The house is big and well maintained plus clean. It is fully furnished. Best part it is pet friendly. The swing is cool. Had a great time staying here with my cat.

The check in process at the lobby before getting the key. Took some time to register at the security before can go in to the letter box area.

owner is very responsibility , room is clean , facility function well recommend.

management maybe have a little bit problem because when go in and out the gate not function although i have access card,but overall still manage to get in and out just inform guard over there.

The owner was very friendly and accommodative. I requested 2 parking slots and got it. One of the power point was broken and couldn't use the electric jug to boil water. The owner sent a different kettle within 10 minutes.

The washing machine in the bathroom downstair caused abit of disturbance when showering.

The staff very kind, the place very comfortable. We made the last minutes booking due to the horrible service by agoda, we unable to check-in our booked hotel that day, so end up we make the booking through booking.com and found this super nice hotel. The staff contact us immediately once we made the booking and told us the check-in checkout procedure. Very good experience and definitely deserves 10 out of 10

There is an electric hotpot prepared for usage.

Best if the carpark could provide some guidance, not so easy to find the right spot as every part of the carpark looks similar, and there is no lobby sign.
