Reviewed May 14, 2026We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Manila. During a change to our travel dates, we accidentally cancelled part of our booking, but the owner was incredibly helpful in assisting us to rebook the remaining days. Communication was excellent throughout, and their support made the situation much less stressful. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily stay again.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Very convenient budget friendly apartment, in the heart of Uptown BGC. It was clean, convenient arrangement and a great view from the 35th floor. We had to book it last minute and the apt manager was very responsive and gave us all the instructions in time. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, which we never use because there are 10000000 restaurants around 🫣

Despite fast smooth prior registration assisted by unit property manager, The front desk upon early drop off of baggage, asked for their lobby QR code to be read and make another registration, it was asking for details like unit owners name, unit number etc, took a bit of time.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2024The studion apartment has everything you need, including a working kitchen, a small lounge area, bed, bathroom and wifi. It is very close to all amenities and just walking distance to the palace (nightlife/club). It comes in handy for when you're in BGC to go out and it also has nice views from the bed. Would stay again 😊 It is very easy to check-in/check-out. Host is very responsive.

It’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Uptown Mall and numerous restaurants, as well as Lnaders. Additionaly, it was only a short distance to our party venue at Xylo at the Palace.

Not the host’s fault, but the elevator wait time going up and down.

The host kept in touch with us from the start, responding to our queries in a timely manner. She had left clear instructions for checking in and also of the household information. There was a membership card for the supermarket which we found useful. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The reception and cleaning staff were professional and helpful.

No convenient store at the building. Have Landers but this store need u apply a membership then can enter the supermarket & food court. The bedsheets can improve because not soft already(wash overtime) and the beds are small for us 170-180cm height.
