Lift sangat sesak , ambil masa sejam untuk turun dan naik , kami menginap d tingkat 29 , terpaksa guna tangga sesama check out , disebbkan lift terlalu sesak full d semua tingkat huhuhuhu

No floor mats 😭 Please add floor mats especially for the toilet and bathroom. The floor is soaking wet every time after the shower

the location is strategic and the view was exceptional

the property is great and clean on the surface however there are lots of small cockroaches and requires some deep cleaning.

La ubicación es buena si tienes pensado hacer excursiones en barco, ya que está al lado del puerto. La cocina era correcta. El edificio contaba con piscina.

El apartamento no se corresponde con lo que muestran las fotos: está viejo y muy sucio. Había pelos en la cama y el lavabo desprendía mal olor. La piscina cerraba pronto. El servicio por WhatsApp con el anfitrión fue lento. Para el precio que pagué, me pareció caro.

Very good location and good parking and access was easy

The Internet was very patchy and in fact lost completely on second day and keep cutting in and out so it was a real problem. Also we couldn’t get the TV to work. Also the shower waste is not sealed to the main stack so all the sewer smells are coming up through the shower waste And making the bathroom smell and there are a little insects crawling around on the walls

The unit is very basic, tv is working, facing ocean. Nice to have many beds and enough towels for everyone. But maybe decorate the house a bit to make it interesting.

Cleanliness need to be improved especially the bathroom. Look like it wasn’t cleaned properly, there’s black spots that look like mold. The lift is always full. The building is supposed to be new but doesn’t look well maintained

The view and the location are very nice. It's walk close to the port if you need to visit the small islands. There is nice coffee shop and some restaurant in the building floor. Isolation is good, so you don't hear the street noise.

Not prepairing drinking water for customer

(1) Free visitor parking (setakat ni Margo Home ja yg offer card to access parking ya so can consider this for those yg bawa kereta. (2) Very2 Convenient, senang ke mana2. (3) Spacious room with 4 beds (4) Love the views

(1) kurang bersih, so i bersihkan sendiri the toilet tiles, the toilet bowl etc. (2) owner lambat sikit respon, i lambat check in gara2 ni. But overall im okey with it, cuma kena improvise la next time.

Airbnb host didn't know we were checking in on the day we booked. Did not receive any details about our check-in. Tried WhatsApp but no reply and eventually had to call a few times before getting an answer. The host seems to be totally unaware that we were supposed to check in on that day and later gave us the details through WhatsApp. Reached the room, opened the door, and was hit by musty and stinky smell. (Just by the smell itself, you would know the room is not clean) Lo and behold, just a few steps from the door, we saw dead corkcroaches on the floor lying around. So we decided to do a check on the whole place(rooms,kitchen,toilet etc.) and the cockroaches were everywhere even near the bed and kitchen 😭 The sofa that they have were also sunken BADLY. Like it was at the state of just throw it already. We tried our best to sweep the place cos it wasn't just full of cockroaches but super dusty as well. Eventually, I had to contact Airbnb host again for them to come and clean the place up. Apparently, they said they missed housekeeping for our room, which I find it very irresponsible as we paid for it and came with children. The host did not apologize at all and just said he would send his staff to clean the floor a bit. They came with vacuum, and we left the room so they could clean easier without us around. When we came back, it was slightly cleaner, (i guess??) but the thick speck of dust I saw on the tv console when we entered the first time was still there, a few cockroaches left out at some missed spots like behind the trash bin and under the bed. When I was about to put the kids to sleep, they were ALIVE roaches on the pillow. It was those small ones. We were already so tired cos we had such a long journey to reach here and it was so late at night by then, so we just took a tissue, picked it up and threw it away. Sigh first bad experience of an Airbnb ever!! I'm not even sure how they were awarded with the best review.

1. There was no check-in information from the host until we reached out/contacted him or her 2. The unit was not very clean when we checked in. The host asked if he could have the cleaner redo the unit, but it was not convenient for us, so we declined 3. The unit had red ants on the floor, on the window panel and the bed nearby 4. There was a weird looking bug in the bigger room that left a bite mark on my son's arm

the lift.. there are 4 available lifts during the day. .but during night time, around 6pm onwards, only 2 lifts were available.. can you imagine the people waiting during that hour? I waited at least 10-20 minutes to get into the lift.. management should let all 4 lifts available during peak hours.

I like it very much! Reasonable price and convenient for small family with 2-3 kids. It was so clean.shower heater works well..my kids enjoyed and happy with the FREE wifi provided.Overall, i'm satisfied.

A bit troublesome when you have to take the keys by your own but it's considerable because owner gave useful instructions via whatsapp about it.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Mr.Joshua is a great host and there when you need him. Very nice and helpfull. We had a great stay!

Nice, new, simple apartment, furniture is adequate, beds are comfortable. Location is excellent for island hopping and shopping. Food street market is just outside the entrance.

Entry information was given very last minute (not on the previous day as was indicated earlier) , which was a problem as we were travelling and had no continuous Internet. As it is an apartment block, there is noise coming through the walls and from the corridor.

Great location and nice view oversee the city centre, with close to the pier , city , shipping centre and everything, there’s no more can ask for. We can also access the pool facility which is great.
