Wir waren sechs Nächte im Golden Temple Residence Hotel in Siem Reap. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es ist insgesamt äußerst stilvoll im schicken Khmer-Stil gehalten. Wunderschön. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr große Auswahl und ist liebevoll angerichtet. Die Khmer-Gerichte, die wir im Restaurant gegessen haben, waren hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der hauseigene Spa hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, um diese fußläufig zu erkunden. Die Apsara-Tanzshow am Abend, die mit einem 4-Gänge-Menü kombiniert ist, hat uns beeindruckt und ist äußerst empfehlenswert.

Замечательный отель ! Прекрасно расположен, рядом с улицей , где много баров и ресторанов. Персонал выше всяческих похвал, очень дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Во время проживания , у меня был день рождения, персонал украсил наш номер шарами, цветами, из полотенец сделали лебедей и торт, кровать усыпали лепестками роз. А вечером зашли поздравили с тортиком из фруктов! В общем просто молодцы! Хорошее СПА в отеле. Так же по вечерам посетили танцевальное шоу, танцы кхмеров. Все очень понравилось

Camere pulite e spaziose. Posizione centralissima, ma lontano dai rumori molesti. Ottima SPA. Tutto davvero perfetto

L’établissement est bien situé dans un quartier animé. Le personnel est attentionné et aimable, toujours près à rendre le service. La piscine est propre et on peut se baigner jusqu’à 21h. Happy hour est génial 1 cocktail offert pour 1 cocktail acheté. Le petit-déjeuner est sous forme de buffet avec des plats du jour personnalisable. Nous avons testé le massage des jambes et la manucure : c’est très bien mais un peu cher mais on a pu jouer sur les bons offerts par l’établissement. On a été surpris du service 24/24h. Et ils sont efficaces à chaque appel ou sollicitation. On vous conseille cet hotel, un vrai dépaysement. On a eu droit à un plateau de fruits à notre arrivée. Tous les jours les chambres sont faites et en fin d’après-midi une petite touche d’attention vous annonçant la météo de demain avec un snacks Et on prend soin de vous. Merci au personnel

L'hotel est à la fois calme et très bien situé pour se balader à pied, le personnel est très agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et très bien agencée. Le restaurant est très bon. La soirée de danse Apsara (payante) est un must. trop de choses à faire, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt truly looked after. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Siem Reap. Although it's just a short walk from Pub Street, the hotel itself is wonderfully peaceful, quiet, and relaxing—a true oasis after a busy day of sightseeing. The complimentary massage was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. It was one of the best massages we've ever had. The breakfast was also exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. If you're looking for impeccable service, a perfect location, and an unforgettable experience, Golden Temple Residence is the place to stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Everything. It was a total oasis in a busier part of town. Staff were genuinely warm and inviting and the space was really maximized to consider comfort. Anything we needed assistance with, they arranged. The breakfast was special and very delicious. I also can't praise the spa or the serenity of the rooms enough - definitely planning to return. The location, staff, amenities and beautiful design of rooms and common spaces. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from the Night Market, in one direction, and just a few minutes walk in the other direction to Pub Street yet the hotel is quiet. Also, it is approximately 20 minutes drive by car/tuk tuk to the main Angkor Wat temple as well as other beautiful temples. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and beautifully appointed. They have a lovely nightly turndown service which provides delicious treats and a short Cambodian story highlighting a cultural value. Also they have an amazing Apsara show with a delicious prix fixe menu. And yes, there is a vegetarian option! The staff were phenomenal! They were all incredibly professional, warm and welcoming. For the first time, there are so many staff that I would like to acknowledge- Heat, Chanouk, Pet, Leak, Anna, Tevy, Rin, Visal, Joey and Prent. You are an amazing team! We are looking forward to returning to stay at Golden Temple Residence!

The hotel is beautiful, and centrally located. The staff are wonderful, always ready to have a conversation, very attentive and kind. The room was large, but on the back side, so quite dark due to the adjacent building. The bathroom is large.

The doors to the bathroom are antique wood sliding, and never closed properly. The cleaning of the room was not up to our standard.

In der Lobby und im Frühstücks- bzw. Gaststättenbereich gab es keine Klimaanlage. Die Ventilatoren haben nicht ausgereicht um die wirklich sehr leckeren Speisen zu genießen.

Friendly staffs at check in, they took care of the check in while being served the welcoming drinks and snack. Very spacious room and the toilet was massive. Fantastic pool and the food was delicious. The ambience of the hotel was gorgeous and excellent location walking distance to Pub street and night market.

Could've stayed longer. 2 nights was not enough.

I like the massage at their spa but I don’t like the fact that they pushed me for leaving a 5 stars review and the massage supposed to be 1h lasted a little less + one of the 2 ladies was coughing all the time made the massage not so relaxing

Der Balkon war aufgrund des Verkehrslärms im Grunde nicht nutzbar. Wir haben ihn denn auch nicht genutzt.

We loved our stay here. Amazing staff (biggest smiles in Asia), excellent breakfast (including artistic patterns on egg plate . See photos), excellent spa, incredible Apsara Dance dinner evening (delicious steak), lovely pool. A perfect oasis in Siem Reap to escape the April heat!

Tuvimos una gran estancia en Golden Temple. Lindo hotel con todo lo que puedes necesitar, habitación muy amplia y cómoda, buen restaurant, nos tomamos unos masajes muy buenos. Nos ayudsron con los traslados del aeropuerto al hotel y nos organizaron la visita a los templos con chofer y guía privado. Som, el guía, hizo que nuestra visita fuera especial. Super preparado sobre el tema, amable, carismático y servicial. Qusiera volver y poder visitar mas templos con él, ya que su forma de guiarnos fue muy buena. Nos encantaría volver el Golden Temple.

Amazing experience. Our Tour Guide SOM was incredible, displayed extensive knowledge of the temples explained properly and clearly in "American" English. Couldn't have asked for a better more suitable guide. Highly recommended for any traveller looking for a perfect guide

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Great location in Siem Reap. Close to markets and pub street. Lots of affordable transport options around. Not far from Angkor Wat in a Tuk Tuk. Two beautiful pool options. Excellent room service. Fairly quiet rooms.

The coffee was not good, but it was the same in most places. It was very watery and bitter or too sweet. We did find one coffee shop in our week there, close by that does amazing coffee and breakfast. So don't let this turn you off! The only other thing was the laundry price, it was more expensive to get our washing done at this hotel than it is to have it done in Australia. But again a non issue as plenty of affordable laundries close by that do a pick up and drop off service. Overall we were very happy with our stay. These two small nuances didn't change the great experience we had.

from the moment we arrived we were well cared for with cool towels, refreshments and snacks, we were not rushed and given time to catch our breath before they came to us for check in, were given genuine advise for activities and services available and enjoyed our first night with dinner and traditional music and dance show at the hotel. Joey was exceptional as was the Manager our room was well apointed and very clean, all facilities were great and staff were all very kind and friendly. we booked a 3 hour city tour on arrival via hotel and joey from our hotel was our guide, we were so happy with her suggestions and what the tour involved a wonderful experiance all round. hotel location is central with lots to experiances right outside the entrance and only a short walk to beer street for additional evening entertainment and eateries.

The people, location, shower, bed, spa, and breakfast. It was all outstanding. The airport is 40+ minutes from downtown Siem Reap and they picked us up for $35 USD. One odd thing about the hotel is the price of food and beverages. It’s more expensive than a nicer restaurants, but if you’re doing the breakfast buffet it’s amazing and totally worth it. Try all of the local options at breakfast. So delicious, and some of the best dishes we’ve eaten in Asia. Excellent value, especially for the first time visitor who may not want to rent a scooter.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff I initially booked to stay in hotel for 4 days and extended another 10 days as I was so happy. Rooms are beautifully designed and hotel is very central, yet very quiet. Breakfast is excellent, I am vegetarian and Samnang, David, the chefs and the team took care of me and made me what I wanted to eat, including delicious oat milk latte which was the highlight of my day. I used the spa and had a number of treatments and would recommend to anyone wanting to pamper themselves. I also ordered room service and they were accommodating to make me food I wanted to eat and it was always top quality and worth the money. They can help organise excursions or get tuk tuks for travel around and this made my life easier. The organised my trip to Angor Wat which was amazing. Another highlight was going to a monk water blessing with Joey, such a memorable and beautiful experience I highly recommend. She was able to guide me on whole process. Nary was the first person I liased with when booking my room and along with the other managers and the staff they took excellent care of me and I will miss them. The staff and there are too many to name here we’re all so kind and upbeat and this is what really makes this hotel so special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap and I look forward to returning one day.

There was some metal workers next door banging away during the day - didn’t matter as most people are out on tours but if you fancy an afternoon kip be aware. Staff very very helpful though offering alternative room while build g work happening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Residence in Siem Reap. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire property has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. What really stands out is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, which made a big difference. We also attended one of the evening events at the hotel, which included a traditional Cambodian dance performance accompanied by live music and a multi-course dinner. It was a fantastic experience. The performance was captivating and gave a great insight into Cambodian culture, while the food was absolutely outstanding – each course was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, we can highly recommend the Golden Temple Residence. It’s a perfect choice for anyone visiting Siem Reap who is looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable cultural experience.

Mr. Kai gave us a beautiful and informative tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples, as well as a peaceful breakfast on the water. We highly recommend him as a tour guide! This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I have been to 66 countries. The room was stupendous, even fresh flower petals floating in the bathroom sink. So clean and comfortable. Best part was the staff treated you like royalty. The food in the restaurant was so so good, both the breakfast and the three extra meals I ate there. Had two massages in the spa and they were terrific. Tea before and after and fruit. They really wanted you to have a great experience. On the front desk was a plaque from Trip Advisor rating the hotel in 2025 as The Best of the Best. That couldn’t be more true. This was a truly superb and memorable stay.
