Ich hatte ein Studio mit Küchenzeile. Der Fernseher bietet Netflix und Youtube, weitere Apps kann man selbst installieren. Das Bett ist wunderbar. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider war keine Pfanne bei der Ausstattung und auch keine Esslöffel. Im Großen und Ganzen war aber alles, was man braucht, vorhanden. Bestimmt hätte ich nur zu fragen brauchen.

Tashi Ocean Hotel is an excellent choice in Da Nang — close to the beach, clean rooms, a beautiful rooftop pool, and kind, professional staff.

The room we stayed in was a really great size for two people, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have stayed in, in Vietnam. We were also able to check in early, the hotel was also close to the beach. They have a pool and a small gym at the top of the hotel which we used both days we were there!

While the location is next to the beach, we found it a little far away from the places we wanted to eat at / visit however, it was a nice walk along the beach in the evening on our way back to the hotel

For the price I paid, it was phenomenal quality, spaciousness, cleanliness, comfort, size, location and overall feeling of so many amenities on offer inside the room and even outside of it. There are many things I could say but people need to find out for themselves.

Stayed 3 days here, loved it. The pool is small with great views but we never saw anyone up there, so we had it to ourselves the whole stay. GREAT location, better venders and not as tourist as the My An area. Modern and clean rooms. Cold AC. Friendly staff that speaks English.

The hot water runs out fast, but that is very minor inconvenience.

What really made our stay uncomfortable was the staff and the way the hotel was managed. There was a serious lack of privacy and it honestly left us feeling unsafe. We had just stepped out for an hour in the morning to go to the beach and left our things lying around because we had no intention of getting the room cleaned. We did not put up any sign or give any indication that we wanted housekeeping, and we even took our hotel card with us. When we returned, we found that the staff had gone inside, cleaned our washroom and even changed our bedding without our consent. What made it worse was that later while we were in the washroom taking a shower, someone from the hotel management actually tried to enter our room with their card. We heard the sound, stepped out to check, and the person quickly shut the door and ran away. It was extremely shocking and completely unacceptable, especially because there were women in the room at that time. This made us feel very unsafe and we honestly just wanted to leave as soon as possible. We also tried to make a complaint but it was very difficult to communicate because the reception staff barely understood English. All we got in response was a “sorry” and it was clear that they did not really understand what we were saying. Even at checkout, there was no one at the reception. We waited for around 10 minutes calling out for someone but no one came, and in the end we had to just leave our key card and go. For the same price you can definitely find much better hotels in Da Nang, so I would not recommend this one.

Habitacions amplies, amb TV amb Netflix, Amazon Prime i d'altres inclosos, amb servei d'habitacions gratuit. Hotel ben decorat, el personal molt amable i atent. Tenen gimnas i piscina, petits pero compleixen amb la seva utilitat.

Es nota que falta una mica de manteniment en les parets y hi ha mosquits...

They advertised the room in the pic as “room with a big window and a lot of light” which is totally fake. Please, check carefully the room, the windows are blocked with a wall of briks (see pic attached). Is like having no window, there’s no light at all and you can’t dry your cloth after going to the beach or swimming pool (which has not sun in the afternoon, so you can’t dry yourself). The facilities are not well maintained. The swimming pool area is dirty (dirty puffs to sit, dirty glass around and cigarettes), there’s no space to relax outside the pool and dry a bit yourself before going back to your room. The gym area is really small, which is not a problem, but is surrounded by cristal windows and, at least in summer period, the space is extremely hot. Impossible to work out there. The stuff was not really helpful or friendly. They only offered expensive shuttles to other cities and gave no information about other option. They charged the water bottles that they said were for free. There are constructions around. A big new building and the pedestrian area, which makes a bit of noise but also blocks the views of all the rooms in the west area. Overall, the room was expensive for what they offer.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. It has some gym equipment. Staff were friendly There is a kitchen.

There was not much room for luggage and our balcony was very cramped. The kitchen was pointless because there was no way to clean dishes, only one knife, 1 spoon etc, no chopping board or tea towel.

there was construction literally right outside our window. might not bother people only staying for a night or two but we were there for 7 nights. we were told they would start at 7am and finish by 3-5pm however some mornings they started at 6:30am ! every morning we were awake by 7 as they would start construction. they also did construction on the sunday which is crazy. the hotel never warned us about this until legit an hour before we checked in when they sent an “fyi” message as if it wasn’t a big deal. i would definitely check if the construction is still happening because if we knew, even though it was a great place and great pool, we wouldn’t have stayed there

Construction site just few meters from our room, works started every morning at 07 and the noize was loud - ear plugs were in use to get sleep. Cant sunbath at the pool. Gym is TOO HOT, at least 35 celsius all the time.

Location probably isn't its best suit. Although very close to the beach, it's about 2km away from the busiest (and liveliest) coastal area. Still, some people might actually prefer it this way.
