Tudo fantástico. O pequeno-almoço é excepcional, funcionários prestativos, tudo sempre impecavelmente limpo. Já viajei muito, este foi um dos melhores hotéis que estive.

What a beautiful art deco boutique hotel right in the heart of Shanghai, an incredible find. The rooms are large , very comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The staff went to so much trouble in every aspect. We had a week here. I am dairy and gluten intolerant and the chef even made me a loaf of bread that I could eat. Incredible! I dropped my phone outside the hotel after leaving a taxi only discovering it was lost an hour later. It was gone. After many hours of looking I realised that was it. The next day Ray , the hotel staff conserve, went above and beyond to help me. Contacting Police , using find my phone etc and eventually checked CCTV cameras outside the hotel. He found a cleaner from the streets had picked it up , tracked the cleaner down and negotiated a payment for me to get it back . A miracle! Ray also organised a fabulous day trip to a water town for us. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. What a great hotel!

立地がいいです。人民広場駅の14番出口を出てすぐにあります。人民広場駅には1、2、8号線が通っており、上海浦東国際空港に一本で行けます。南京東路、豫園、外灘など上海を代表する観光地にもすぐにいけます。

エアコンの調節の仕方がわかりませんでした。暖房・冷房の切り替えができず、つけていても温度が変化しませんでした。私が利用したのは9月で比較的快適だったので大きな問題はありませんでしたが、シャワー後は少し寒かったです。

Hotel a due passi dalla Peolple's Square, con la fermata dela metro a 30 metri e vicinissima a Nanjing Road. Camera grande, letti comodi, il bagno è una vera "sala da bagno", enorme. Servizi impeccabili. Viene offerto un dolcetto e una birra a persona.

Der Komfort war super und wir haben hervorragend schlafen können. Das Zimmer war super und mit einem Riesen Badezimmer. Lage und Frühstück waren das i-Tüpferchen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Beutifully restored colonial style building with all the comfort and luxury you want from a stay in Shanghai. Comfortable, spacious room, large bathroom, huge bed. Everything is very clean. Staff is courteous, attentive and we could always find someone who could speak English (you cannot take this for granted in China). It is fairly close to the Bund (20-25 min walk). We were allowed to check out one hour later for no extra charge.

On our last day we asked the reception whether it was possible to take a shower somewhere (e.g. in the fitness centre) as we had a flight late in the evening (you really get sweaty in the August Shanghai weather). It was not possible and no feasible solution was offered. I guess we could have booked our room for one more night (?) The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. (First world problems... :)

Struttura davvero di alto livello, a pochissimi passi dalla metro che porta direttamente all’aeroporto. Camera ampia e spaziosa, bagno enorme.

La réception n’est pas aidante. La chambre pour 3 personnes est très petite. Un lit de 2metres pour 3 personnes. Lorsqu’on a demandé à changé, on nous dit, « will check and do out best » mais nous n’avons eu aucun retour . Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cette petite chambre.

The location is fantastic, easy walk to everything. Metro, shopping mall & restaurants just outside the hotel. The room was quiet and great aircon , cleaned daily. Good breakfast selection, the most pleasant thing about the stay was the staff , always helpful and welcoming . Arranged our airport transfers and made sure we were happy with everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will visit again !

Absolutely incredible. The staff were kind and attentive. The room size was awesome and the facilities perfect. We loved the history of the hotel mixed with the modern rooms. The location was absolutely awesome as well. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Shanghai in the future.

Spacious well equipped rooms and bathrooms. Exceptional staff especially the concierge Ray.. recommending and sorting tour and transfers for us.

Ordered 4 dishes at the Rose restaurant onsite but only 3 appeared… had finished them by the time someone came and we could ask where was the 4th.. and then a wait for it. Having said that… the food itself was superb.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and they changed it every day with new local dishes. The room was nice and the location was perfect.

The laundry service was quite expensive.

La chambre était très grande, la salle de bain aussi. Chambre tres bien équipée. Le personnel était présent et à l'écoute. Parle anglais. Il y a une réception pour les colis. Le décor des couloirs est très joli L'hôtel est placé juste en face d'une sortie de métro et la Nanjing road est à 2min à pied.

Les bondes de nos lavabos dans la salle de bain ne tenaient plus très bien ouverte, dès qu'on faisait couler l’eau, elles se referment et l’eau ne s’évacue plus très fluidement.

Après + de 20 ans de déplacements dans le cadre de mes activités professionnelles dans l'hospitality, j'ai rarement séjourné dans un établissement aussi élégant, un havre de paix. Ce n'est pas tant les équipements que je salue ici mais bien l'architecture de l'établissement et son histoire, son design intérieur et extérieur (Art Déco années 30 donc), le raffinement de son service, l'élégance du lobby et son emplacement stratégique et emblématique (face à la place du peuple). Malgré les différences culturelles flagrantes, je me suis néanmoins sentie comme à la maison. Coup de coeur absolu pour la salle de bains, royale! et pour le personnel de chambre, absolument adorable! Quand je repasserais par Shanghai je séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir au TUI BLUE Yangtze Shanghai.

Le personnel de l'accueil doit faire attention à ne pas brusquer les clients le jour du check out...appeler le client 5mn après l'heure du départ est quelque peu violent... Sinon la vue depuis le 5ème étage n'est pas la plus belle de l'hotel... (vue sur les toits de l'église...)

Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch ist es schwierig für Vegetarier. Es gibt nur wenige Optionen und so wird es schnell langweilig. Es ist nicht immer zu erkennen ob die Speisen Fleisch enthalten oder nicht. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich da ein bisschen mehr Gedanken machen würde.

Hotel in posizione fantastica, vicino a tutto, davanti a una fermata della metropolitana principale. Molto pulito, stanze enormi, dotato di tutti i comfort. Servizio spettacolare, attenzione al cliente tutte le sere caramelle sul comodino. Ottimo rapporto, qualità prezzo.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Yangtze Boutique Hotel. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Zimmer absolut sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ebenso ist das Personal, insbesondere die Concierges, überaus hilfsbereit und steht einem auch bei Problemen zur Seite. Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass die Angestellten sehr gutes Englisch sprechen. Wir werden das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

Das Frühstück könnte ein klein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein.

Poca cortesia da parte del personale della reception. L’hotel fa il possibile per mantenere uno stile elegante con mobili di antiquariato, anche nelle stanze, ma non sono sempre in ottime condizioni.. risultando solo vecchi.

Small gripe but the lighting system in the room was complicated. Also there was no bar which had been advertised.

The hotel is in a great location near the main shopping area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and a train station across the road. The room was huge! The bed was big and comfortable although the pillows were pretty uncomfortable and you only get 1 pillow each unless you ask for more. The bathtub was a great addition and was huge also. The shower was great, bathroom very spacious and had all the amenities we needed including a really good hairdryer ladies!

Breakfast was really disappointing though. Small selection and just boring and basic. The staff don't speak english very well and it was hard to communicate what eggs we wanted. The food was just ok but for a Langham hotel I was disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. It was average but there was enough to find something we could eat. Certainly not their strong point. The hotel also lacked the sort of service and attention to detail that I know Langham for. The staff spoke little english and their customer service was below average. We had an issue that we needed help for but the front desk staff were not very interested in helping and did not provide the level of care or service we were hoping for. Although the hotel is in a great area and the rooms were lovely and comfortable, it lacked any other facilities other than a breakfast room.

Jednou nám v rámci úklidu byly odneseny hrnečky,ale na požádání promptně bylo vyřízeno.Je vidět,že hotel už je starší a zasloužil by si investici do rekonstrukce.Nas pokoj byl k dispozici balkon,ale bez posezení a odlupující se omítka nepůsobí.dobrym dojmem.

Convenient location, just a couple minutes’ walk to the metro station. The Bund was a slow 30-minute walk down Nanjing Road. Attentive staff. Elegant decor. Clean rooms. We were upgraded to rooms with balcony upon arrival.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Huge rooms and bathroom, really clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay.

I stayed for the 10th time at this hotel and it only gets better. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are large and clean, the location is ideal. The mattresses they have in every room are state of the art. It offers great value for money.

The staff have no understanding of hospitality. We raised two issues and the resolution process was difficult and inappropriate. For one issue, the hotel staff gave us a puzzle from the gift shop which is very odd. Then for another issue, they changed our room in the middle of the night. The AC doesn’t work, it is a ventilation system, there is no cooling. I do not recommend this hotel especially in the summer.
