Riverside Studio - Yuetai Phnom Penh

Initial messaging was good

Once I arrived at the location none of the nearby business knew about it and my calls even when you get get past the robot kept getting cut off then completely unanswered. Both via mobile call and telegram . absolutely terrible service.

staff we rude and intolerable... unproffesional this hotel.is not a hotel.. its a third party host renting hotels rooms and then subleasing

Did not like anything as the host is not truthful and sadly uses a site as Booking.com to carry out shady dealings

The host for this property is not to be trusted. Firstly I booked this hotel months before and first response I received from the host on booking.com communication platform was "Please answer because this could be scam." This is after the booking made was paid for at the time of booking because it was non refundable. Hindside, that should have been a red flag for me. I did not hear back until about 3 weeks prior I informed the host that my fight to Phnom Penh had changed and I would be arriving earlier than the allocated stated booking time. Nil response and after about a week later I sent the same message via booking.com. Again nil response. On the day of arrival I attended the property and no host at the location. The host then contacted and informed that we were waiting at the lobby for there arrival. The response was that the property was given to another person and she had another place for me. I did not agree with this as the host was sent several messages via booking.com and nil response stating when I would arrive date and time and booking made months before. I wanted this location and not the new property 4km from where they wanted me to go for the alternate. I contacted booking.com and informed of the same. Booking.com sent the host a message and the response "I am here waiting and if I did not attend I would lose my money as this was a non refundable booking." Note that the host was not telling the truth to Booking.com saying that she was at the property but in fact I was sitting in the foyer of the property I booked and she was at another property away from the property I booked and paid for. Bad experience for my family

La atención del personal, muy bien, el estudio cómodo, amplio, con balcón exterior, lavadora de ropas y linda piscina en la terraza con vista a la ciudad

Yo había alquilado por booking en Riverside y la empresa me cambió el alojamiento, me generó mal humor y quedar a 3.5 km de Riverside .. pero a veces hay que entender que esas cosas pueden pasar ... las toallas del estudio, deberían ser cambiadas por otras de mejor calidad ...

Great Hospitality

Ingen ting,,prøvde å kontakte en person på tlf,,men ikke noe svar!!!! Å de som satt i inngangen eller en lignende resepsjon ville ikke løfte en finger eller hjelpe å prøve å komme eieren,, så til slutt gadd jeg ikke mer,,å la meg inn på et annet hotell i stedet..

At det ikke er resepsjon, og ikke murlig å få kontakt med eieren.. Helt på trynet opplegg,, Å helt håpløst at ingen gadd å hjelpe med å få tak i eieren heller... Mye mer viktig for dem å glane på katte videoer og annet tøv...

Bed really comfortable and large. Good balcony and view. Good location. Good price.

Didn’t get to wash our clothes as didn’t realise the washing machine is on the balcony. No hot water to shower- messaged the host and was told that I’m ’turning it on too fast’. No matter how I tried to turn it on it did not go hot, no water at all on hot. Terrible system of checking in. The hotel staff in the building don’t run the room, it is run independently. So the hotel staff were confused. We had to wait over an hour to be let in by the actual host, who was unhelpful on the phone and left us waiting around. The person the host sent to check us in didn’t know what he was doing causing us further delays.

There was no hot water, only cold water. The room had not been cleaned; T-shirts were lying on top of the wardrobe and under the sofa. The electricity went out at night and was still out the next day, but I didn't write to the owner. I moved out. When we arrived at the apartment, we waited a long time for the keys to be brought to us. We waited for 1.5 hours, even though we had called and written many hours before our arrival. They brought us the keys and didn't even open the room. They gave us a chip for the electronic lock, but the key didn't work. We tried to get into the room for at least 30 minutes. We wrote to Telegram and did not receive a response for a long time. Then they sent me the door code in Telegram, and only then were we able to enter the room.

Good location and nice balcony view. A/C and wifi worked well.

Was given the wrong elevator fob which took about 8 hours to resolve. Host asked me to send photos and videos of the fob not working, which was annoying.

The property charged you 9$ to clean which they should provide on their part. Utensils were not clean, bed cover had blood stains which they changed after multiple request,

This is such a fantastic studio in Phnom Penh, more like a resort. The staff are all really nice and very accommodating. Very comfortable and clean. The property is so well taken care of. Good AC in the rooms.

Location

No service, misleading, a studio not a one bedroom apartment. NO hot water, informed host the next day via telegram texting, but host not communicatable, telephone number useless restriction set won't get thru. The Last night had NO power/electricity/internet informed host not contactable. found out owner did not pay enough for the electricity. The whole building has electricity except that condo.

Closed to the riverside,

During my stay the electricity went off in the middle of the of the night , I have to booked a hotel room This happened to me twice, I called the caretaker she told me nothing she call do about it because she’s not the owner, the owner the one that took my payment . I contacted the owner no response. No Tv in room , the water heater is on and off . I had a very late check in , the room was under renovation

Good place, excellent treatment, wonderful reception and the staff were friendly. Cleanliness is excellent, services are very good, and the residents nearby are friendly. There are stores nearby that meet your needs

There was nothing I liked. Everything was fine. The place was located between two very poor and simple people

Great place, right in the centre of town. The room was great value for money.
