Modern Studio at NAIA Terminal 3

The apartment ia conveniently located across NAIA 3.

The sounds from the busy road can be heard during the evening, would need good earplugs if you're a sensitive and light sleeper.

Good location, nice view

Very unfriendly staff at the reception, had to wait over 45 minutes because they did not find my booking (suddenly appeared). Tel. Number from the host did not work, so we were standing there after a long day of travel. Not possible to store the bags after check-out, which is a minimum requirement for a hotel. Hence I cannot recommend the hotel. For the price there are surely better ones available.

L’appartamento è stato più facile raggiungere come sembrava . Gestore dal proprietà ha dato tutti informazioni in anticipo facilmente da applicare. Per arrivare al terminal 3 ci vuole giusto 10 min a piedi . E le finestre e la vista della camera non ha il prezzo . Super top!!!!

Beware of scam! After booking, the owner told me the room wasn't ready and told me to cancel and get a refund. I canceled, but he refused to refund my money, saying there were signs of my stay in the room and wouldn't refund my money, even though I wasn't there and had to book another place.

I like the place easy to access to the airport, clean and big space..

Great location, good size, good view, comfortable bed.

Very unclean. Bed full of hairs didn’t look like the sheets were changed just tidied. Shower dirty and blocked so filled up with water quickly.

Clean and comfortable bed , walking distance to terminal 3 , you don’t need the host to pick up the key ( it’s got a digital key box ) so you can check in or check out anytime

the room has is perfect! Really nice view we had a very relaxing and fun stay and the host is very active when asking questions very helpful we stay for 2nights a had a very comfortable sleep before our flight. Will definitely book again !

The apartment is very nice and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, everything is great. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags to go for a walk. We asked to check out later, and we had no problems. The area is very nice; everything is available.

Great view, comfort in the room creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, there is a refrigerator, cooler. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom. The possibility of remote check-in and check-out. Very detailed instructions, including a video: how to get through the floor to the room. An unforgettable experience, we will definitely come back again!! Nearby there are large and small shops, a large number of cafes, the opportunity to go for a massage. Very close to the Terminal 3 of the International Airport.

Spacious and we're close to the restua/malls we wanted to go. Host respond so quick as well.

We found a lots of hair in the bed and towels, the bed linen was wrinkled and looks like used from previous guests, cockroach in the bathroom, dust on furniture.. rude staff on reception

Great location just few minutes from NAIA terminal 3 via bridge, easily accesible from Makati via grab taxi. McDonalds and 24x7 supermarket also nearby. Host is great and very responsive. Precise instructions for checkin. Security in bulding is very good and polite. Condo is small, modern, with a great view. Hussle free key takeover/handover via lockbox. Air condition is efficient and silent. Ideal choice for flight layovers.

As said condo is well equipped but some parts are wornout which is understandable and we dont have problem with that. Biggest issue is cleanlines. Whoever is paid for cleaning condo is paid too much. Bed linen as most important part for every guest wasn"t changed. Hairs and nasty stains from previous guest(s) all over. We slept on towels. Bugs in the kitchen were the sign that place is not cleaned properly. Host should find someone else for this job for sure.

The location is very near terminal 3 , pharmacy and supermarket.

Towels don't smell clean. Furniture needs to be refurbished.

The property is situated just a fee minutes from NAIA T3. Restaurants and a supermarket are just nearby. Salons, Spa Parlors. You don't have to go far and wide.

Some of their facility was either broken or not available. I booked the property some time in June for an October trip- their washing machine wasn't working then. Up until my trip, it still was not usable. A washing machine during a week stay would have been wonderful- I don't like bringing that much laundry after a vacation. A flat iron was also not available at the property- so that was another bummer.

The view, room design, and price.

I love the view and how spacious it is. Love the guy we talked to, his service and how he accommodated us. It’s cheap yet good, convenient coz it’s near the airport.

What I don’t like is that it’s not that clean, the floors were like they don’t mop it.

Great that you could check in at any time and the keys were in a lockbox. The host had great communication.

The area and the "clusters" are confusing if you haven't been there before. If it's your first time going it's probably best to catch a ride to the accommodation for ease of finding it.

I didnt even sleep was dirty and not good cleaned The worrst part is that they told me they gonna refund me and booking gave me 20 euros that i didnt even recieve yet! And i spent my night in macdonalds

Communication with the owner was fantastic! Location to the airport was great too and having access to wifi helped us book grabs.

Great looking room, I loved the Art Deco theme of the place which is what made me book it. Fantastic location and easy to get to from the airport and lots of places to eat and shop all around the area! The host was super helpful with the information and thorough with the whole procedure- thanks!

It was a great stay, the only minor issue was the cleaning solution used to clean windows which left very big streaks on the windows which takes away from the great view of the boulevard but again, it is a minor thing :)

Everything was great! The condo had a great view of Newport Blvd, the interior deco was very appealing. The unit had all the amenities needed for a long stay as a home away from home. The host was very prompt, helpful, and attentive. Gave lots of recommendations for the area and great tips. If there was ever a problem or question, he found a solution in minutes. Would def recommend!

I hate to say it, but bed linen appeared to be slept in by someone else, there was a nasty stain on the bed sheet, we ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the blanket, apart from the linen it was ok. We've had worse.
