Reviewed May 26, 2026Rumah sangat selesa dan kelengkapan sangat lengkap..ada air cond di ruang tamu dan di katil..toilet luas dan bersih..tv siap ada netflix..kelengkapan minuman 3in1 coffee teh sangat lengkap..siap ad microwave dan kettle..mudah untuk saya yang ada anak kecik nk panaskan makanan dan buat susu..paling best ada mesin basuh siap bleh basuh baju jadi tak perlu bwak balik baju kotor..owner siap sediakan tilam tambahan..saya sangat berpuas hati❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The house is amazingly clean and smell fresh. Bed and pillow are comfortable . View is stunning. Had breakfast and tea at the balcony .... felt so relaxing. Restaurants are just a stone throw away. So do the grocers. Can reach there by walking.
Not much but the parking lot is quite a hassle for mpv or bigger cars

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025Excellent location - just next to a very clean beach, lots of eateries within walking distance and only 20 minutes drive to kuantan city center. Awesome ocean view from the balcony. The unit also very clean and well equipped. Just nice for us 2 adults and 3 kids.
The swimming pools were cleaned daily by the staffs but somehow the pool water still appears a bit cloudy/dirty. Maybe because the sand of the adjacent beach was black/dark in colour causing the pool water to appear so, or maybe there were just too many people using the pools during the school holiday. But seeing the daily cleaning done every morning made it more reassuring to use the pools

Reviewed May 25, 2024Comfortable 3N stay in apartment. Clear instructions pertaining to check-in, parking etc. by host via watsapp a day before. We both had a good sleep after a long drive and apartment is clean and that’s a plus point. View from balcony is amazing which I love to have my coffee every morning. Lots of eateries around the premises and beach is just a stones throw away. ATV and horse riding activity is another plus point by the beach. Having Netflix in room is just great to catch up on late night movies with my spouse. Well guarded and gated as everywhere you need to enter using an excess pass.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2023The unit is thoroughly equipped for a family with kids. The owner dedicated almost everything i needed for my short vacay in Balok. We really love staying at Timurbay, and this is the BEST unit we had over these few years coming here. Thank you owner for your generosity.
The lift takes forever during check-ins and checkouts. The management really should impose strict rules about swimwear and to get dry before using the lifts.
