Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel & Travel

We had a good stay overall. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The only downside was the bathroom. There was some mould around the shower, and the floor drain didn’t seem particularly hygienic. There was occasionally an unpleasant smell, and it appeared that water from the toilet plumbing could flow into the floor drain, which made the bathroom feel less clean than it should have.

I stayed for one night and it was exceptional. staff were lovely and the room was clean

Estuvimos muy a gusto. La habitación era cómoda, con aire acondicionado, y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Además, nos ofrecieron guardar las maletas e incluso una habitación para asearnos y ducharnos antes de nuestro traslado. Un detalle que agradecimos mucho. ¡Muy recomendable!

Staff molto gentile, specialmente Rachel che è rapidamente intervenuta ed ha risolto con grande professionalità un problema iniziale nell'assegnazione della stanza ed ha risposto sempre cortesemente e velocemente ad ogni nostra richiesta.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean with very comfy and cozy atmosphere. Tips: pay just a little extra for suite room for the best value: much larger room with natural sunlight and fresh air.

Standard room is much smaller and a bit stuffy.

The property was in a great location and all of the staff were super attentive, especially Eric, Rachel and the team in the kitchen. Breakfast included was a good bonus and very efficient to set you up for the day.

(1) Housekeepers will remove the extra card when you are away. Due to this my food in the fridge got spoiled. I complained about this twice. (2) When you are away and they notice you have been gone for few days, they will not give you the free bottled water on those days. (3) Lessons learned: Do not pay your laundry in advance. Their accounting record is poor. They made me pay twice of my laundry. Please be aware! (4) Photos of the room are edited (they make it too bright but in reality, lighting is not good). It is not giving luxury as the hotel name claims. This is budget hotel.

The mattress was too old since it making noises everything my kids moving during sleeping. The pillow needs to replace soonest possible since it was not comfortable at all.

Hotel sits right in the old quarter of Hanoi and is well managed. Rooms were big and clean. Everyone was welcoming and made sure things were in order. Big shout out to the admin at the reception who gave us free upgrade.

Hotel is about 10 mins walk from Hoan kiem lake and which was okay with us. Bathroom door needs a lock as not comfortable for two people staying in a room.

Great place to stay, amazing location, nice and friendly staff. Rachel and Helen were very nice and accomodating.

Excellent stay at the Siva Hotel in Hanoi. Room were a good size and beds comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and happy for you to leave luggage before and after check in/out.

Forse solo le foto dell’hotel prima di prenotare. Consiglio foto più veritiere ma l’hotel è impeccabile soprattutto perchè lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. Ti segue in tutte le tue richieste.

There were rats in the wall, had to leave our room and find another hotel as they were squeaking and scratching. Nothing the hotel could really do for us that night, its old and in the city and cheap, but we couldn’t sleep there

Hotel situado en el Old Quarter, pero distanciado por unas calles del ruido de bares y restaurantes. Tanto la habitación como la cama eran de tamaño muy generoso, asi como la cama era comoda, baño compuesto por bañera y aire acondicionado en la habitacion. Limpieza de 10, cambio de toallas y refill de agua diario, y servicio de whatsapp 24h. Especial atencion a Helen, que fue un encanto y de gran ayuda en toda mi estancia.

Me pasó en mas sitios en Vietnam, pero destacar que el WIFI no era especialmente rapido. Eric no me quiso dar cambio para su porpio servicio de taxi (el cambio eran como 3€) y encima me quiso forzar a dejar una review delante de el, creo que en una estancia de 10 esa actitud me hizo bajar a un 9.

Everything went good, location near old quarter

Siva Hotel Hanoi is one of the best places you can stay in Hanoi! Everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter and is super close to everything. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always easy to reach whenever I needed anything. It was also so thoughtful of them to regularly check in and ask if I needed any help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The AC is not that cool as Janoi is very hot.

Hotel was lovely, room was always cleaned with amenities provided! Reception staff were amazing, helped us a lot with everything including transport. Highly recommend, will stay here again!
