Reviewed Jan 17, 2026The apartment kitchen was poorly stocked minimal crockery. The apartment flooded after a rain storm and none was able to help or show any interest. No alternate accommodation was offered and the lack of care was awful

Reviewed Dec 12, 2024Location, size, PARKING, kitchen, water pressure was great! Heat was good.
Would have been nice if there was coffee for us. Also, they did not have dish dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Also, they did not make it clear that they were only two showers not three even though they were three toilets. Also, the bathrooms were not evenly distributed. There were two bathrooms in 1/2 of the apartment and one bathroom where the other three bedrooms were.

Impossible to get hold of host. Wifi and TV wasn't working for 3 of the 6 days we stayed there. Place wasn't very clean.

Markets gym and pool and both were under construction. Very dated. Many minor things were broken.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2024One of the main reasons for staying there was the pool but the pool was closed seemingly for a couple years already. Also in the main bedroom there is a switch to close the blinds which was broken. So at night light can get in.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2022amazing location right next to Mamila mall and 15-20 min walk from the Kotel. very clean!! highly recommended. great communicate with the host. nice building with Lobby and swimming pool.
there is no breakfast. however there is 15 restaurants down stairs in Mamila mall and Shlomtzion Hamalka st.
