Lovely Budget Rooms in Camden - Kings Cross

Good location near Camden Market and close to Mornington Crescent tube station. Room itself was neat.

Was unaware of shared facilities, somehwat clean however other people’s toiletries were all over the bathroom.

Quarto duplo muito pequeno. São 2 quartos embaixo e 2 quartos em cima, um lavabo embaixo e um banheiro completo com ducha em cima. Algumas vezes eu tive que esperar para tomar banho.

L'emplacement est idéal, facile d'accès, à 2 pas de Mornington Crescent Station avec la Northern line, on a pu aller partout où l’on voulait, et proche gare saint Pancras., et facile d'accès d’Heathrow Airport. accès facile aussi à pied vers le quartier animé de Camden avec son marché, pas besoin de prendre le métro pour une station. Les photos sont à l'image du logement, pas de surprise, c’est pas le grand luxe, mais il y a l'essentiel, la literie est plutôt de bonne qualité, il y faisait un peu chaud (séjour en plein mois de juillet), mais présence d’un ventilateur, et en laissant les fenêtres légèrement ouvertes, ça l’a fait. Je ne sais pas ce que ça pourrait donner en hiver, cela ne m’a pas l'air très bien isolé ... Nous avions la chambre avec la cuisine, donc avec un point d'eau pour le brossage de dents, c’est plus pratique que de monter à chaque fois dans la salle de bain commune, qui peut être occupée, et chambre du coup plus grande que les autres. Quartier plutôt calme, avec même la visite de renards, incroyable, dans le petit jardinet du logement, et d'écureuil ! Il vaut mieux avoir cette vue d’ailleurs que celle des autres chambres donnant devant... Hôte très réactif via booking Suffisant pour un court séjour Calme

Le quartier pas magnifique, mais pas gênant, sécurisé Chambre uniquement pour dormir, pas pour y rester la journée, Le dessous des lits aurait mérité un coup d'aspirateur Sdb commune, en connaissance de cause, cela dépend de la propreté de chacun! Cuisine sommairement équipée, nous ne l’avons quasi pas utilisée ...

Opening the door is troublesome

It was worth staying in the larger ground floor room. A little extra space with kitchen and washing machine. We appreciated the pedestal fan during the heat wave! The building is old, but great effort has gone into keeping everything well maintained and clean. Shared bathroom, but rarely had to wait long

It was a little tricky finding our way through the self check-in late at night.while tired, but absolutely fine after that. Use the map reference sent in the self check-in instructions, it will bring you to the correct gate. Google maps sent us to the correct building but gate access is around the other side.

De afstand tot het openbaar vervoer. En het gezellige Camden.

De foto’s vooraf zagen er netter uit dan de werkelijkheid was. Het achterstallige onderhoud en de rommel her en der (achter de koelkast, in de tuin)..was jammer. Het had iets van een studentenkot. Rolgordijn kapot en los in het raam gehangen, tuintje een ontploffing, lekkage onder wastafel in benedentoilet, riolering waarschijnlijk niet oké want toiletpapier mocht ook niet doorgespoeld. En dat in een metropool stad. Hygiene kon ook beter (op afzuigkap en blusdeken, kon je je naam in stof schrijven). De badkamer liet ook aan afwerking en frisheid te wensen over.

Location to Camden high street and tube station fantastic! Simple room with comfortable bed. Secure gated community and quiet. Good communication from host, very responsive. Friendly other guests and maintenance men. Cupboard on landing with extras such as toiletries and electrical items such as iron etc.

I was a little concerned initially with regards to check in procedure sent the day before, then on viewing received pictures which showed a flat in a residential council type block. However, it was safe and secure even though it was not a guest house at all. Bathroom looked grubby with black around grout and bath panel on arrival, but maintenance spent the day painting during our stay which helped. My daughter refused to use the shower though. Not enough plugs in room and although a shared kettle available on landing there were no cups and nowhere easy to use the kettle in the room. Need to add a hairdryer to the landing cupboard of tricks!!

Was perfect for what we needed at a very cheap price in a really good location. Staff were really accommodating by letting us drop off our bags early, was much appreciated.

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, da wir von dort aus einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unseren Ausflug in die Harry Potter-Studios hatten. Ansonsten haben wir natürlich auch die Gelegenheit genutzt, die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten anzuschauen. Das Bett war überraschend bequem (anders als andere Betten auf unserer Reise) und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt in Ordnung. Es gab ausreichende und detaillierte Informationen zum Check-in und Check-out.

Der Zugang zu dem Objekt war für uns etwas abenteuerlich. Dies lag ehrlich gesagt aber auch daran, dass wir die in der Willkommens-Nachricht mitgesendeten Fotos zunächst nicht beachtet haben. Die Einrichtung ist bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Als Unterkunft zur bloßen Übernachtung war es aber auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall bewusst sein, dass das Gemeinschaftsbad und die zusätzliche Gemeinschaftstoilette von allen Bewohnern/Gästen der Wohnung benutzt werden und es daher zu Wartezeiten kommen kann.

Raumpflegerin sehr nett, Unterkunft so einfach, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit, bestohlen zu werden bei Null liegt. Vermieter sollte von den Einnahmen einen Teil in Renovierung, Sauberkeit und Komfort investieren. Kommunikation mit Vermieter verlässlich und freundlich.

Location was good, just enough room for two people, for the price and location and for one night it's a good choice.

L’insonorisation envers les autres chambre, aller/retour toilette/ salle de bain toute la nuit escalier qui grince, le nettoyage après chaque passage n’est pas fait pour les autres qui passe derrière. Et la chambre n’étais pas nettoyé (frigidaire pas propre, sol taché, grille pain non nettoyé, rideau taché…) Seulement les draps qui étais propres ainsi que le comptoir et la table.

Ottima posizione,vicinissimo alle fermate Candem e Mornington Crescent per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche. In prossimità ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e il Candem Market. Ottima comunicazione con Host,molto disponibile.

Camera davvero molto piccola,poco funzionale,ci vorrebbero degli spazi per appoggiare almeno la valigia,bagno piano terra con un lavandino minuscolo e la porta che rende l’entrata e uscita difficoltosa perché si apre vedo l’interno.

Excellent location. It's within walking distance to Camden Market and very close to central London. The transport links are superb, making it easy to get anywhere. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The room was quite small and cramped. While the facilities overall are a bit dated, they are clearly well-maintained and kept clean through regular housekeeping.

I had a good stay at this property. What I think stands out the most is that it is good value for money. The property is cheap and cheerful. I thought the room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bedding / mattress / pillows etc were clean, as were the towels. (With the exception on the throw blankets which I think lower the quality of the bedding as they were less clean.) overall I would return here if I needed a cheap stay that is in a great location.

The bedside unit is aged and needs to be replaced as it is stained / dirty. The walls / ceiling would benefit from a fresh lick of paint. The downstairs toilet lets the property down. But none of these were dealbreakers for me, just not ideal.

DONT STAY HERE!!!!! Instructions weren’t accurate… following though apple or google maps took you to the wrong place and had to spot something on the YouTube tutorial to find the correct entrance, upon finding this and getting into the gated area the flat is not easily accessible and relied on local residents seeing us struggle to find the accommodation! We rang the hosts and they eventually answered but offered no significant assistance. Once we found the flat the door to get into the building wouldn’t open so once again relied on chance that residents were outside and let us in. Once we got to the flat it was just a room but no communal area as stated! Seemed alternative accommodation very disappointing experience

The location is excellent - 15 min walk from Kings Cross and Euston. Very secure and very quiet while being close to Camden Lock.

Bathroom could be better quality and wallpaper in the room too. But it was all clean and good fire the price.

Bathrooms were very grimy, wasn’t able to acess property as incorrect keys were given. This however was sorted with great customer service. The area feels dodgy and I am pretty sure the flat next door is a drug house.

This was a great place to stay for a few days. It was in a nice calm area of London but still very accessible from the center and all the sites. It was clean and comfortable and the host communicated very well

Only suitable for solo Traveler and few days. The walls are so thin. Even speaches can be heared from next room.

The room was clean and fresh and the bed layout perfect as my daughter and I had a bed each, both of which were very comfortable! The communication was also fab and all access codes and instructions very clear and easy to follow! Thank you!

The state of the accommodation are definitely not as described with the booking pictures. A room in a shared accommodation. The heating was not working in early winter. A small heater was present in the room. The sheets did not cover the bed properly, there was damp in the room on the wall and at the base of the bed. There was only one functional light bulb, the clock was not functional, there were trailing cables posing a tripping hazard and cobwebs. The bathroom was quite unkempt and needed an upgrade. I contacted the number provided and was told they will return the call but no-one called back.

Siamo arrivati e abbiamo notato che la tenda appena sfiorata è venuta giù (era l’unico modo per oscurare la finestra). Abbiamo chiesto all’host di metterla a posto per il giorno dopo altrimenti sarebbe stato un problema e non è stato fatto nulla. Un vero peccato

Overall I wanted to pack my bags and go away. The worst place I have stayed at in my life, although I have been to many accommodations. The dirt was unbelievable. The worst thing was that they turned off the heating from 11 pm to 6 am. I was freezing!!! Slept in hoodie and my jacket. There were some dead bugs on the floor and some weird stains on the bed. NO HOT WATER IN :((( stay away xxx

Muy cercano a varias localizaciones y cerca del metro. El anfitrión se portó genial con nosotros, estuvo atento a cada momento y a cada duda que teníamos.

Todo perfecto, aunque estaría bien que tuviera algo más de limpieza. Tampoco me gustó (y esto no es culpa del establecimiento) son los turistas de al lado que eran muy ruidosos y tuvimos que llamarle la atención un par de veces para que nos dejaran dormir. Ojalá las personas empatizaran más con los demás.

Curtains need replacing, some of them are broken and let in light. Especially at night with the bright outside lights that don't turn off. It looked like there was a stain on the sheet and mould on the bottom of the wall behind the bed. Some of the cutlery hadn't been cleaned properly by a previous guest. Soundproofing is very minimal, could hear people in the stairwell, other rooms and even in the flat next door. There was no way to dry my clothes in the apartment, no dryer or even a clothes rack available to hang the washing over to dry. There was also stale water in the bottom of the washing machine when I first opened it that smelled bad. Even after managing to drain it my clothes were left with a weird smell after washing. The power also went out one morning, resulting in no hot water or heating and it took over an hour to be fixed.

the room is extremely tiny, barely fitting two people with two bags. the front door did not close fully which is a security issue. the bathrooms are covered in mould. there is no sound barrier at all, you hear everything in other rooms and outside.

Łazienka mogłaby być lepsza, trochę odnowiona I mogłyby jeszcze być sztućce i miski, jednorazowe lub wielorazowe do umycia (przydaje się żeby zjeść coś wieczorem)
