Very good staff good hotel and perfect location

Great communication with the reception. The receptionist named Fettah Acar does his job honestly and is very responsible.This hotel is located in a very good location I like its design style cleanliness responsibility of the staff. Overall,I liked the room I had reserved,its size,style, cleanliness and design.This hotel meets all requirements and I definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Cher Hotel & Spa and actually stayed here at both the beginning and the end of our trip. The location was great, and the room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the hotel, and they were kind enough to securely store our luggage for a few days while we travelled.

Our second leg booking had failed the first time we initiated booking so we had to re-book. The money from the bank was deducted twice but sadly we have got no response from booking.com regarding a refund of the failed booking and it's been a month. We hope Cher Hotel or Booking.com looks into this on priority.

Dimensiunea camerei a fost surprinzator de mare. Patul este super confortabil. Hotelul este amplasat foarte bine, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil. Ne dorim sa revenim.

The Air Condition was not enough cooling ..But it was okey .They didn't put the Dental kit in the Room , and after I had to ask , It's named star Hotel and please take care small things like this . The rest are very good

Это просто ужас. а не 5 звезд. Кошмар и позор. 2 звезды и то много. Нас поселили в грязный номер с грязной кроватью. Постельное белье не сменили, а просто пригладили. Грязь и волосы в постели. После нашего обращения прибежал подросток и начал менять белье. матрас просто ужас, а нем как-будто кто -то умер. Подушки серые., пыль столбом. Муж потребовал новый номер. Нас переселили, но общее впечатление осталось ужасное. Мы в шоке.Никто не пришел и не извинился. Позорище.Месяц путешествуем и впервые такое и это в 5 звезд отеле.Завтраки бедные, грязно. Подросток. вытирающий столы, просто сметал все крошки на пол. Лифт просто ужас какой грязный.Не советую никому этот отель.

Werkelijk niets. Dit wordt je grootste nachtmerrie. Blijf hier weg.

Matrassen zijn op en allang aan vervanging toe. Let op als je dit hotel gaat boeken kun je niet in een bed slapen. Je moet op de grond. Je zakt 20 cm door de matras. Personeel is zeer brutaal en management heeft er schijt aan wat de gasten doormaken of van hun vinden. Cher Hotel en Spa is niet eens een motel. Je bent gewaarschuwd.

Het ontbijt is zogezegd gratis,maar het is ook echt een ramp.een omelet kon je krijgen,maar nooit lag er enig vlees of charcuterie.10 soorten brood,maar allemaal hetzelfde.voor de rest niet veel zaak,en ik ben echt niet zindelijk!!!het personeel in de ontbijtzaal is echt niet vriendelijk,ze lopen er allemaal met een lang gezicht.mijn kamer werd alle dagen mooi gemaakt met 2 pijnlijke handen en in de badkamer is het goed zichtbaar,in de hoeken dikke plakken zwarte smurrie.dit is GEEN 5 sterren hotel en voor een 4 komen ze ook te kort.jammer dat ik geen foto s heb genomen van de badkamer.

Cet hôtel ne merite pas cinqbétoiles. Ce sejour a été vraiment une déception pour toute la famille. Tout d'abord la litterie est catastrophique et ceci pour toutes les chambres. Il n y a ni shampoing ni gel douche dans les salles de bains mais juste une bouteille de savon liquide. Le manager de la réception n'est pas acceuillant et le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe. Le café est amer et un buffet d'un hotel de 3 étoiles.

Good location - close to main attractions. The room was clean. Overall, I think it was good price for what you get.

Even though the location is close to main attractions, the neighborhood is poor and shady. You need to hike to the bus or metro stops (it’s very steep), so you need good stamina and shoes. The breakfast is okay but the choice is very limited. It’s literally just eggs, some vegetables, bread. Don’t expect a huge buffet. Note that there’s a mosque nearby that starts prayers every day at 5 a.m. so if you’re a light sleeper, it might wake you up.

The only real advantage of this hotel for us, as a family traveling with a three-year-old child, was its excellent location right next to the VFS center, where we had an appointment for our consular matters. Being less than a one-minute walk from the hotel to the VFS center was extremely convenient for us. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the room had plenty of natural light. We had also requested a baby/child bed, and it was already prepared in the room before our arrival.

The hotel did not meet five-star standards and felt more like a three-star hotel. Breakfast was basic and low quality, with untidy tables and very limited hot options. There was no fresh juice or good-quality fruit. Basic toiletries such as shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were not provided. The safe did not work. The pool water was very cold, and swimming caps had to be purchased separately. The reception staff were not very friendly. The advertised free shuttle to Taksim Square had also been discontinued months ago, but was still listed as a hotel facility.

It was a great location

The cleaning of the room was poor, and the engineering department was inefficient. My room was cleaned only four times during my stay, and even then, it was not properly cleaned. The bed was not made properly, and the paper placed on the toilet to indicate that the room had been cleaned remained behind the toilet for eight days. I had to ask for lotion. During one of the cleanings, the shower mat was taken away and was not replaced for two days. The built in lighting behind the bathroom mirror was also not working. Engineering was notified and someone came to look at it, said they would return, but never did. The next day I complained again, and someone came right away. After looking at it, I was simply told that they could not fix it. As a result, I had to use the light from my mobile phone to shave every day. Overall, the housekeeping was inconsistent and lacked attention to detail, while the handling of a basic maintenance issue was disappointing.

Amabilitatea personalului ,faptul ca se facea curatenie zilnica si se schimbau prosoapele,ne-au tinut bagajele pana la momentul plecarii,hotelul este amblasat aproape de mijloacele de transport si faptul ca este un hotel unde se pastreaza linistea si esti in siguranța.

Micul dejun este repetitiv,nu rau dar foarte slab calitativ,cafeaua si patul fulton din camera ptr adolescenta mea de 15 ani ,avea o saltea care ii intrau arcurile in spate.

La posizione e la cordialità dello staff

Assolutamente non è un 5 stelle … forse un 4 stelle. Doccia che allaga il bagno, dispenser bagnoschiuma nella doccia (nessun prodotto), alcune parti comuni poco pulite (ascensori, corridoi con moquette consunta).

нет 5 звезд, мах 3 звезды, все надо просить, полотенца в сауне ужасные, в душ кабинах нет мыла, уборка проиводится не регулярно, персонал не знает свои обязанности, все надо напоминать!

Pequeno almoço péssimo, para um hotel de categoria 5 estrelas, funcionários mal preparados e desorientados, sem nenhum conhecimento dos procedimentos básicos de restauração, na falavam inglês, língua universal importante para quem lida com um público de diferentes origens, atitude rude e grosseira da chefe de sala que atirava a comida sem o menor respeito pelos hóspedes, espaços exteriores em frente ao hotel (lounge) sujo e desleixado, a cama era super desconfortável, colchão mole que já não se usa em hotéis considerados 5 estrelas, sem produtos básicos de higiene, havia um shampo de péssima qualidade que servia para tudo toalhas encardidas tudo de péssimo gosto e qualidade medíocre. Acesso ao Metro difícil, por ser feito por um caminho super íngreme, uma decepção. Com certeza não recomendo esse hotel, para quem gosta de conforto, serviço de excelência e sabe o que é um hotel 5 estrelas

Excellent gym. Cleanliness. Staff on the reception especially Ahmed was exceptional.

Telephone line in the room we stayed did not work for the whole 3 day trip which meant I had to go and visit the reception physically each time I needed something. The shuttle service to Taksim square is no more which is quite sad as it’s extremely uphill walk from hotel and really tests your fitness. The breakfast was pretty average. Some basic English language skills for the staff in the restaurant/breakfast area would really help non Turkish speaking guests. They messed up my omelette every time.

The window exactly top of the bed. I hardly sleep due to early morning light coming straight to my bed. I asked the receptionist to fix the issue but they always came with excuses.

L’emplacement est super, il dispose d’un parking sous-terrain. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute.

Le matelas très très mou, les équipements et l’hôtel est vieillissant. Il possède un très fort potentiel.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed a very professional and relaxing massage at the spa. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Alles war gut, bis auf das Frühstück, das eher enttäuschend war. Es war ziemlich gewöhnlich. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn Omeletts und Eier außerhalb des Zimmers zubereitet worden wären, damit die Gäste sie bequem bestellen konnten. Das Frühstück war für die Kinder nicht besonders aufregend; sie lieben Pfannkuchen, aber auch die gab es nicht.

mussten wir für eine Badekappe jeweils fünf Euro bezahlen, was wir vorher nicht wussten. Auch das türkische Bad war ohne Massage nicht kostenlos, und wir zahlten jeweils zwanzig Euro.

An incredible hotel with exceptionally clean and well maintained rooms. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good, and having convenient on-site parking was a huge advantage. A fantastic stay overall.

O Hotel é novo e é muito cómodo porque desde as camas até á WC é tudo maravilhoso. Não é muito grande , portanto não tem muita confusão. Está muito bem situado porque dá para ir a todo o lado de taxi ou uber relativamente barato porque é central. Além disso, fica no lado ocidental e perto da praça Taksin e da Avenida İstiklal a mais movimentada de Istambul (normalmente ia de taxi e vinha a pé) . Resumindo é um hotel pequeno, moderno, central e também tem SPA com uma pequena piscina interior na qual ainda dei uns mergulhos. Se vier novamente a Istambul vou escolher este hotel.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Das Motorrad konnte in der Hoteltiefgarage sicher abgestellt werden.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable. Location was great as it was close to pretty much all the main tourist attractions.

Breakfast and housekeeping could be a little better, not a big deal though.

Parking is in hotel underground which doesn’t have enough lighting

The staff here are wonderful, they're lovely and will go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. The team at the spa downstairs are great, the location is very good - not far from Taksim. A lot of food spots and cafe's nearby. The gym and the spa were great extras that i loved.

Nothing, CHER hotel exceeded my expectations

Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Zeer karig ontbijt voor een 5-sterrenhotel. B-keus. Ik reis 6 x per jaar naar allerlei bestemmingen met verschillende accomodaties. Dit was het slechtste ontbijt dusver. Het zat bij onze kamerreservering inbegrepen. Maar dat je hiervoor los een 25 dollar durft te vragen? Schaamteloos. Bij navraag bij de receptie voor een transfer naar het vliegveld SAW werd verteld dat dit voor 45,00 euro vanuit het hotel geregeld kon worden. De medewerker verkocht nog een praatje dat dit wel een goede prijs was incl alle wegentoeslagen. Bij aankomst vliegveld moesten wij 70,- betalen. De chauffeur had helemaal geen boodschap aan wat in het hotel was aangegeven. Er moest gewoon een flinke meterprijs incl omweg worden afgerekend. TRAP HIER NIET IN MENSEN!!! REGEL JE EIGEN TRANSFER ELDERS!!! NIET VIA HET HOTEL.

Check-in întârziat cu 1 oră, camera mizerabilă, mic dejun foarte slab. Update: Ca un raspuns la replica hotelului, camera nu a fost gata nici la 2 nici la 2:30. S-a facut check-in la ora 2:45, iar cand am ajuns in camera inca se facea curat (se stergea cu un prosop pe jos ca sa nu mai fie ud), mult spus ca se facea curat.

Nachdem wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben weil unser erstes Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hatte war das Zimmer sauber. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich.

Vieles! Leider kein 5 Sterne Hotel…. Ich schreibe wirklich nie eine Bewertung aber es ist wirklich überhaupt kein 5 Sterne Hotel auch das Frühstück war so schlecht.

The reception staff was helpful, but lost.. they did not know what do to when we raised complaints, they checked us in late. When we reported issues with the room, they moved us to a room dirtier than the first one. When we told them this is not right.. their proposal was to give us another room.. on our time..

The property was in a nice area, accessible. However, the rooms were filthy. First room: - the bed sheets had hair on them and a pen line (probably it was not even changed) - the toilet was not washed at all, having brown stains on it - the toilet was missing the cleaning seal - the bathroom sink had makeup stains, which you could wipe with with your hand - shower cabin full of mould - the overall room did not smell clean, no cleaning products (especially for a room that was not ready at the check in) Second room: - the toilet had a cleaning seal, but was full of stain as it was washed only with plain water.. - the makeup mirror in the bathroom was splashed with a white liquid - the bed table was full of dirt - the type you can take with your finger - the shower door could not be closed, so the bathroom was full of water when taking showers - the shower.. full of mould - the shower head was never cleaned, full of stains and calcar - the shower head was falling from the ceiling All in all, the room looked like they were never cleaned.. and when they were cleaned, the maid forgot the cleaning tools in the room. If you wonder what the cleaning tools were, it was a bathroom towel. After providing our feedback to the reception, the maids entered the room and clean what they had in pictures (not more, not less.. just what we photographed).

The room was decent

The steam room and whirlpool were closed. Turkish bath is not part of the spa pass and was fully booked… even though no one was in it.

Обслуговування на рецепції на найвищому рівні. Фета та Ахмет варті всіх зірок та навіть більше. Вони найкращі. Вони вирішували всі питання, були дуже зацікавлені допомогти, надавали потрібну інформацію та були приємними у спілкуванні. Вони показали зразковий рівень обслуговування, якого я не бачила ніде більше, лише завдяки їм наше перебування було не таким поганим. Перевагою є безкоштовне паркування

Це точно не 5 зірок, максимум 3. Я розчарована готелем, застарілим станом номерів. Гарні фото насправді виявились розчаруванням. В номері не було халатів та базових косметичних засобів, які як виявилось в готелі є, але чомусь не були надані. Був зламаний дозатор мила. Коплект постелі для дитини був не повним. Сніданки не сподобались. Шпинат був не митий і було неприємно їсти його разом із піском. Бракує смаку та різноманітності. Тренажерний зал відчиняється лише о 9.00 ранку, хоча було б добре о 07.00 щоб можна було потренуватись перед сніданком, а не пропустити його. Спа на перший погляд непогане, але потрібно платити 5 євро для шапочку для плавання. Нічого в цьому готелі не відповідає на 5 зірок крім Фета та Ахмета — воно найкращі
