הדירה לא נקייה, לא היו מגבות ונייר טואלט כשהגענו, חיכינו עד מאוחר בערב שיביאו, לא היה סבון לידיים וכלי רחצה...ריח של ביוב במקלחת..

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Center in Jerusalem. Very close to Mahane Yehuda. Walking distance to the old city.
Requesting communication via external email instead of through Booking.com. Asking for personal credit card information. Very slow response to requests for necessary items at the accommodation. Poor cleanliness.

only thing i would have liked, is signs under all the switches for the lights and fans and electric curtains , as there were a lot of switches to figure out what worked for what, general signage in building in english for where to go in emergency
