I like the host . The host response every question I ask . And when I request to exchange hair dryer n iron . The host sent it the next day . I like the way the host respond. It was so comfortable to stay there for few days . I think the place also not very crowded for the lift . Cuz got 4 lift . And I can enjoy the seaview everyday .. will repeat this place again

I hope the room will provide more plastic for rubbish bin. And also towel , carpet in front of the toilet to avoid wet floor . But after all I like their service n room.l

Booked 2 rooms for 5D4N (RM1927). 1. Lovia staff was responsive and efficient. 2. Location was great. Very close to Jesselton Point.

Room 1 (Sea view) 1. Intermittent on-off wifi signal 2. Weak wifi signal 3. Dusty 4. Old furnitures Room 2 (City view) 1. Many cockroaches: We killed at least 8 and more came out. on the 3rd night, we couldn’t take it and inform the staff. They wanted to do a check and clean up on the next day. So my family of 4 staying in Room 2 has to stay pack their suitcases and overnight in Room 1. Total of 7 people in one room sharing one toilet for 2days. They claimed the cockroaches came from outside the unit. But my family found a few eggshells in the kitchen cabinet. Check reviews before us, a few complaints on the same cockroach issue. For the inconvenience, we asked for compensation and they agreed (RM200).

The shower is leaking and it will risk a guest from have a eletric shock from the water heater or the water heater will be explode too hazard is it? Then many cockroach babies in the kitchen cabinet, the wifi is TOO SLOW, and the remote TV didnt function. We stayed there for 2 nights but the toilet tissue only one roll dont have any extra, the bed linen is smelly, idk whether its a fresh linen or they didnt change it. Then the car park is not free, we have to pay for carpark. The floor, the tv cabinet has a dust, hmmm dunno what to say la, i womder is it too hard to wipe the tv cabinet area and the sweep or vacuum the floor? Hopefully by this honest review, the owner will improve their services to ensure the guest feel worth to stay in the airbnb

Clean n middle of kk

Very near to city centre. Walkable distance to attractive place such Suria Sabah, Gaya Street and Jesselton Point. Good restaurants/cafe also available at the building !

As a person that have sinus really sensitive to dust, i think the room given to us was not cleaned properly before we checked in. The room still have too many dust, especially under the sofa. The bed sheet that given to us already torn. Hopefully they can improve on cleanliness as they have a strategic facilities

like how its walking distance to where you need to go. the restaurants around are good options for the budget traveller and suria being a few mins walk away, as well as jesselton duty free. i like how the price is budget friendly and will suit bigger families.

the apartment is shared and all walks of life come here. we were unfortunate to have quite a smelly neighbour where they left their trash outside and stank up the hallway. the rooms need some deep cleaning.

This was our worst stay ever! The key pick-up didn’t work as explained, the rooms were extremely dirty, and when we complained about the untidiness, the personnel and the management were extremely unfriendly and incompetent! To be avoided!

Not enough cutlery Only 1/3 roll of toilet paper left in the toilet, it is not enough for 4 persons for 3 days’ stay.

Spectacular view

The location is in a prime area. Good facilities within the building, and good amenities within the unit. Stable wifi. Good water pressure, and good selection of toiletries provided. Ample parking spaces but there's a charge, can't remember how much was it, around RM 15 if not mistaken for overnight.

Well, it's not really the fault of the owner of this unit, it's just that some of the visitors who stayed in other units (not under this owner) tend not to observe the maximum occupancy for the unit, cramming up to 8-10 people in a small unit - which translated into a very crowded swimming pool.

Beautiful scenery and comfortable room.

The socket in one of the rooms not working. Mirror's light not working. Bad experience during check in because the staff misplace the keys. But it's okay. They apologised for their mistakes.

Spacious and lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable.

Needs more storage in the bedrooms and front room. Needs a bigger fridge. Needs more cooking equipment, a pan, some knives, ceramic mugs, some bowls and a tea towel. Water dispenser would have been good. The sofa was not very comfortable.

Rest assure the cleanliness and layout is all good.

1. mailboxes are on the highest floor, which is no choice for the host . its the management's lift. waiting the lift takes ages. 2. I booked the room expecting the exact "Seaview" that was given in the pictures, and then i got a city view room instead, the host said that i booked a CITY VIEW ROOM WHICH I DIDNT EVEN KNOW BECAUSE THERE IS NO STATEMENT saying that I have booked a "CITY VIEW ROOM"! I paid for this price and my family came all the way from west Malaysia , first time to KOTA KINABALU, they were expecting to stay in a Seaview room overlooking Sabah's Islands! The host did offered us to move to another room later, and we have to go thru the process again , going up to return and collect the new room keys. However, after 5 minutes sitting in the room, the host called again saying the room was taken !! AND THERE GOES AGAIN ! THE SAME PROCESS TO GET THE ROOM KEYS, AND RETURNING INTO THE SAME CITY VIEW ROOM! If it wasn't for the sea view room, i could just move my family to another hotel which is nearer to me and i wouldn't have to travel all the way down town to pick them up every single day! this took me nearly 1 hour time moving in and out, and we ended up sweating all over! ITS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! This was the WORST airbnb arrangements ever!

I am certainly unhappy when i need to pay for the parking. Would be great that guest especially who is staying there got season pass as im staying there for 3D2N. As mine purpose of staying there was leisure with my family, i have more than 1 car parked at the property and im paying for about more than rm90 (3 cars) for my staying and the fee for parking was not even mention before i booked. Would not stayed there if paying for the parking needed. Would choose another property that provides free parking. It is acceptable if one car got season pass and another need to pay. But this eligibility is not one of the privilege of staying here. Its not value for my money.

internet connection is very bad, you can watch wait for 2mins every second Netflix video. water interuption happens too offen, i don't have water to wash at night.

Overall, it was very good stay. Fuss-free check-in, very responsive and helpful staff with online queries, beautiful panaromic seaview, shower with good water pressure, good-size apartment at a great location (close to Suria Sabah Shopping Mall), free parking, cheap laundromat downstairs.

1) extra bed provided but could not provide extra blanket despite i request. 2) no qiblat arrow for muslim prayer. 3) no guideline about how to use the infra cooker n water jug (in chinese) 4) wifi connection is poor. Lagging especially watching netfix.

The location is super good. You can walk to the nearest mall in 10 ten minutes and buy everything you need.

I’m not sure what happened before we checked in. The moment we went into the flat, a smell of fish and other sea animals overwhelmed us immediately… so smelly…

The strategic location and the friendly staff. Easy to park your car and it was free.

We didn't get the sea view apartment due to some problems at the apartment we booked earlier. The substitute was an apartment with city view. And for me It will be much better if the bedroom use the blackout curtains .
