Loved the location for being close to Ankor Wat, yet a short walk away were street markets, friendly locals and great shopping. The kindness, helpfulness, and joyous nature of everyone working there stood out the most. Gorgeous Resort, best memories and made the trip standout!

This place had such unique charm it felt like I was in a fairytale dreamland. The pool was a massive highlight and everything felt peaceful and relaxing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and were so kind. The breakfast and room service was 10/10. Definitely going to come back and recommended this place to others :)

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure a peaceful and luxurious experience. What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service. Soriya and Chantou went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness really stood out and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. In fact, all the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their consistent level of care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We would highly recommend Memoire Palace Resort to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Beautiful rooms, great pools and equipment and the massage is very good and professional. Really appreciated their her work .

Reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered takeaway breakfast boxes for the days when we left early for sightseeing, and even offered to open breakfast half an hour early for us. Rooms were in good condition and as expected. Generous provision of complimentary filtered water in the room.

At breakfast, while there was decaf coffee available, most of the staff did not understand 'decaf' so we had to ask around a bit to get that. Airport transfers offered by hotel were $55 each way compared to a booking.com taxi which charges $25 each way.

There isn't literally anything to be liked. Avoid this place.

This hotel was a deeply disappointing experience, and I strongly advise avoiding it. We were overcharged and manipulated into paying additional fees that were explicitly promised to be refunded. Instead of being returned, the money was simply kept. This felt dishonest and unacceptable. The facilities are dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are located in two unfinished buildings, meaning you are literally staying in a half-constructed property. This is not disclosed in advance and creates an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. The rooms and furniture are old, stained, and unhygienic. There are visible marks and dirt everywhere, and when we requested cleaning, it was either ignored or done very poorly. Housekeeping standards are far below what is acceptable. The breakfast is mediocre at best, with limited options and low quality. The location is also problematic—far from the city and situated in the middle of a local bazaar. This results in constant noise, unpleasant smells, and no sense of rest or privacy. The pool is deteriorating and unsafe. Several guests reportedly suffered cuts and physical injuries, which is extremely concerning and indicates serious neglect. Overall, this place does not meet basic hospitality, safety, or honesty standards. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

We had an excellent stay here from the moment we arrived until check out. Very welcoming stuff, got checked in by Ms Soriya, spotlessly clean room with access to the huge pool. We are Siem Reap residents and spent our anniversary day here, which I might have mentioned in my reservation somehow while requested a late check out, which was granted 🙏. To our surprise, the housekeeping staff decorated our room with great efforts, even a hand painted "Happy Anniversary" greeting on the bed, the bathtub filled with warm water and rose petals. What a beautiful surprise. Thank you to everyone involved in this effort. The room is fantastic, the outside area with pool view is perfect to relax with mosquito repellent spray, ceiling fan and a comfortable laying area. Landscape, the 2 swimming pools, the garden and spa are perfect for a staycation even when living already in this beautiful city. Breakfast was buffet style, included in our room rate and nothing was missing. Excellent service also here, with a wide selection of choices Western and Asian. Overall a well maintained resort, with amazingly well trained staff, which understands and loves hospitality. As a former hotel GM myself in Germany, Philippines and Cambodia, I would be very proud, working with this team. In summary, this is a true value for money accommodation with high end service!

The layout of the hotel is simply stunning; the rooms are huge and surround a massive central pool which can be accessed directly from the various suites (there are 8 rooms per suite). The pool is beautifully laid out with a few shady spots and nice gardens.

Although the surrounding area is not very attractive and a bit outside the city centre, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the centre by tuk-tuk.

One of the highlights of our visit was the very romantic honeymoon room decoration, which was very beautiful arranged. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, making it truly memorable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and the facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Siem Reap. We've been in 48 countries already, and this is the best hotel I've been at. -Staff: trained, polite, available... they're the top of the top. It's obvious they do it from the bottom. They mane u feel the only client, calling u by your name, asking, suggesting... never seen that. -Facilities: Eden Garden. Such a beautiful green spot, peaceful, well taste decorated...swimming pool is far apart best ever, like a lagoon with pool bar. Better than pics. -Room: everything you may need. Clean to the top, equipped with everything you may need. Shower was awesome. Bed was huge and perfect combination of soft and steady. I don't sleep this good in my own home. - Services: tuktuk at your service (hire that option), food fingers, swimming pool cocktails... no words. Free laundry if you stay more than 4 nights. And best massage in town (not 10 $/hour but you'll see the difference). -Restaurant: breakfast fresh, huge variety and delicious. If you can, make reservation with lunch or dinner included... my God, pure high cousine khmer style. Adore it. -Surroundings: there's a daily local market next to hotel with phone simcards and tons of food (even fresh fish/seafood you buy and the cook) at ridiculous price. Walking to city centre is like 20 minutes, but tuktuk included saves the sacrifice. Wishing to be back. Can't thank enough to Muny, Saling Miguel and all the team. It was hard to leave. Thank you so much.

Absolutely everything was perfect.

We had a 8-night vacation at this hotel and this is a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. We were cared for by an amazing team (Miguel, Sophea, Sophal, Hen, Vechheka, Somaly and so many others) whose kindness and hospitality were incredible. Evertything surpassed our expectations : our suite (spacious and immaculate), the restaurant (fresh and varied, we tried the baby bees), the Spa (the Khmer, feet and Swedish massages were perfect!), the pool (beautiful and serene), the vegetation (nice lighting at night, blooming flowers)... The front desk advised us on an excellent tuktuk driver (Sophon, so reliable and friendly) who we kept for our stay. The temples and city center are easily accessible (without the hussle and bustle of the very center, the hotel was quiet and relaxing ; an authentic market with food and local goods is located just near the hotel), the hotel vehicle was on time to pick us up and drop us off at the aiport (it's a 50 min drive). Thank you so much for making our vacation in Siem Reap unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Staff, services, breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, rooms, cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Vinn, Salin and the other members of the staff are very friendly and available for any issue. Their main mission is to create the perfect vacation for all the guests.

Staff were (traditionally) very polite but you did get the feeling that they really did care about your wellbeing. The complex is stunning and the rooms, out of this world.

This hotel was very nice because they have a big pool (it is a little deep,so if you have a few children, you may need a floating ring.).

A very beautiful resort with good and varied breakfast. The complimentary set lunch/dinner menu was a great deal. Food is tasty, staff polite and helpful, lots of tuktuks waiting near the lobby to drive to the city centre or temples (at fixed rates, so it's great to not have to bargain). Overall a great place to stay for the price.

Excellent service, we got caught up in the COVI-19 outbreak and instead of staying 5 days we had leave after 24 hours, during that time everythig was perfect

The pool was the coolest I've ever seen! Our building's back door has steps to the pool, which is huge! It was pretty cold, but there was a smaller pool in the middle up higher that was warmer. There was a swim-up bar although the service was a bit slow. The spa was very expensive, so we just got the free foot massages. The TV channels would freeze, but the movies you could select from the beginning and didn't freeze. The room was huge! Our closet door got stuck, but they fixed it promptly. Everyone was very nice. The hotel changed it's name to Memoire Palace Hotel, which was a little confusing. There were a lot of mosquitos too. But we loved the all-day free breakfast in-room!

Vompletely amazing resort.

Large pool on the property as well as new large rooms. Nice grounds. Good upgrade if your VIP member. We have been to a lot of VIP hotels in Siem Reap and this is a good choice if you like the extra room and a large pool area. My reservation is they do not have buffet breakfast, but they do have a limited breakfast menu and some veggie material, no orange juice but other juices. The location is somewhat south of town. Thye did provide one ride to town, which was included in the reservation form. We had a little issue with a couple of clerks on that but it was resolved albeit reluctantly. Overall a good choice, but you always have to take in account Siem Reap has a very large of variety of very good hotels and they are experiencing a downturn in tourist this year which make the rates very attractive now.

私は、76歳の父母と一緒に5日間宿泊しました。all inclusiveプランで3食、空港送迎往復などのプランでした。空港に夜11時くらいに到着して、専用車でホテルスタッフが迎えに来てくれました。冷たいタオルと冷たい水を車の中で出してくれました。ホテルに到着すると、ドリンクを出してくれました。プランの説明をスタッフが説明してくれました。 空港送迎往復、3食の食事、全てのドリンク(食事中も、プールサイド、その他も)ウェルカムドリンク、 小さなお菓子のプレゼント スパ、ジム、マッサージ60分(毎日でも大丈夫) 市内送迎車行き無料(帰りは自分) １日分観光の車、ランドリーサービス無料、レイトチェックアウトなど盛り沢山でした。 食事後、スパ使用時、ランドリーなど請求書レシートにサインしますがが無料と言われます。専属のスタッフがついてくれて色々と質問に答えてくれます。時々、連絡漏れがある時もありますが、皆さん親切に対応してくれました。 ロイヤルスイーツホテルはメモワールパレスの中のランクアップの部屋でした。まだ新しいホテルです。とても綺麗でプールが広いです。トイレとシャワーの排水が少し悪かったですが、すぐ対応していただきました。 今回の旅行では年寄りが一緒だったので、ホテルの食事などは安心でした。 レストランのスタッフの皆様、スパのスタッフの皆様、 とても親切にして頂き感謝しております。 ホテルのスタッフのメアーナさん、トラさん、サムバスさん、ヴァエナさんその他のスタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。 また、同じプランでシュリムアッブに来たいです。

The Royal Suites at The Memoire was fantastic. The staff was so accommodating and the hotel was lovely. The pool is amazing! As is the breakfast!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Cambodia- Siem Reap. An overall lovely place to stay!
