I wish they had basic toiletries and a bottle of water. I checked in pretty late and realized there was no water to drink.

הבעיה היחידה שאין מקום לאחסון מזוודה לפניי/ אחריי שעות הצ'ק אין/ צק אאוט ולכן צאיך לקחת בחשבון שיש צורך בחהסתובב עם המזוודה עליכם.

Schoon appartement en een warme douche, heerlijk! De host dacht goed met ons mee over mogelijkheden betreft in- en uitchecken.

We moesten nog bijbetalen om van het zwembad gebruik te maken, maar dat zijn de regels van het gebouw, dus kan de verhuurder niet zoveel aan doen.

Great location near to the place we would like to go and visit.

The host could send all the information regarding check in in one message/instruction instead of separate messages day by day. We would recommend to have another curtain in the bedroom since the blinds have gap and the sun rays woke us up in the morning. The shower needs fixing. The sofa in the lounge needs fixing/replacement, it’s a sofa bed however, it’s broken and it slides and doesn’t stay shut. Lastly, we came in the condo with no wifi till the next day. We had to follow up and push the owner to fix it by telling that all the places we’ve been have wifi aside from their condo. Although, they provided a complimentary tickets to access the pool however the pool doesn’t get so much sun. Good time to catch the sun to tan is between 11am til 1pm only. On the positive note, it is in good location near to the other cities.

Everything was great, Very clean and tidy, Great of the city especially at night.

The only issue we had was Internet. That was out of the host's control. It was a large area of the city that had no Internet. We were able to use data on our phones as a hotspot.

Our stay at the Homey 1-Bedroom Apartment at Air Residences in Makati was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after a day in the city. It’s conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making everything easily accessible. Getting to the Mall of Asia was approx 400 pesos each way via Grab. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Having a few extra towels available would be a big help, especially for guests with long hair who may need more than one.

This is such a gem of a find I loved my stay and I could have found myself living here! Thank you to the host for being so responsive and for the pool passes this was an added treat for me. I have mentioned about my stay to friends who are also travelling as I loved it very good value for money.

I won’t say I did not like, I rather say it’s more comfortable having a meal with a proper table and chairs although you don’t have enough room.

It was located in a great area with all the facilities around (AIR Mall being connected with the Residence was very useful). The stay was comfortable and had a great city view. It was worth for the view alone. The Host was very friendly and well co-coordinating with all your requirements. I would definitely recommend for 2 people.

Just good enough for stay

There is no small table for dine in. The bar side serve as for dine in, but not comfotable to eat and the high chair is too high. The center table is small, that is good and can be use only for side table .

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment has everything one needs, stylishly furnished and super clean and comfortable. This apartment comes highly recommended, and rates one of the best I have stayed in (in 46 countries)

Makati area in general has a lot of traffic, which isnt the fault of the host

It is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment with fascinating view. A comfortable bed with lot's of quality toilet rolls and loved swimming pool with complimetaly vouchers which we much appreciated and the owner is quick to respond. It's handy to have a supermarket and restaurants in the building so you can have a lazy day without going anywhere, our favourite restaurant is Bai Nian which is a Chinese restaurant with tasty food with resonable price and beer.

I had earplugs but still can hear traffic. Some shampoo would make it even better.

This place offers a very relaxing and very clean ambiance, perfect for a couple trip. Location also close to everything & a lot of restaurants to choose. Exceptional host. The room is great, super clean, with a great view and close to everything.

A beautiful city view, nice television with Netflix, very comfortable bed, cleanliness all over the place and all basic condiments to cook or brew a fresh coffee in the kitchen.

Maybe a little bit more space in the bathroom, hairdryer, a possibility to do the laundry.

The place was nice and clean. If you have to travel somewhere it is super easy too as you have access to everything nearby. You have supermarket down, so super easy and simple to resupply stuffs

Limited option on cooking, I mean you can't do heavy cooking in the apartment.
