Appartamento sporco e trasandato, polvere ed immondizia anche all’interno degli armadi oltre che in tutto l’appartamento, mobilio usurato, tenda della doccia con muffa, elettrodomestici impossibili da utilizzare perché il piano cucina non aveva prese, pentole sporche. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto provvedere in autonomia alla pulizia dell’appartamento, abbiamo anche contattato la struttura per ri pulire, che ha poi provveduto parzialmente.

L’emplacement

Le ménage était moyen les murs et les portes de la cuisine étaient sales. La fenêtre d’une chambre ne fermait pas. Appartement vieillot. Les draps blancs mais couettes jaunâtres, cela ne paraît pas très propre. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine.

Gute Lage und unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-out.

Geschirr und Besteck war nicht ausreichend.

Había moscas. Le hace falta una reforma, pintura, puertas nuevas.

The flat was clean and well provisioned, conveniently situated for exploring Helsinki. The fan was useful in the heatwave. The management came promptly to fix a broken lamp and to provide extra pillows.

The oven failed on our last day, and was poor during the stay.

Great location. Short walk to city centre and port.

ci siamo trovati davvero male nel vostro appartamento: avevamo espressamente richiesto conferma di determinate caratteristiche e oggetti, assolutamente necessari per noi, data la presenza di un bambino piccolo e o non erano presenti o non funzionanti e ci hanno recato forti disagi e problemi! - avevamo richiesto il vasino, perché il bambino fa i bisogni solo lì e per quasi 24 ore non lo abbiamo avuto: vi lasciamo immaginare i problemi conseguenti! - avevamo richiesto il seggiolone e non lo abbiamo avuto per 4 pasti del bambino, che non riesce ancora a stare seduto su altra superficie senza rischiare di cadere e farsi male: anche in questo caso vi lasciamo immaginare le difficoltà! - avevamo chiesto conferma di oscuranti per le stanze e quanto presente sulle finestre (in alcuni casi totalmente senza nulla sui vetri!) non copriva a sufficienza, lasciando passare comunque molta luce, e ci siamo dovuti attrezzare con estrema fatica con quanto presente in casa e, con scarsi risultati - per aggiungere ulteriori disagi alla situazione già abbastanza complicata, la lavatrice non funziona: parte, bagna i panni, ma non carica correttamente detersivo e ammorbidente e soprattutto non centrifuga! Risultato: panni completamente fradici e ancora sporchi - per non parlare dello sporco in casa (polvere a non finire) e degli oggetti piccoli (monete e pastiglie) ritrovati nei tappeti delle camere, con il rischio di soffocamento del bambino! Una situazione così pessima non ci era mai capitata in decenni di viaggi! Vergognoso

Posizione ottima.Essendo arrivate 1 ora prima del previsto e visto che l'addetto alle pulizie aveva già finito ,ci hanno dato la possibilità di entrare prima.

Il bagno molto piccolo. Pagamento extra per entrata anticipata.

Vi skulle have tilsendt en kode til dørlåsen, hvilket vi troede kom på mail, men det var kommet via booking.com i kommentar sporet, hvilket vi ingen notifikation eller besked fik på. Vi prøvede af ringe til værten og booking.com, men kunne ikke komme igennem, og efter noget tid ved en tilfældighed, kom vi til at kikke længere ned i kommentarfeltet, hvor der var kommet en kode til døren. Der gik 1,5 time hvor der var en mindre god stemning i gruppen. Måske min egen fejl, men var af den overbevisning det kom på mail.

The location was great and it was very clean

The pillows were uncomfortable, the shower didn’t have a closed cabin and the water was running all over the floor. The decoration could be improved

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They consisted of a hard bed base with no mattress & only a thin mattress topper. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work for the whole of our stay Returning to the apartment at night we experienced people standing outside on more than one occasion which was concerning. On one of these occasions a person came in to the building behind us without putting a key code in.

Siisti huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen/kulkeminen taloon ja asuntoon koodiavaimella.

Renhold av bord, vegger. (Flekker av kaffe etter forrige leier). Ventilator over komfyr virket ikke. Gode senger, lett å komme til ulike mål i sentrum

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien situé en ville. L'accès à l'appartement via un code d'accès est aussi un avantage appréciable. Les lits étaient aussi de bonne qualité et en nombre suffisant. L'appartement disposait d'un lave-vaisselle et d'une machine à laver.

L'appartement n'était pas équipé pour accueillir 4 personnes sur 10 jours à notre arrivée. Les accessoires de cuisine étaient en insuffisance, ainsi que le nécessaire de toilette (serviettes, papier WC, etc). A noter que le service a réagi rapidement à notre mécontentement. L'appartement était aussi très modestement entretenu. L'état de l'installation électrique dans l'appartement était aussi assez limite.

Ruim en prima locatie.

Det var to soverom, et bad med dusj og et annet rom for toalett og vaskemaskin. Kontakten med verten var bra og enkel. Beliggenheten var veldig bra. Vi kunne gå til sentrum og det var flere spiseplasser i nærheten. Det er en matbutikk i nærheten. Frokostplassen Lazy Fox er verdt et besøk, der fikk man rabatt fordi vi bodde i denne leiligheten og maten var nydelig.

Konieczność samodzielnego kupienia ręczników kuchennych, filtrów do kawy, papieru toaletowego. Podłoga w kabinie prysznicowej nieposprzątana po poprzednim gościu - duży kłąb włosów przy spływie.

Had everything we needed for a short stay in Helsinki, and our apartment had a small balcony which was great in the good weather we had. Not sure if all apartments have this though? Very centrally located to visit Helsinki and beyond.

No lounge (but we knew that when booking and reflected in the price). Could have done with a couple of bedside tables, as we had to leave stuff on the floor overnight.

Excellent location in an area with lots of shopping and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of historic centre and train station. Apartment was very clean and functional, comfortable enough, well heated, and situated on a quiet street, in a quiet building. It felt very much like a home away from home. Prompt and friendly email communication with manager.

The beds could have been more comfortable. And the washing machine was out of order. Management was very helpful and I'm sure if I had told them right from the start they would have fixed the issue, unfortunately we only realized it when we tried washing our things several days in, leaving shortly afterwards. Lesson learned: always check all appliances on day 1! Serves me right.
