C'est mon troisième sejours. Avant c'était très bien mais la c'est catastrophique. Personnel qui fait la gueule montre aucun respect vers le client. Une ambiance trop froide on dirait un hôtel possède par des démons. Le petit déjeuner pire qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Le restaurant est trop sale. Voir les chaises et les tables qui bougeant dans tous les sens. Avant les petit déjeuner c'était un grand plaisir et un régal. Moi et toute la famille vraiment pas content.

The room was clean and spacious -cleaners did an amazing job. There was a shuttle every hour picking and dropping you from Taksim square.

Not a good variety for breakfast, 5 star hotel but service was very poor from staff no concierge available we bought our own luggage in and took it out to our car. The location is not convenient

It’s not the first time for me to stay in this hotel. It’s very clean, the stuff is very polite and helpful. The lounge area and restaurant are exceptional!

I think the breakfast could be more variable

Çok teşekkür ederiz. Her şey çok muhteşem oldu. Temiz ve lazım olduğu zaman bekletmeden hemen sorunlarımızı çözdü. Huzurlu ve keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Bulunduğu ilçede çok huzurlu ve güzel. Otelden çıktıktan sonra çok iyi AVM, lokantalar yanınıza gerektiğini sorunsuz bulursunuz. Spor salonun kullandık. Çok iyi vakit geçirdik. Kazakistan’dan selamlar, sevgiler ve saygılar.

The hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Day Time manager Mr Servet was very experienced and helpful . Such a big hotel should employ more like him. Mr Servet was very knowledgeable and very kind .

We did not like the dinner. It was ok but very limited choices. The food was repeated and only 6 choices on the menu. It was boring for children. We have given feedback at the reception as well as to Manager Mr Servet about the food menu to be changed or put more choices . Every night the same menus.

Breakfast was very good and in high quality and quantity. Location was so calm and yet easily reachable. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Quality of dishes are very well and we enjoyed. They changed our room by my request from queen to twin room without extra charge.

They did not care at all about our check-in process. We arrived half an hour earlier and we were told by the receptionist to leave our luggage there and they will handle the check in and move in process. So we had lunch in the hotel restaurant and after 1.5 hours we had not been checked in yet! I asked again for check in and after that we got our room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. A very special thank you to Esra at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She assisted us with everything we needed and always made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Esra truly made our experience even better, and we really appreciate her excellent service and warm attitude. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

استمعنا بالإقامة جلسنا ٦ ليالي والحمد الله توفقنا. قريب من ترسانه وعنده خدمات بالشارع اللي وراه يحتاج تمشي له مسافه ٦ دقايق بس بقاله ومغسلة ومحلات ملابس تركية وصيدليات.و استمتع أولادي بمرافق الفندق المسبح والنادي الرياضي. والمطعم أكلهم لذيذ والغرفة مساحتها مناسبه

Quality of the stay is very good. Breakfast is good too. This Hilton is a top quality, you get what you pay for.

The only thing I don’t like is that this Hilton for some reason does not understand that some people might have allergies for down feather duvet and down feather pillows. You ask for substitution and they just remove the duvet. You sleep with duvet cover only. You can get silicone duvets for guests with allergies, so they can also sleep comfortably !!

The hotel location was near to the most popular places that i want to visit during my trip , staff was nice , the staff help ,and support and Cooperate with me and give my sweet in another hotel belong to the same owner of the hotel

The hotel was amazing and is beautiful ,the rooms are well designed and clean and quiet and I really enjoy the spa and the pool as well cause I’m a new swimmer and I have to get a good training ,staffs and services especially the receptionist Miss Enesh who was amazing and took care of us . Istanbul experience was fantastic , and staying in doubletree by Hilton piyalepasa made going around easier for me and my family . Tolga karakurt at guest reservation,he was fantastic,very helpful and a very easy person to approach to .Mr Tolga was friendly and polite. At breakfast everyone was friendly too .

The staff attitude (bellboy and buffet host and housekeeping) The ignoring of my calls to front desk and to housekeeping The sofa bed was broken The bathroom shower had mold The lobby location was at a bottom of a hill which makes it hard for old people to go down the stairs everytime they come in The last 1.5 days a manager started supporting me with my requests and the first 2 days were disasterous and the checkout day experience with bellboy was awful as he raised his boice st me requesting me to put my luggage outside the room by myself to make it easier for him, saying "put out" and he was rude on the check in day when i told him to support me with my luggage Also the housekeeping knocks on the door in a very loud and disturbing manner and when I tell him one moment, he says loudly and unfriendly: "I'm waiting!"

Very disappointing stay despite an excellent breakfast We stayed for four nights across three rooms, using a substantial number of Hilton Honors points. As a long standing Diamond member, I expected a much better experience. To start with the positives, the Turkish breakfast was excellent. The traditional serpme kahvaltı was generous, fresh and genuinely one of the best parts of the stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was inconsistent and underwhelming. The rooms were acceptable, but the beds were much smaller than expected. We had booked King and Queen rooms, assuming this referred to the bed size, but they felt more like small doubles. There were several maintenance issues, including a broken shower holder, a faulty iron and curtains that did not fit properly in multiple rooms. To the hotel’s credit, some of these issues were fixed once reported. Housekeeping was also very inconsistent. One room received towel swans, chocolates and a more polished service, while the others received the most basic treatment. Oddly, the person paying for all three rooms appeared to receive the least attention. There were also some basic presentation and cleanliness issues. Large chairs had apparently been removed from rooms because they were too big and were then left sitting in the corridors. Trays and leftover food were left outside rooms for more than 24 hours, which is not what you expect from a Hilton property. The biggest disappointment was the lack of Diamond recognition. We had booked corner rooms for the views, but this did not happen. No upgrade was offered, despite suites appearing to remain unused throughout the week. Late checkout was refused and there were no drinks vouchers. We were told soft drinks might be available, but when we later tried to order them, the answer was simply no, with no explanation or apology. Reception often felt distant and transactional rather than warm or welcoming. The pool and spa were also disappointing. The pool was freezing cold and effectively unusable. We arrived shortly after the advertised opening time of 9am and found no staff available because someone was still getting ready for work. The rooftop bar was very expensive, with no apparent benefit for residents or Diamond members. More strangely, the balcony overlooking the city closed at 8pm, which rather defeats the purpose of a rooftop venue. The restaurant menu was accessed by QR code, which is common enough, but for a supposedly premium venue the first options presented were toasties, sandwiches and pizzas rather than anything resembling a proper dining experience. Most frustratingly, I wrote to the hotel several times during the stay to raise these concerns and give them the opportunity to address them. Apart from fixing a few maintenance issues, the wider concerns were largely ignored. Overall, the breakfast was outstanding, but the stay itself was very disappointing. For the number of points spent and the expectations that come with Hilton Diamond status, the experience lacked consistency, recognition, warmth, cleanliness and attention to detail.

As there is no Metro/ Tram station nearby, the hotel offers a free shuttle to Taksim every hour. Excellent service. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. There are a lot of choices.

I we were there for 6 nights and we booked a half board. The hotel doesn’t offer buffet for dinner but à la carte meals. Poor choices.Starter only soupe and desert: rice pudding or fruits platter. I gave my feedback, let see if they will be upgrade the offer. Very nice and clean restaurant. The hotel also has a nice rooftop restaurant.

The best hotel in Istanbul. Nice rooms, delicious breakfasts. Great gym. ~Esra ÖZPINAR helped us a lot with solving the issue. A very kind, good man. We will definitely return to this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to all tourists who visit Istanbul. The location is also beautiful

Staff is extremely uninterested in their work - they couldn’t care less if they were talking to someone or not. We stayed for one night only and we couldn’t use neither garden or roof top, as it seemed they were both rented out. Even though we were told we could use them when we checked in. Location is poor, there’s nothing interesting happening in the walking distance. There were no bathrobes left in spa around 8pm.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making us feel at home throughout our visit. We would also like to give special thanks to Esra at the front desk. They were really helpful and friendly

We had a wonderful stay from June 26th to 29th. The check-in process was seamless, which we highly appreciated since we arrived late at night. The lobby is beautiful, and our room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. They kindly provided an extra bed for our daughter, and it turned out to be incredibly comfortable. ​The location is very convenient — there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel also offers a great shuttle service to Taksim Square every hour, though it’s also an easy walk if you prefer going by foot. Another highlight was the rooftop restaurant, which offers fantastic views of the city.

The only minor issue was the sudden, loud calls to prayer from the nearby mosque, which could be a bit startling, especially the one just before dawn.

L'hôtel n'était pas complet, mais on nous a mis dans un chambre ou le 2ème jour il y avait un gros drapeaux qui couvrait toutes les fenêtre et nous étions dans l'obscurité dans aucune vue dehors.
