no washing machine,no netflix,no basic tea and coffee been prepared at the kitchen and the space of the apartment's are more to mini studio apartment rather than luxury.It was a bit small homestay for a couple's with kids like us .Also the parking rate slightly pricey (rm14/day).

I was not comfortable with the smell/odor of the apartment. The door dont have stopper as we accidentally shut it very hard and after that we need to slowly closed the door. The bedsheet and duvet was a bit smelly and the pillow was not really comfortable.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2024Our stay in JQ (different homestay) from our previous trips is very disappointing! But this unit exceeded my expectations! It’s a corner unit and far more spacious compared to usual ones. Very comfortable and complete with cookware and utensils. (Rice cooker & pots/pans) Feels like home! Ceiling fans provided can opted to use fans if the air conditioner too cold. The view is superb! We love it!
Everything is very ok but perhaps can upgrade the internet/wifi service. (Not really a big issue though)

Customer service takes quite a while to reply my message and they didn’t respond on time when i’m in a hurry. The place was clean but it’s just that there were two small cockroaches that we had found in the stay.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2024Nice city view especially at night (plus a lil bit of rains, so relaxing). Located at city centre and few restaurants and groceries around the building. Easy to go around. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with.
Since Oct/Nov last year, the building implement its parking fees and it is quite hefty. Otherwise, if you are not driving your own car, grabcar and maxim are easily available.

The previous tenant does not return the card and key causing us delay to check in to the other room. But overall the owner very helpful and help us to get our card and key.
