Reviewed Jan 2, 2026We absolutely loved our stay in Palmerston North. The house was exceptionally clean, very well equipped, and offered plenty of space. All of the bedrooms were a great size, and the built-in wardrobes were a real bonus. The location couldn’t have been better. So quiet but also just around the corner from a dairy and takeaway shop, with a large supermarket only a few blocks away. It’s also close to the Lido Aquatic Centre and the beautiful Victoria Esplanade Park which was perfect for our young family. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

It has absolutely everything you need, to make it feel so homely and the location is perfect. Our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely be booking here again for sure. I asked to add another child at short notice and they were sweet with it with no extra cost. We give it a 10/10 and recommend it to all.

Well equipped with everything you could need, and more. Quiet location and within good distance to the centre of town. Would definitely stay again!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2025The walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with 'his and her' basin/mirrors were lovely, showers had great pressure - and the one in the ensuite was huge! Facilities were modern and new, wifi password and contact details were on a large board by the front door. This house is warm and very spacious - right down to the garage parking! The extra tv/lounge type area upstairs was great, as the grandson could watch his own progs up there while we enjoyed the living area downstairs.
The photos on this website just don't pay it justice - please get images that showcase the home! It would have been nice to know that all the bedrooms were upstairs, as my mother is mid 80's, but then again, if I had known - we would not have gotten to enjoy the beautiful home. Wish we had to stay longer than just one night.

Far better than having a hotel room and with 3 of us each having our own rooms - luxury. Place was brand new and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Beds are a little hard. There was a spouting join with a leak causing a constant drip on the roof outside bedrooms which unfortunately disturbed sleep. Staff had called a plumber so hopefully now fixed for next people 😊

Reviewed Nov 4, 2024The double integrated garage, great kitchen, excellent fridge freezer with filtered ice and chilled water, great dining and lounge furniture. Although we didn't use them, excellent laundry facilities, upstairs lounge and two televisions. Cleanliness, spaciousness and two bathrooms plus powder room downstairs.
The beds are extremely firm - not to any of the guests' taste. We didn't find the duvets until the second day, cold night with just half throw and sheets first night.
