The room 1701 17th floor. The toilet cover is broken, you need to hold the seat cover coz it wasn't attached to the toilet otherwise you will have an accident. The receptionist is so rude , she won't let my mother go into the room eventhough her name is on the list and she is 89 years old , she made her wait in the lobby for 5 hours.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Place was clean, bathroom was a good size and bed was comfortable. It was very close to the Venice Canal shopping area with lots of stores and restaurants.
No space at all to put your phone or anything next to the bed. Couch was ok but not very comfortable.

The suite smells bad, smells not ventilated. No paper towels in the kitchen, no hand towels in the bathroom, the stove is not working. The drainage in the shower seemed clogged up, the water doesn't flow well.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained. The condo is quiet and convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Only issue that we bumped in is that I tried connecting to their Netflix but it won’t connect, but with a few tweaks, I was able to use my own account.

I booked for 4 people because that’s how many people are staying and that’s what the host advertised. The host knows how many people are staying because they asked for IDs of guests prior to arrival and I sent copies of all our IDs 4 of them! The day of check in, I got a message from the host saying that if asked at the front desk, I should say 3 people would be staying. I didn’t pay attention to the message because I had a long flight. The first night, 3 people stayed and nobody asked so no big deal. The second night, there were 4 of us staying. When we passed by the front desk, we were asked to checkin again? When front desk asked how many are staying, I told her 4 people are staying. I was told that the unit has a max capacity of 3 and and extra guest will encur penalty and I would have to pay extra. I told the front desk I didn’t know about that because my reservation was for 4 people. I even showed her the print out of my reservation that states my booking was for 4, but she didn’t care. Then I realized that’s what the email I received was about!!! They want me to LIE! The attitude of the front desk made me feel so humiliated!!! I was tired, it was late so I decided to just pay for it and complain to booking.com why you allow such FRAUD!!!

We travelled from the province and arrived early, and host was able to organise early access to the room, which we are grateful for as everyone was exhausted from the drive. We only stayed overnight. Comfortable bed, great water pressure, great coffee facility, nice and spacious room.
All good, we are very happy with the host and room. But for some reason, the building only allows limited number of people in the rooms, even the spacious ones. The building management needs to rethink this policy and should consider capacity based on reasonable room size.

It boasts a convenient location, practically adjacent to the Venice, grand canal mall accessible through the parking area. I would certainly revisit if I find myself needing accommodation in this vicinity again. The receptionist service was satisfactory, but the guards were notably, more knowledgeable, exceeding helpful and providing insightful information about the nearby area.
The leather sofa and chairs were ripped, but covered in tape.
