Le confort de l’appartement était incroyable . On s’y sentait comme à la maison. Le personnel est très sympathique et les équipements sont parfaits. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue et de départ qui font vraiment plaisir.

L’ascenseur était en panne mais ce n’est pas grave. Le petit déjeuner peu varié, toujours la même charcuterie.

The noise at night but that can’t be helped as it’s on a busy street.

The apartment was clean, very spacious and modern. The kitchen well equipped with everything you may need to cook simple meals. The morning delivery of fresh bread and croissants made the breakfast at home pleasant and convenient.

The property is on a very lively street, even late at night. Loading and unloading the luggage may be difficult because the property is on a narrow and very trafficked street, but it’s doable. There is a covered parking 3 minute walk up on the street (13 euros per day).

A localização é muito boa sim. Nos ajudaram com o transporte das bagagens, dado o problema com o elevador reportado abaixo.

O elevador estava inoperante e não nos avisaram com antecedência. Somos um casal de 68 anos de idade e fomos obrigados a subir 4 andares de escadas íngremes, pois se trata de prédio antigo que foi reformado para o mercado hoteleiro. O elevador estava parado já a algum tempo quando chegamos e assim ficou nos seis dias de nossa estadia. Isto é inconcebível em uma capital de país. Deveriam nos ressarcir parte do valor pago.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect — very central and well connected, making it easy to explore Lisbon. The place had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the lovely goodie bags we received were such a nice and unexpected touch. It really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A perfect experience from start to finish. 10/10 — would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!

Everything, this was the best place I have stayed in Europe that is not an hotel or resort.

Location location location!! Beautiful apartment, quiet, AND breakfast every morning, fresh bread outside your door in a cloth sack, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese, charcuterie, yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee.

Bellissimo tutto molto accogliente, pulito e funzionale con servizi impeccabili (colazione, pulizia, cambio accappatoi, lavastoviglie ecc). Posizione super ottimale al centro di Lisbona che offre moltissime comodità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

I letti erano un po scomodi anche se alla fine è soggettivo... questa è l'unica pecca.

It was a beautifully decorated comfortable apartment. Close to everything! Transport, hot spots and great restaurants. Sara, the receptionist, was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast supplied was fresh and delicious

It was in a great central location. Easy access to Metro station. Well kitted out. Very comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning!

We loved everything about our stay at Almaria! The location is great, the apartment itself is lovely, spacious and well planned. The main room does get noise from the street but the bedroom is quiet! We had a baby with us and they organised a cot, a highchair and a baby bath, and even gave some little snacks for her which was just such a nice touch! Breakfast was plentiful and yummy!

The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was stocked with 4 fresh eggs every day, some cheese and meat, yoghurt a coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, etc. The morning-delivered bread was OK. The Pastel de Natas were great. The location was 2 blocks from a public space what was buzzing with people and outdoor cafes with easy access to transportation.

the photos of the location showed a rooftop area but we did not find one. The building and especially the entrance is not easy to find and the door is locked despite having a reception desk inside. The shower did not have a sliding door to fully enclose it, so the bathroom floor got wet. Very limited sink space or places to hang clothes while in the shower. Neighborhood did not feel safe to me in the evenings and people outside were often loud after 11 PM.

Location, layout and facilities

Location - Chiado is great, loads of restaurants, bars and independent shops, you just have to go and wander round the back streets of the district. Also liked the different fresh baked goods that were left outside the door every morning - a nice touch

We don’t eat meat, which we’d told the location about prior to arrival so finding a fridge full of ham and salami when we arrived, planned for breakfast the next day was a bit of a surprise. When we made the reception aware this was removed. The breakfast for the next 3 mornings was a plate of cucumber and some cherry tomatoes - bit weird but the fresh bakery goods left every morning made up for it.

beautiful apartment in Chiado. very central and walking distance to the underground train. every day fresh bread and pastries were delivered to the door (only 8am onwards which was a bit late for us) the day before we got yoghurt, cheese, milk etc. the apartment also had a variety of cereals which my son loved. fresh fruits were in the room and cookies. really loved the small details

we had to wait for a long time for the person to come back from lunch for checkin. this could be solved with clear communication of arrival time from our end. but sometimes it’s difficult to estimate when you’re driving. The bathroom had a bit of a sewage smell

The location was super convenient, close enough to the shopping center but not in the middle of a high traffic area, I really felt like a local during my stay. The facilities were clean and modernized, the staff was super helpful and informative, my arrival check-in time kept changing but the staff were very understanding and helped me work out a way to smoothly check in and enjoy my time in Lisbon.

The location itself gets a bit noisy on the weekends, but that's to be expected for the area, earplugs are a must. I had booked the stay with a friend and we had initially hoped for separate twin beds, but it turned out to be one big bed, we asked the staff if we could change it to be two separate beds but I think the message was lost in transmission so we ended up just making do with the big bed, it was no biggie and we still enjoyed our stay.

Alles ganz toll. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort. Tolles Zimmer (natürlich auch eines der grössten und somit teuersten im Dachgeschoss, das haben wir aber bewusst do gewählt um angenehm Plaz zu haben). Dank Klimaanlage blieb es dort auch bei +30 Grad draussen angenehm kühl.

Eigentlich ist alles toll, auch die Lage an sich ist super zentral. Man sollte aber wenn man sensibel auf „Lärm“ ist Oropax mitnehmen, da es nachts relativ laut ist da sich die Unterkunft unweit der Ausgehmeile befindet. Man muss aber sagen dass die Fenster wenn man sie geschlossen hällt der viel Lärm abhalten, uns hat es weiter nicht gestört.

Great location. 10 minute walk to cais do Sodre train/ferry / bus / tram terminal. Right on Tram 28 line. Very comfortable, fully equipped apartment, including washing machine. Generous breakfast every day. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend and would return. Thank you.

The location was great, it was an easy walk to the city transportation hub as well as Rua Augusta Arch and Praca do Comercio. The proximity to places to eat and shop was very convenient. The view looking over the rooftops to the Tagus River was also beautiful. The fresh bread and pastries delivered to the room daily was a welcome treat as well as the fruit, cheese, meat, milk, and eggs provided daily. Everything was also very clean, which was really appreciated. The robes were a welcome treat as well.

As far as what could have been better, I would say the washer/dryer combo. The clothes washed fine, but the drier took forever to dry and was set at a very high heat. All the clothes came out very wrinkled because it did not have a cool down setting. It was a bit noisy at night, but that was to be expected considering how close it was to so much activities. Because the road was closed during the day due to construction on buildings, sidewalks and on the street during the day, it was a challenge rolling big suitcases to get to the end of the street.

Fantastyczne miejsce. Apartament przestronny w pełni wyposażony (nawet szlafrok, pachnące kosmetyki, sygnowane ręczniki). Pieczywo dostarczane rano, natomiast w lodówce znajdziemy wędliny, ser, jajka, dżemy. Jest także kosz owoców. Wszędzie blisko i bezpiecznie. Wejście na kod, który otrzymamy jeśli przyjeżdżamy poza godzinami otwarcia recepcji. Wspaniałr mirjsce.

Easy to access. Great location. Very clean. Great additional services. Very accommodating. Black out rooms.

We couldn't find the hairdryer at the start - but it was our fault because we didn't notice that the stool had storage.

It felt like a real apartment and home

We loved the location, the apartment had everything we needed and was serviced every day the breakfast and fresh bread provided every day was a wonderful touch. The staff were fantastic!

Mooi en licht appartement midden in het stadscentrum. Vele leuke restaurantjes op wandelafstand, maar alles is ook aanwezig om zelf te koken. Hygiëne was top. Alle dagen wordt gepoetst en proper handdoeken gelegd. Een echte aanrader.

Perfect location near so much in the center of city. Staff was exceptional. Apartment was quiet, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a plus, including wonderful fresh bread left at our door every morning with other breakfast items left in refrigerator every day. I would definitely stay again. Do not hesitate to book.

We loved the location, and how cute the apartment was. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were fantastic.

Ubicación y servicios. Personal muy atento que resolvió todas nuestras dudas incluso llamadas en portugués. Nos cambiaron la reserva al almaria ex-libris pero estupendo. Room service con Le room service muy satisfactorio.

Consigna solo hasta las 17h30. Al tener un vuelo un poco tardío necesitamos buscar otra.

Sara at the desk was wonderful. The view of the street was so fun for people watching. The apartment was spacious for 2 people. The cleaning staff were also lovely

This is our second stay at this hotel and it’s a little sad to see the floors are wearing. On the plus side that shows they are being cleaned diligently.

The location is amazing, close to everything, the property is nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. We love the bread delivery surprise every morning and the ready breakfast in the fridge.

Posizione fantastica! Struttura molto accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Ci hanno fatto trovare una culla davvero molto confortevole, un seggiolone per la pappa e una vaschetta, oltre che degli snack apposta per il bimbo e un piccolo peluche.

L’appartamento presentava un problema di umidità; anche dopo le pulizie di routine il pavimento restava piuttosto appiccicoso, come se appunto non si asciugasse bene. La zona del bagno era un po’ angusto.

L’emplacement et la grandeur de l’appartement

We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments with a loft. The apartment was on the top floor, and had a great view of the tram 28 route on the street below. In case it's not obvious from the description, the bedroom is not the loft - the loft is a separate space. For my partner and I, we didn't really use the loft at all as the stairs going up are a bit awkward - I think the space would only be useful if you had a third person sleeping in that space. In terms of breakfast, this consisted of some bacon, salami, eggs, cheese and ham that is left in the fridge the day before - you cook this yourself. Milk and bread are provided. Daily housekeeping is provided (they also stack the dishwasher for you).

The floor of the apartment was really dirty - it looked like it needed a really good scrub. I would not walk on it without shoes or slippers. The bedroom window opened onto an internal air well - there was a strong sewage or rubbish smell, so the window stayed shut.

Lovely property, delightful host - breakfast did not do this justice. Breakfast was mediocre.

L'emplacement permet d'être au cœur de cette magnifique ville. L'appartement est très bien agencé, très propre, décoré avec goût et avec de beaux matériaux. Le système de petits déjeuners est très appréciable avec le remplissage chaque jour du frigo et le pain et les viennoiseries fraîches déposés tous les matins à la porte. Le personnel de l'accueil est à l'écoute et prodigue de très bons conseils.

La proximité de la ligne de trams et du coup le bruit le soir et le matin...

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était super. Très grande, confortable, meublée de manière moderne et chalereuse avec de nombreux équipements. Très propre. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour qu'on se sente le mieux possible (fil WhatsApp, petit dej déposé sans frapper à la porte, ménage un peu à la demande etc). Nous fêtions l'anniversaire de mon compagnon et nous avons eu un grand gâteau offert ! Idéalement situé, nous avons visité la ville sans prendre le métro une seule fois. Nous retournerons avec plaisir :))

É um pouco complicado na primeira entrada. Não tem um botão específico para chamar a concierge… apertamos em todos os botões disponíveis e até batemos na porta. Também demoramos um pouco para entender como ligar a cafeteira, pois ele é diferente de outras que conhecemos.

Bread was delivered for breakfast in a very basic tote bag. On our last day, since we were leaving early, we took the bread with us in that same bag, assuming it was a simple single-use or complimentary item — which is a completely reasonable assumption for such an ordinary bag. After our departure, we were contacted and asked to either send the bag back or pay €15 for it. This is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The tote bag was of very low value and clearly does not justify a €15 charge under any reasonable standard. Requesting such an amount for a basic, inexpensive item feels like an attempt to overcharge guests for something trivial. This kind of behavior damages trust and leaves a very negative impression. It is unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering the insignificant nature of the item. We are treated as if we stole a simple bag with the hotel name on it… Such practices overshadow the entire stay and seriously affect how we view the hotel.

Ideal for the three of us. Kitchen was well equipped.

Fridge stocked up every day with butter, milk, yoghurt, meat, cheese, eggs. You cannot go hungry here. Bed is very comfortable with quality sheets and quilts.

Key entry code machine on door is a bit fiddly for my old hands especially when it’s raining hard. Bathroom is very small and perhaps will need refurbishing sometime but it is functional and when weighed up with the rest of this incredible apartment is inconsequential.
