I had worst hotel experience ever. Since I arrive to this property the front desk keep repeating if any missing towels i will be charged 1000php and if any missing items i will be charged i didn't mind i though it's there way to checkin and once i enter the rooms the bell boy he tells the same keep repeating of towels missing i will be charged if anything missing or broken items i will be charged it's like I'm going to steal from them. The staff keep bothering me and they are charging me for everything even to my guest to visit me they are charging 300 to 600 php . It's like im in prison I wil be checked everytime I enter my room . They charge me tax for bringing drinks and food for my self . And if I have visitors the front desk will ask original ID and they will hold it not only that they will threaten to be charged 600php if they stay more than 30 minutes in my room. I pay almost 10,000 php to stay in this property I booked 2 rooms because i have big family and they treat me like prisoner . It's the worst place I ever booked and hope this massage will be heard.

We loved the pool and the MO2 Bar next door was fantastic. Great value for money! Wonderful staff - the Filipinos are beautiful people!

The Air Con was very noisy. We probably should have looked into the location a bit further before booking.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not a hotel. It is a leisure centre for kids. The room was dirty including the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains on it when I arrived. The breakfast was horrible (rice was cold, beef was rock hard and very salty, drinks were horrendous). There were plates outside our room (not belonging to us) and they weren’t picked up for 2 days. They charged us to deliver to your room. We visited the bar/restaurant beside it which the same owners own and there was at least 5 rats near the water area. It was one of the worst places I have stayed by far. I was told one pool was for adults only and when I looked, there were 10 kids in the pool. Please don’t waste your money here.

The room was spacious. The pool was relaxing.

It was quite noisy being located by a restaurant that played live music each night and they have a water park onsite. If you enjoy those things, it would be a great place to stay.

The whole holiday was excellent The facilities, staff and food were very good Building is dated but the room was very good Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful

The resort is really a bit of a fun place for families with children. But that was fine for the one night that I stayed here. The room was large and everything worked well. The A/C unit was rather old and had no temperature control, so, it was slightly tricked to get the room temp right, but no big deal. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy, the south wing where I stayed rather quiet so I had a restful night before heading out to the airport in the morning.

Not much to say here since my stay was so brief.

I booked this hotel because they have this kids pool slides but what I didnt expect is there’s a lot of people also celebrating their Christmas party that time so it was very crowded.

We have a comfortable stay the room is spacious we enjoy our stay the front desk personnel are very accommodating and they let us check in a little early.

staff keep following and harassing my family because they think they will let somebody else stay in the room. They literally stand there and keeping an eye on us. also calling the phone asking if we have other person staying in the room. Very annoying. I don’t think I will stay here again. Very uncomfortable that the staff is following and harassing you. Teach your staff how to do a good customer service.

The swimming pools are great, for adults and kids. The room was nice (Upgraded from a 4 to a 8 guests room )

Location is OK. Good breakfast with fresh fruits. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were kind, skilfull n knowledgeable of what is on offer.

I have booked three rooms and stayed for four nights. The air conditioning is very loud in all three separate rooms. From day 1 The Staffs are not trained to accommodate guests even with our complaints. When asked to clean up the rooms, the dirty cups were still left behind. The restaurant and kitchen staffs are very slow, ignorants and rude.

The exclusive pool was worth it.

The receptionist was noticeably rude and sarcastic. As the first point of contact for guests, the hotel would benefit greatly from a more welcoming and accommodating front desk staff.

All in all we had a great time, place is clean, staff are nice and very responsive, and fun for kids. My little one loved it and we will diffenitely coming back.

This hotel is great for family's. Clean comfort beds 12 minutes to walk down to the mall, lots of food and shopping and supermarket.

A bit too noisy for me had a kid screaming down the hallway at midnight to be let in a room for a while. They have a few pools for the kids in a different section, one Adult pool but kids were using this one early in the morning. Not a big variety on breakfast.

The property is outdated, dirty hallway and the pool OMG so gross, and its very noisy at night time because its next to a bar, having hard time sleeping, and the internet is so slow

The SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Our bed sheet and towel has blood stains, the aircon was not cold enough, asked the front desk for room transfer around 11pm and they offered room transfer around 1:30AM what a horrible service from this hotel. The hotel staffs needs more training they don’t know how to handle guests well.

Same hotel in Coron had better facilities. Massage, aranging tours, hotel transfer, organising tuk tuks. Better pool and stuff. Better feel to it etc. Same breakfast apart from changing meat. Got bit boring.

I like the pools. They are clean and plenty of room to swim with others. The room is spacious and aircon is cold. There are plenty of food choices and drinks to choose from. Good value for the amenities inside the room.

This branch looks more tired compared to their Westown Coron Branch. Better service at Coron. Cebu Westown needs to be renovated and some areas repaired especially inside their restaurant and the Southwing area needs upkeep. Pretty dusty when walking around the pool, and has a few broken tiles.It was a bit dusty walking inside the room as well. I always had to ask for them to replenish the daily water bottle and coffee. They also need to update their BDO's POS to the newer one. Too many connection errors while trying to pay.

As a travel consultant, I find it happy to check in easily, I contacted them when I thought the shower was not working and in less than 5 minutes the housekeeping went up to check. Very great service.

The place was wonderful and ideal for family vacations. The staff was courteous and supportive. My kids loved the water park and they enjoyed it. Without a doubt, I'll return and tell my friends about it.

We're not delighted with the food, though; the "Beef Tapa" was tough and chewy. But overall, it was a terrific experience.

THEIR BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD. With very dry sisig , dry corned beef also their tocino. They should provide buffet to compensate what we paid for. Room is quite expensive with only 4-5 options of breakfast. To add the orange juice was made with powdered orange flavor with few slices of oranges, ( at least they added REAL orange fruit but still its obvious that its made from powder) The room , well it is spacious especially the one with pool access. This room is beside the pool so expect your guests to swim, and made the floor inside to be wet. At least give more floor towels or rags to keep the floor dry, ( if kabalo pako, ay pay nagdala ko ug daghang trapo🙄) TO MENTION MY 4 YEAR OLD CHILD SLIPPED ON THE WET FLOOR WHILE WALKING AND FELL DOWN BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS PROVIDING ONLY ONE SMALL FLOOR TOWEL ON EACH ROOMS NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE THE FLOOR DRY. GOOD THING NO INJURY. LASTLY , IF YOU ASKED THEM TO DELIVER YOUR FOOD INSIDE THE ROOM A CHARGE OF 88.00 PESOS PER DELIVERY (wtf🙄) as if the distance from rooms to resto is very far) Anyway, Better to STAY the hotel with a " DAY USE " access if you have celebrations rather than to book a room inside.

Staff disinterested, took every opportunity to get more money. Booking for a family of four, breakfast included and yet only adults are included for breakfast Use of Pool side tables comes with a fee, even as a guest of the hotel. My son cut both of his feet in the children’s pool, staff were notified immediately and were not interested in the issue, I asked to speak to a supervisor and could not be put in contact with anyone.

No internet in our room for 3 days as they said it can’t be reached by wifi. We can’t even connect to their wifi in the lobby and restaurant. This is a major discomfort especially in a hotel located in the metropolitan.
