Great location. Very near Newport Mall so eating out is not a problem. Also, the Runway foot bridge is just a block away. The room was very clean. Bed was superb. Has all the things you need for a longer stay like utensils, washing machine, etc. Best part is the security. Keep it up.

Thought it has toiletries like soap and shampoo but was not in the room. Just a little inconvenience, but still ok. You can purchase from Watson around the corner. Overall the stay was very good

La ubicación es perfecta si tienes que volar pronto ya que vas caminando desde la terminal 3 y en sólo 7 minutos llegas andando. Tiene piscina lo que es maravilloso teniendo niños. La zona en la que se encuentra es muy segura. Zona residencial llena de apartamentos nuevos.

We had an amazing stay even if it was for a night only. We needed a place to stay near terminal 3 and this location was perfect. We had everything we needed in the room. It was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Miss Connie was very nice and understanding. Will definitely book this again!

Blisko do terminalu lotniska, w noclegu jest pralka, mikrofalówka, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, wygodne łóżko. Studio znajduje się w bezpiecznej i dość zamkniętej dzielnicy, niedaleko znajdują się wielkie centra handlowe i dzielnica luksusowych hoteli. Wszystko co potrzebne można znaleźć w okolicy.

Na pierwszy rzut oka nocleg wydaje się dość czysty, jednak po głębszym przyjrzeniu zaczyna się problem. Przede wszystkim karaluchy. Zdaję sobie sprawę, że w takim tropikalnym klimacie to codzienność, ale w żadnym kolejnym z naszych noclegów na Filipinach nie było chodzących po ścianach karaluchów. W szafkach kuchennych był rozsmarowany żel na karaluchy i rozłożone były jakieś klejące podkładki na owady na których stały szklanki do picia. Cały apartament wygląda jakby był czyimś mieszkaniem, które udostępnianie jest turystom. Myślałam że dam wyższą ocenę, ale porównując ten nocleg do wszystkich noclegów jakie mieliśmy na wyspach, gdzie możliwości utrzymania czystości były o wiele mniejsze, a i tak było czyściej i przyjemniej mimo, że nie było tylu udogodnień, stwierdzam, że był to najsłabszy nasz nocleg na Filipinach, a praktycznie najdroższy.

The place was very accessible and conveniently located near the airport, especially if you’re using Runway Manila. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It also had complete kitchen equipment which made the stay more convenient and enjoyable.

You can hear motorcycles and cars passing by at night because of the nearby skyway, which can be a bit noisy for light sleepers but overall the stay was good and comfortable.

Location is great, just a 7-minute walk from NAIA T3. Check in and check out are completely hassle-free, and there is a great contact with the owner/manager through texting platforms. As a pro, there is almost unlimited supply of fresh water in the apartment, which isn't common in Philippines.

The windows aren't airtight and the apartment is near the skyline road, so it can get quite noisy during the night – we had some problems with sleeping because of that.

When we arrived at midnight, we were informed the room was overbooked, so we had to find another place ourselves in the middle of the night... very unprofessional.

À notre grande surprise, la piscine était en maintenance à notre arrivée, elle était vide. Un document dans le hall indique qu’elle sera indisponible jusqu’au 30/06/2026, voire plus si nécessaire. L’enregistrement a été très long, sur un écran tactile à l’accueil, puis il faut encore attendre qu’une personne vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre. Nous étions trois, et il manquait du linge de lit pour notre fils. Après plusieurs réclamations, nous avons finalement obtenu le nécessaire. Le logement est extrêmement bruyant. La porte donnant sur le balcon ne ferme pas correctement et reste entrouverte,on entend en continu des bruits de moteurs, de klaxons, de sifflets de circulation y compris la nuit, à 3h du matin je n’en pouvais plus. Ce problème a déjà été signalé dans d’autres commentaires et la propriétaire dit dans ses réponses qu’elle va régler le problème mais c’est faux. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Sehr dicht zum Terminal 3, bequem über die Fußgängerbrücke zu erreichen. Waren dort nur eine Nacht, aber die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Si vous arrivez au T3 de Naia à pieds en prenant la passerelle au 4eme étage, vous an avez pou 20 mn maxi.l’hôte nous a même gardé les bagages pour le temps d’une journée ☺️

Comfy bed, we had a good sleep. Safe residential area: the building is beyond a gate with security guards. Excellent location and value for money: super easy to get to NAIA Terminal 3 by foot. Plenty of things to do in the area with several shops and restaurants.

The flat seemed a bit larger in the pictures, anyway it was ok for our short stay. The selection of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom could be improved.

Sehr komfortables und geschmackvolles, voll ausgestattetes Appartement, bequemes Bett mit hochwertiger Matratze, fußläufig vom Flughafen T3 zu erreichen. Restaurants, Streetfood und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr sicher und relativ ruhig durch Lage zum Innenhof. Pool der Anlage kann benutzt werden. Perfekt geeignet, um einen kurzen angenehmen Aufenthalt vor, nach oder zwischen den Flügen zu haben. Unkomplizierter Check-in. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

It had everything needed - washing machine/drying rack, cooking stuff, nice clean bathroom and shower. Really good amenities. Great location. I wish we had stayed longer here. Will definitely come back in the future.

All good. Room was just what we needed for an overnight, and handy for anyone having to suffer the usual 'Manila transfer' problem trying to get to their actual destination. Walking distance to Terminal 3, although the giant overbridge from the terminal is a bit tricky to find (level E?), but we worked in out. Some local convenience stores nearby. Safe area to walk at night.

Trudno znaleźć na mapie, a później w terenie, potrzebowałem pomocy ochroniarza. Później procedura check in również mało intuicyjna - musisz przekazać ochroniarzowi na klatce schodowej informacje, że jesteś z booking i on woła “caretaker”, który cie dopiero prowadzi do pokoju. Całość trochę trwa. Okno w pokoju się nie domykało - słyszalny był hałas z pobliskiej autostrady.

La cercanía al aeropuerto solo hay que cruzar la pasarela encima de la autovía desde la T3. Ademas tiene zonas de restaurantes y centro de ocio. Ideal para pasar una noche, ademas es recepción 24 y entras con código.

Ubicación perfecta walking distance de NAIA T3 (o free shuttle bus 24h a las otras terminales). Es una zona segura para caminar de noche. Hay 7eleven cerca y varios comercios y tiendas. El apartamento estaba impecable como en las fotos. Decoración bonita, limpio, ordenado, cama cómoda, sábanas y toallas limpias, amenities y con todo lo necesario (a excepción de un abridor de botellas). AC funciona perfectamente y sin ruido. Me sentí muy a gusto y segura a pesar de llegar a las 23pm y salir de vuelta al aeropuerto a las 5am. Aunque el el acceso es con código, hay alguien en recepción 24h.

Location is not hard to find, short walking distance from runway manila. A lot of stores and restaurants around the area and Newport mall is also near. Checking in the building went smoothly,. Self check in worked well for me. Place is very clean, comfortable bed. The property was friendly and easy to communicate with.

There's a reason why I always choose to book this unit whenever we fly in and out of the Philippines--- it's location is prime, really walkable distance to NAIA, the unit is well-maintained and in immaculate condition, which by the way makes the deal. The small details make the stay extra comfy like available slippers, a functioning kitchen, a washer, enough toiletries, clean linens and towels, and comfy bed! Despite it being close to the roads, we had a very restful night.

Very clean, spacious and organised! The property is close to the NAIA terminal 3 ramp - so a few minutes walk to the airport. Great for an overnight stay! There were toiletries provided and also wifi. Good one for the laundry machine. There were slippers provided. There is a balcony if that’s your thing. If youre taking Grab taxi - the guards will not let you in the building so be prepared to drop at the gate and then carry your bags inside the premises, but only for a short walk. The check in is seamless and the room is keyless with use of numberpad. Kitchen tools and dining sets are also available. There is a beautiful church nearby when you want to attend the service.

Only downside would be the noise from the motorway. It woke me up a couple of times despite my noise cancelling headphones. The room is not soundproof from such and I think that’s just common for many buildings in Manila. Also the blinds for the room is a bit thin and can get easily bright in the early morning. There is no luggage storage so you cant leave your baggage in the building. Bring your own drinking water as the water in the water jug provided is very old.

All been good. Quick service which was comfy for us as we landed quite late. Toilet paper, shower gels , shampoo even hair conditioner was in. Good place to have night after long flight.

A bit noisy at night, would recommend to work out better sound proofing.

The bed was comfy and the unit clean. The ac worked well. The unit felt comfy. Great location near the airport. The water did get nice and hot in the sinks and shower.

The door code didn't work. Just ended up using the keys left in the room so no big deal. The room stank of exhaust and pollution even when running the provided air purifier. I woke up with a head ache because of this. Would have been nice to have the ac and air purifier running for a bit before we arrived. The room definitely needs to be sealed better to prevent exhaust from the outside from getting in. The shower had very low pressure which basically made it useless. The shower curtain is flimsy and trying to take a shower made a mess of the bathroom.

The property is within easy walking distance from the airport.

Wonderful fully-equipped apartment that's a great solution for those with flights to catch, inbound or outbound. Easy walk to airport using Runway Manila skybridge with everything one could possible need nearby. The perfect antidote to a long flight without the hassle of dealing with Manila traffic.

My experience with Telly's studios was quite good. I needed an apartment close to the airport, and this was a right choice! The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It is well equiped, though it is quite used already. Only problem I had is to understand how the code lock for the door was working.

It is right next to a main road (heavy traffic) and you can hear it loud and clear. It was alright for me and my partner as we sleep deep in a loud environment 😅
