Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The residence was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 6 people. It was also conveniently located just 10–15 minutes away from KLCC. We booked this residence for Merdeka to watch the fireworks but the fireworks were not fully visible from the residence, we still enjoyed the stay and found it to be a very nice place. Grab and Foodpanda were also readily available, which made it very convenient for food and transportation.

Había leído las reviews pero pensaba que no sería para tanto. El baño olía a cañería bastante, y poco papel higiénico. Los protectores de las camas estaban sucios muy amarillos.

That’s all. Starting with smoky rooms, dirty toilets and dirty dishes and ending with the lack of hot water in two of the three bathrooms. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. At the same time, it is indicated that smoking is not allowed in the room. When we complained, an employee came to collect cigarette butts and air freshener. Terrible. The smell was so strong that my throat hurt. Everything is dirty - doors, windows, toilets, sofa, table, dishes. They didn’t change the towels for five days, they refused when they asked to add more towels. For a room declared for 6 people - four chairs and dishes for four people. The smell from the sewer is terrible. And for leaving the suitcases for two hours - you will pay 10 ringgit for the bag. I had to pay for a children’s toy suitcase.

Only this time, the previous customer did smoke in the room. Thank full it was gone the next day we were there.

Some bathrooms smelt, 2 bathrooms leaked water onto the floor, there was inadequate cutlery and utensils for cooking i.e. no sharp knife. Bed was really hard.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026The Kia Peng 8 is in a good neighborhood. However, we were given an apartment that smelled from sewage. Could not stay there and they did not offer an other apartment in the same building. We had to move to a different city part, to a nice apartment, but that was a super loud neighborhood, so all in all a miserable experience.
Unfriendly "Karen" was communicating in a manner that showed, she has no idea about costumer service. Never again.

A couple nightstand lamps would be appreciated or some indirect lights in bedroom and living room. As the main lights were very strong. If the owner also can include the washer/dryer instructions as we couldn’t figure out the drying part.

Lage ist ok liegt jedoch in einer Seitenstraße auf einem Hügel den man jedes Mal hoch laufen muss. Es ist alles schon sehr abgewohnt und dreckig. Früherer check in ist nicht möglich.

The Property advertised for 2 Bedrooms with 2 Showers/Bathroom. However, one shower is not a working shower. There is a note on the second shower asking people not to use it. Bottom of bathroom doors have a bit of wear and tear.

The highlight is definitely the breathtaking KLCC view right from the property – both day and night, it’s simply stunning! Everything we needed was provided, and the overall comfort made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place with a superb KLCC view, big space, and great comfort, this is highly recommended. I’d love to stay here again on my next trip to KL!
