally feel the springs in your back, and I was sore for nearly a week after a single night. I ended up leaving and spending extra money for a hotel instead of staying there another 2 nights. Additionally the heat in the room did not work and the bedding was insufficient for even a mildly cold evening.

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr groß für Londoners Verhältnisse. Und die Lage war sehr gut. Ruhige Wohngegend und man Bus und Bahn fußläufig.

Die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen sauberer sein. Es lag sehr viel Staub in den Ecken und an den Steckdosen.

Everything was clean enough, good instructions how to get inside your room, nice location and definitely nice and quiet area around. Bottle with water and some biscuits was a nice welcome gift. I would like to give a special mention to your housekeeping. She was an extremely kind woman who helped us check in.

Floor and doors are very noisy. We heard everything and everyone who came inside and out and took baths. And I couldn’t close the window, even with instructions even with experience using such windows in Europe , but whatever it wasn’t cold at this time.

La limpieza del baño común es mejorable, se acabó el jabón de manos al segundo día de nuestra estancia y no se repuso…por la noches hacía frío y no encendieron la calefacción.

A lot of stairs! I had a heavy suitcase and had three flights of stairs to get to my room. While things were overall clean, it could use some updating. The bathroom floor could use renewing.

A little outside the city center, but close to a Jubilee Line station. Good public transport connections. Rooms are large and clean.

La Wilson house Camden est extrêmement bien placée. Très pratique pour accéder à tout Londres facilement. Le personnel de ménage était très sympathique et la chambre était propre. Les parties communes également. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide et l'entrée autonome facilite l'arrivée.

Partager les toilettes et la salle de bain n'est jamais simple car tout le monde n'a pas le même niveau de propreté. Ceci étant dit, ce n'est pas la faute ni des femmes de ménage, ni du propriétaire.

Location was excellent. Close to tubes and overground trains. Free parking on weekends. Communial Kitchen area. Garden (downstairs flat).

Everything nice and clean, very clear instructions from the owner, location and proximity to metro lines, area felt safe and tidy. Welcome water bottle was a nice gesture.

Floor and doors are noisy, if anything could be done about that it'd make a good improvement so that guests don't disturb each other while in the apartment

The place is well located, close to amenities and public transport. The place has everything you need when you want to cook. The host was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαίσια, σε πολύ χλυδάτη γειτονιά στο βόρειο Λονδίνο σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση περπατώντας στον κεντρικό δρόμο Finchley Road 10 λεπτά και αν όπου υπάρχουν διαφόρων ειδών καταστήματα απ' μπακάλικα, μαγαζιά εστίασης, κουρεία, σουπερμάρκετ και ούτε κάθε εξής σε μεγάλη ποικιλία! Επίσης 2 στάσεις μέτρο το Finchley road & Swiss cottage απ' όπου μπορείς να μετακινηθείς προς κεντρικό Λονδίνο όπως επίσης και άφθονες στάσεις λεωφορείων! Όσο αφορά το κατάλυμα αρκετά ασφαλές με χρήση κωδικού στην κεντρική πόρτα για είσοδο και επίσης σε δεύτερη φάση στην πόρτα για είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα. Είναι γενικά ήσυχη γειτονιά, καθαρό κατάλυμα με αρκετές ανέσεις και σίγουρα πολύ οικονομικό αν λάβεις υπόψιν την περιοχή! £145.00 για 3 βραδιές σε μόνο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι δεν βρίσκεις πουθενά τόσο οικονομικά ειδικά σε Λονδίνο!! Νε μεν με κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο και κουζίνα αλλά βόλευε καθώς ταξίδεψα μόνος και κατά ευκαιρία γνώρισα ενδιαφέροντα άτομα στην διαμονή μου! Συνιστώ το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορώ να σκεφτώ αν και δε με πείραξε προσωπικά τόσο ήταν ότι ένα δύο χερούλια σε πόρτες όπως κουζίνας και μπάνιου ήταν χαλασμένα κάπως και σίγουρα ήθελαν συντήρηση! Γενικά δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ αρνητικά για το κατάλυμα. Υπέρ ευχαριστημένος

Very close to South Hampstead ( Lioness line 1 stop into Euston) every 15 mins or so. Also 31 bus direct to Camden Town. Rooms were clean and comfortable with shared bathroom. Very quiet residential street. We didn't use a car but there's some free overnight parking on street 1730 - 0830. The shared kitchen was fine with pots and pans if you need to cook. The room had a table to eat breakfast. A good night's sleep

We reserved 2 rooms that were located in totally different ends of the apartment block. There was limited cups and cutlery available . Some window blinds were broken and some basic maintenance needed in the bathroom.

Appartement et cuisine super équipé, rapport qualité prix impeccable, chambre spacieuse, sèche cheveux disponible, fer à repasser, transports et magasins à 10 minutes à pied. L'entrée se fait par un système de code et la porte de la chambre se ferme à clé.

Pas très bonne isolation sonore, si vous tombé sur un voisin bruyant préparé vos boules quies.

The place was just like the photos – clean, comfortable, and sharing the space felt really easy and pleasant. It felt like our own home, and it was also very affordable.

Good location close to Paddington and in a quiet residential area.

The bedroom did not feel clean; the (shared) bathroom was definitely not clean; I had to carry heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs (with no warning about this, and I have a back problem). Felt like student accommodation.

I got pills, and it’s 2 month when i try to handle with that, my whole face is with red spots, the room was dirty, it was around 12 minutes from the and transport, with lugage it was hell, in the shower there was no hat water, pole waterflow, but wirst part is bloody pills!!

Really close to everything! Out of the way, gated off, easy access!! Overall just looked really nice on the outside and that reflected on the inside.

Not exactly like the photos but definitely similar. But for the price you can’t go wrong and it is still such a lovely place to stay.

Ierodoties mūsu istabā stāvēja netīrās veļas kalns, kas bija aizmirsts, tomēr, vēlāk tas tika savākts un nākošajā dienā mūs uzrunāja sieviete, kas uzkopa un mums ĺoti atvainojās par šo atgadījumu, viņa bija tiešām ļoti jauka.

Nepatika, ka WC un duša atsevišķi - jāiet caur koplietošanas gaiteni.

The house is well located, it has two metro lines very close and the neighbour is lovely. Moreover, the quite area allows a well rest. Despite we did not use the kitchen it was fully furnished for cooking.

We had very uncomfortable self check in: we eneterd and the room was not ready, and still dirty from previous guests. No one was around and we had to wait 1h prior to the cleaning service to come and sort it out. This kind of mistakes are heavy ones but can happen at the end. However, the comunication with the host was very poor, no one really apologized with us, as we expected. Overall, this inconvenience didn't affect too much our stay.

The main bed was very comfortable and the room had all the necessary facilities. The shared kitchen was well equipped. Loved the plants around the room and the building, really lovely and one of the staff whom we ran into frequently around the building was incredibly helpful and kind. Loved the location of the place also as it was nested in a leafy, residential area but also had good public transport links.

The single bed provided for the third person was not quite long enough (just covered my height of about 1.67m) - would have been a struggle if I was a taller person. We didn't get to report this but the coffee machine was not working properly during our stay. Also the water pressure in the shower was incredibly low meant it took a while to have a shower. But these things are minor and we overall loved our stay.

We were three people, Room is big and there is a backyard. Room is comfortable and nice decorated. Except for the bathroom is kind little bit small or other things is good.

Het was een rustige plek en dichtbij metro station. Alles was heel schoon. Om de hoek een hele goede koffie tent :)

La ubicación es perfecta, tienes las estaciones de metro Swiss Cottage y Finchley Road a un paseo corto por el barrio. Además, en solo una parada llegas a Wembley. El barrio es agradable y tranquilo, hay Tesco y restaurantes/cafeterías cercanos. Las instalaciones están bien, sencillas; había dos baños compartidos para 4 habitaciones (aparentemente limpios y no muy viejos) y una pequeña cocina; la habitación (4) era amplia y luminosa, contaba con un armario. Te dejan agua y un snack de bienvenida en la mesa. El check-in se puede hacer a cualquier hora ya que con previo aviso, te dejan la llave en la habitación y te proporcionan el código para entrar. El check-out se hace a las 11 y de la misma manera, dejando la llave en la habitación.

Las pegas que le pongo al alojamiento, y la nota baja son por la comodidad y limpieza. Cuando llegamos había pelusas en el suelo y al abrir una toalla supuestamente limpia, nos la encontramos sucia. Las almohadas olían a lejía/humedad y no eran nada cómodas, al igual que el colchón, que tenía hundimientos. En toda la estancia no pasó nadie a limpiar la habitación. Y en cuanto a la comodidad, la habitación estaba al lado del baño, se escuchaban mucho la grifería y los demás huéspedes. Aún con ello, volvería a alojarme para una escapada de 2-3 días con la fe de que se solucionen los puntos negativos y el precio no suba.

I liked the bedroom, very spacious and plenty of space for two people and all their belongings. Its a short walk to the underground station. And a 30 minute walk to camden town

It is a shared property so its unknown what kind of people will also be in the property with you. We shared with other girls who were quite loud in the evenings but we never really crossed paths with them during our stay.
