Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Ciudad del Vaticano y otros sitios de interés muy lindos. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme allí además de recomendarlo para todo aquel que quiera vivir una bonita experiencia

It was a nice devastated room and comfortable, ideal location.

The bathroom and the room should be cleaned every day. It wasn't. And there were only 2 capsules of coffee at the coffee machine for 6 persons.

On nous a changé de logement le jour de notre arrivée. Nous n'avions pas été prévenu en avance. Notre Taxi nous a donc laissé à l'adresse initiale. Après avoir contacté la personne en charge de notre arrivée, elle. nous a indiqué qu'il fallait nous rendre ailleurs, nous avons du marcher 10 avec nos valises !! Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement qui se situe en Souplex, au niveau des caves, Notre appartement était accolé à une cave, nous avions donc une odeur de renfermée. Donc très sombre, obligé d’avoir la lumière tout le temps. La propreté laisse à désirer au niveau de la à salle de bain, les sols n’étaient pas non plus parfaitement, nettoyés. La VMC était très sale, rempli de poussière et de moisissures, Ma fille est en allergique, elle a d’ailleurs éternué et ses mouchée durant tout le séjour. Nous avions une machine à café qui fuyait.

Zeer goede locatie met alle faciliteiten binnen loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel. Rustige locatie. Schone kamer met goed werkende airco

Wifi op de kamer was niet al te best maar in de zithoek op het gangetje werkte het goed.

A localização é excelente, muito perto do Vaticano. O quarto era muito espaçoso, limpo, e a comunicação foi sempre muito boa e super acessível.

El mal olor que había al ingresar al depto general(siempre olor a cloaca),no en el depto para dormir. No funcionaba el aire,la anfitriona nos trajo un ventilador

El alojamiento era tal cual la descripción que se daba de él. Lo que me pareció escaso fue el papel higiénico, ya que era poco para cuatro personas. Por lo demás todo estaba muy limpio, tranquilo y cerca del metro y Vaticano.

The location was great, easy to reach and central to all the main sightseeings. The host was very friendly and the room was comfortable :)

Στην ουσία κατεβαίνεις περίπου 10 σκαλιά για να φτάσεις στην προ- είσοδο (!) του χώρου ενοικίασης. Ακολουθεί 2η πόρτα (κυρία είσοδος του διαμερίσματος) και έξω από αυτή υπάρχει άλλη, συρόμενη πόρτα αποθήκης. Αυτό αφαιρεί κάπως την αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας. (Αναφέρομαι στο διαμέρισμα επί της οδού Via Giuliana 18).

Ótima Localização fizemos os pontos turístico do Vaticano a pé. Próximo tem várias opções de restaurante e cafés.

A cobrança de 60€ por 2 dias (taxa turística). E só aceita em dinheiro.

El sofa cama super incomodo. Ni para una noche.Fatal. No sabia que estaba en un sotano,pero daba a un patio florido.

Posizione ottima. Stanza sufficientemente grande e con letti comodi. Ampia doccia.

Aria condizionata non funzionava, abbiamo avvisato e sono intervenuti ma non è migliorata la situazione, ci hanno dato un ventilatore. La pulizia della camera era effettuata tutti i giorni ma in modo non buono. Abbiamo trovato sporco il bagno e sotto il letto.

Place was very spacious and cozy, neat and organized. It also has elevator, and that alone is very helpful. The host was very friendly and responds timely. They cleaned our room real good and even provided water bottles during the whole stay. Location is close to the center, with a lot of shops and restos around. It is also very close to Vatican City which is the main reason we chose this place. It has CCTV around so it is very secured. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Vatican City, it's literally walking distance. Ottaviano train station is also walking distance. Being close to McDonalds is also a plus!

With hot and humid Rome weather, it would be helpful if AC is blowing really cold air. We would appreciate an additional trash can too or a little bigger one than the one in the bathroom.

Il bagno non era un granché.

Lovely sized room, light and airy and clean. Air-conditioning and fridge in room were a bonus. No face to face contact with staff but excellent communication/instructions via watsapp. Fab location and felt safe and secure. Would stay again.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable but that is just from our personal preference. Shower appeared to have low pressure. Nothing that really impacted our stay and would choose to stay in future.

The location is so convenient, just a few steps away to St. Peter’s square and so near to Ottaviano metro station. One convenient grocery store was also near , a good point to consider .

Air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay, complained several times but it wasnt fix at all! they claimed they checked and rectified it, even before we came and insisted that they did their part but it never worked! even blamed us for keeping the window opened, of course! that’s the only way to keep us alive inside that oven room! was given an electric fan, oh well apparently that was also given to prior guest , so the issue was already been happening yet wasnt resolved! another upsetting experience—WIFI is NOT working also! connection keeps on dropping every 2 minutes! oh plus— shower holder was also broken! we received a bottle of wine just to pacify us, but NO! totally disappointed! wasted our time and effort, totally ruined our stay! Arrrgh!!! 😡

Labai patiko vieta, išėjus iškarto yra daug kavinių, parduotuvių, restoranų, yra kur pasivaikščioti, šalia vatikanas. Už 5 minučių yra metro.

Labai plonos sienos, viskas girdisi. Vonios durys neužsidaro. Šaldytuvas nešaldė. Langai į kiemeli kur šiuo metu vyksta remontų darbai. Vietoj kaldros paklodė, kietas čiužinys.

Air conditioning does not work, neither does the wifi. From looking at previous reviews this appears to be an on going issue. Very frustrating as room is advertised with both of these facilities when clearly that is not true. I had to reach out via whats app a number of times, and while staff were responsive this was reactive, we stayed 3 nights in Rome in 38° with 2 kids without any AC which was very uncomfortable. I finally got a fan on our last night but only when this was requested when they already knew the AC wasnt working. The room itself needs a deep clean and paint/maintenence. There was a mold smell in the hallway. Overall very disapointed, would never stay here again

厕所的垃圾桶坏了，而且只有那一个垃圾桶，所以有点不方便。。。有些插头位置不太好，不方便睡觉的时候充电

Really lovely room, and the AC is a must in Rome! Host was helpful - cleaners are also helpful if you need anything

Unfortunately we were positioned right next the door which had a very loud buzz, and would bang shut… this was especially frustrating when people would come in at 4am, 5am… etc.. this did wake us up a few times! If you plan on staying here, I would ensure you ask NOT to stay near the door, go down the hallway if you can

Lo mejor fue la atención y la amabilidad de la persona de contacto. Todo genial y el sitio limpio y con una muy buena ubicación.

Vlotte communicatie met de host. Rustige buurt. Makkelijke toegang met cijfercodes. Dagelijks verse handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden. Nespresso beschikbaar in de gang.

Schimmelgeur. Geen verluchting in de badkamer. Badkamervloer steeds nat, wellicht door een lek. Vieze wastafel. Versleten of beschadigde voorwerpen worden niet vervangen (bv. handdoekdroger, vuilbakje). Er is een beetje koeling maar het had meer mogen zijn.

Great location, welcoming host, did the job for an inexpensive short stay.

The lights from the hallway leak into the room badly, the hallway of the property was air-conditioned but the room itself only had a basic fan, the room could have done with a deep clean and the shower head was broken.

Localizaçao excelente, quarto confortavel, com frigobar, dificil de achar em outras acomodaçoes, limpo, cama confortável e bom banho.

I like the location

We got another room than we ordered, nobody tell us nobody cares about it we pay for beautiful room and got one that looks worse, guy told me that i dont tell my preference, so i recommend to tell that you want room you pay for it, i wasnt clean, bathroom was horrible, water doesnt drain you were in shower like in the pool so i wouldnt reccomend this accomodation

The room was clean and in a good location.

The bathroom was broken, the shower holder was snapped so showering was difficult. The WiFi was very slow. The rooms were very close to eachother so could hear everything and the corridor smelt. Overall was average and expensive for what we paid.

Nastanitev je v blizini metro postaj, zajtrkujete lahko v baru pod apartmajem, Vatikan je v nepposredni blizini, v okolici so tudi zelo dobre restavracije.

Posizione super! Personale all'ingresso molto gentile e disponibile. Facile e pratico l'accesso alla struttura. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di lasciare per qualche ora dopo il check-out il bagaglio. Consiglieremo la struttura

Cuscini veramente scomodi. Frigo bar molto piccolo, per freddare una bibita non è stata sufficiente un'intera notte. Molto rumore: al piano superiore si sentivano chiaramente passi di persone dalle 6:00 di mattina alle 23:00 quasi ininterrottamente; il personale addetto alle pulizie parlava ad alta volte senza "freni" durante il servizio pur essendo presto, 7/8 di mattina.

Сподобалось місце розташування, але це було єдиний плюс цього помешкання. Однак зверніть увагу, що сама вулиця дуже брудна.

На жаль, враження від проживання залишилися негативними. Насамперед розчарувала чистота номера. Після заселення ми виявили волосся в душовій, що свідчить про неякісне прибирання. Саме прибирання номера було дуже поверхневим і обмежувалося лише тим, що нам застеляли ліжко, складали мокрий рушник з підлоги у ванні на дно душової, а ще один раз додали дві подушки. Окремий мінус — дуже погана шумоізоляція. Було чути абсолютно все, що відбувалося в коридорі, тому відпочити вдень практично неможливо через постійний шум. Найгірше ж — це постійний шум від насосу у туалеті: коли приймаєш душ, відкриваєш воду чи користуєшся туалетом, дуже голосно працює водяна помпа, і вона періодично шумить постійно. Також фото номера не відповідають реальності. У номері відсутній декор, немає шафи для одягу, тому розкласти речі майже ніде. Крім того, у номері немає ніякої ковдри, немає праски, а фен працює дуже погано. Плінтуси виглядали пошкодженими від вологи, а в останній день нашого перебування в номері з’явилася вода на підлозі. Також затоплений був і коридор. На жаль, очікування не виправдалися. Сподіваюся, адміністрація зверне увагу на ці недоліки та покращить умови для гостей.

Gestore molto disponibile, camera pulita, ottima la posizione in quanto vicina al Vaticano. La consiglio vivamente, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Für einen Kinderwagen kein Platz, das Zimmer und auch die Gänge sind eng, im Zimmer kaum Platz für die Koffer, kein Bidet

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war ideal und insgesamt waren wir alle sehr zufrieden. Ich persönlich habe mich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen.

Le camere nel complesso sono molto carine, l’host super gentile e la posizione della struttura molto ben collegata grazie alla vicinanza di metro e fermate dei bus.

Delle 3 matrimoniali prenotate, una aveva il materasso scomodissimo e un’altra il bagno piccolissimo, ma la nota più dolente è stata la completa assenza di ARIA CONDIZIONATA, nella struttura è presente un semplice sistema di areazione che funziona solo in corridoio, nelle camere c’era un caldo talmente asfissiante che siamo dovute andare alla ricerca di ventilatori da acquistare per Roma.

The location was perfect - very close to metro station, 5 min away from Vaticana, 5min away from taxi hub (fixed price to airport); the neighbourhood was good - plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean and very quiet.

The wifi didn't work, not even after reset. And the contruction work, sounded like just behind our wall (drilling ..). Luckily they didn't to it all the time.

Hemos ido en Junio y el aire acondicionado no tenía suficiente potencia para enfriar la habitación además no se puede regular desde el interior de la habitación.

The location was very close to Vatican City and Prati. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was easy to get to and provided a nice home base for us while staying in Rome. There is a metro train station on the same block which was very helpful when traveling to other parts of Rome.

The bed only was made with a top sheet. A blanket or duvet would have been nice as it would have been a little more comfortable.

La posizione, comoda e sicura. Ci sono due baretti sotto casa, ottimi per colazione, aperitivo o pranzo al volo.

Si sentivano molto i rumori dall’esterno, la prima notte ci siamo svegliati alle cinque del mattino perché c’erano dei ragazzi al bar sotto la camera che urlavano e si sentiva TUTTO

I was a bit sceptical as some reviews were bad, but it honestly was so good, such a good location, stuff were very communicative, the room was clean and everything was clear on how to get in and how everything works, Bathroom was fine, toilet wasn’t loud, the whole place was quite for most, maybe some chat outside and maybe a wee bit warm but with the window open it was completely fine. Highly recommend for couples 🫶
