Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is closed to the train station and an easy and nice walk to downtown and the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, very pleasant. Washer and dryer is a good addition to this place.
The place needs an upgrade, the bed and bathroom are uncomfortable. The shower specifically is difficult to use without getting everything wet.

Sängyn patja oli epätasainen, ei ollut niin mukavaa nukkua. Sängyllä on vain yksi yöpöytä, toisen piti laittaa tavarat lattialle. Suihkun hana hitaasti reagoi lämmön asettamiseen.

Sängyn vieressä olisi voinut olla lukuvalo. Suihkua varten olisi hyvä, että olisi jalkojen kuivaamiseen erillinen pyyhe.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e facile da raggiungere. La casa è elegantissima, si trova al primo piano senza ascensore e ha una vista incredibile. Ci sono due stanze e un bagno, ma è ariosa, pulitissima e curata in ogni singolo dettaglio. Dispone di tutto quel che può servire: utensili da cucina, microonde, bollitore, forno, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, è stato piacevolissimo passarci il tempo
I costi extra. Il check-in è alle 16 e con le temperature della Finlandia è un po’ scomodo stare fuori casa fino a quell’ora se si arriva di mattina. Il proprietario permette di anticipare (o posticipare il checkout) al prezzo di 10€ ogni ora. È un self check-in, quindi non deve presentarsi di persona e una volta che la casa è pulita che l’ospite arrivi una o due ore prima penso faccia poca differenza. Concordo pienamente sul far pagare un extra, ma non per ogni ora di anticipo o posticipo. Inoltre avevano sbagliato a darci il codice per prelevare la chiave, dopo molti tentativi abbiamo chiamato ed è vero che sono reperibili 24h e rispondo subito, ma non si sono nemmeno scusati per l’incomprensione. Anche in casa ci sono dei costi extra, se si attinge alle bibite in frigo o se si lasciano i piatti sporchi. Questi ultimi li comprendo, meno il costo orario di cui sopra, avrei piuttosto scelto una tariffa fissa per l’entrata/uscita fuori orario

Parkkipaikkaa oli hankala saada kadunvarrelta. Keittiöön voisi tuoda maton, koska siellä kaikui ikävästi.
