Reviewed Feb 25, 2026The location is right in front of the main road, Jln Syed Abdul Aziz. The unit faces a shopping center, but you must cross a very busy main road to get there, so walking across can be a bit dangerous. Even though we were on the 7th floor, the noise from passing traffic was very loud, making it difficult to relax and fall asleep at night. The bathroom window was also in disrepair and couldn't be closed, which allowed the noise to come in, which affects our sleeping.

房间很吵，特别是客厅卫生间，外面的车流声音非常大 厨房没有灶台（中英文介绍完全不符，中文是说有全套烹饪，英文则是说不提供烹饪），即便有各种锅碗瓢盆，基本没用。 洗衣机非常脏，两次洗完的衣服上面都沾满各种脏东西 虽然小区对面是商业区，但要抵达商业区最近的道路是横穿高速公路，又或是绕行大约1公里。 游泳池有很多的落叶，都堆在泳池边儿上

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Most importantly, it's clean and around 1.2km walk (if your legs are strong) to Jonker Walk. It's low rise compared to the newer high rise condos which I'm not keen to worry about lift. Hence, everyone is pleased with this short stay.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024The place is well kept and very clean. Distance to the shopping mall is very near. Parking, though only 1 booth is on the 1st floor which is very easy access. The host did provide us 2 access card which came in very handy.
Nothing to complain here. Just felt the instructions to the access of the apartment could be shortened and made easier. But we managed by contacting the owner.
