It was perfect for what I was looking for. Quiet for me to work, good WiFi, extremely helpful owners and then easy to walk to the beach or taxi into town for fun and relaxation.

Отдых в апартаментах оставил приятное впечатление. Хозяева были очень радушны. При знакомстве угостили кексами. Рекомендую всем это место. Хозяева предоставили нам электробайк за символическую плату. В комнате есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи. Есть рисоварка, аэрогриль, чайник, плита. Всё как на фото. Есть стиральная машинка с сушкой, что очень удобно во влажном климате. Есть также сушка на крыше апартаментов. Москитов нет. Чисто, аккуратно, удобная кровать. Смена белья по просьбе. Бельё постельное чистое и белое. Мы часто путешествуем и это место я оцениваю очень высоко.

Всё было отлично!

Понравилось отношение арендодателя к клиенту. Очень внимательны к гостям. У меня был день рождения - они подарили очень вкусные эклеры со свечами и поздравительной надписью на самих эклерах. У них есть услуга аренды электрических байков, очень удобно! Номер соответствует фото и оправдывает ожидания. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания! Кровати и подушки средней жесткости. С ними тоже всё в порядке!

Не в качестве претензии, а в качестве пожелания могу сказать что можно бы добавить сейф. И возможно, чтоб совсем было топ - зонтики для пляжа от солнца. На ближайшем пляже негде укрыться, там даже нет пальм). Я думаю пешие клиенты (без байков) это бы оценили.

Perfect if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Five-minute walk to both Marble Mountain entrance and the beach. Strongly encourage you to take the time to walk to the beach for sunrise.

We never met the owners but they were totally available via the msging app. Super responsive and it was AMAZING to be able to wash our clothes and hang them up on the roof over night. Also-literally 5min walk to Marble Mtn-which we loved….we also discovered an SUPER yummy grandma owned restaurant around the corner. It was the best food we had had in days! And ridiculously inexpensive.

Decor is ok. Kind of IKEA’s sterile. With no personality. Mentioned NO food in the area and we discovered a super amazing mom shop 1 1/2 blocks away. Grandma taught us the proper way to clear out table whe done. We include pic of her in the pics attached. She’s adorable! Thankful my daughter is a Google food finder!

The best hosts in the world. They are friendly and help to solve any issue. In addition to renting a room, I also rented a motorbike at a bargain price. Very convenient. I wish I could have lived longer. Highly recommended

Wir waren 3 Tage im Moc Son Appartement und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. - Lage ist super gut, nähe zum Marmor-Berg Ngu Hanh Son und zum Strand Non Nuoc. Ideal für Leute, die Natur, Meer und Entspannung bevorzugen. - Das Appartement ist schön geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Insbesondere hat das Apartment eine Waschmaschine und eine Küchenecke mit Mikrowelle. - Die Vermieter, das Ehepaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen gute Tips zum Ausflug und wo wir gutes Frühstück und leckeres Abendessen in den lokalen Läden bzw. Restaurants hatten. - Um die Gegend selbstständig erkundigen kann man einen Elektroroller von den Vermieter mieten. Es fährt super leise und es macht Spaß zu fahren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder mieten wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen.

Exact zoals op de foto's. Grote, nette kamer met gerieflijke keuken. Er was ook 20L gratis flessenwater aanwezig.

The place was clean and well organised, the host was very attentive. We had an issue with the drain (common in the whole Vietnam) and they were quick to send someone to fix it in few hours. They also have everything available at the property, from cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, helmets, 20 complementary bottles of water.

The location is good but only if you'll use grab or a motorscooter, or if you want to visit Marble mountains. Otherwise if you are a walking person don't expect a lot around.

Hosts were very responsive, lovely and accommodating. The rooms were fitted out with all necessities (also for cooking). It was very secure. The internet was great for working (I worked remotely from here). The marble mountains are just a few minutes away. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away (although as many have written, it's most often closed and you're unable to actually swim).

A common problem in a lot of places in Vietnam is the walls are paper thin so depending on your luck with your neighbours this could become a problem (as it was for me the last 2 nights). Otherwise everything was really nice.

The apartment is simply amazing, clean, new, comfortable. The owners are so helpfull, always a minutes away with the answer on WA. The location is near the beach and Marble mountain and some shops and local restoraunts. Peace and quite. In middle of the DaNang city and Hoi An old city. Beautifull. We highly recommend. Hope we will come soon.

Excellent for visiting marble mountains in early morning, literally nextdoor.

This is a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with very kind and sweet owners who met me upon arrival. The location of this beautiful apartment which is away from tourists and near the beautiful marble mountains and the beaches felt like an ideal place to be situated in Da Nang. It is a very peaceful local neighbourhood and well situated to all the major attractions.

Phòng ốc siêu sạch đẹp, căn hộ nằm ở khu vực yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn gần bãi biển non nước. Anh chị chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ, mọi thắc mắc yêu cầu đều được đáp ứng.

Simple unforgettable. I felt super welcome, super confortable and with eeeverything I needed to cook, clean etc etc. The building is super nice, apartments brilliant, new, full equipped and owners cannot be better. Unfortunatelly I had to bother them for personal problems and they were always there to support me. I couldn´t receive a better treatment honestly. Great great host and a quite atmosphere around, few blocks from the beach. If you dont like the noise and want to be tranquil and confortable, this is the place, you wont regret!

Appartamento nuovo e ben fornito. Location tranquilla a 10 minuti dall' città. Vicina a una spiaggia tranquilla. Ristorante vegan vicinissimo. Gli ospiti sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Really nice and cozy apartment, super friendly and humble owners. It is an easy 10min drive to Da Nang or 25min to Hoi An with a scooter. We rented it with them, all perfect. At night it is quiet as you are away from the main road but still an easy 5 min walk to the beach. 5/5

Sometimes there is karaoke in the neighborhood - it can be so loud that you cannot escape it even with closed windows

Amazing host always going the extra mile for our comfort. I stayed in the apartment for 2 months to do some remote work with my partner and we loved our stay there. The space was good and the host was very accommodating for our requests and always available to give us tips or come clean the room when we need it. Internet is always up and it's fast which is a big plus when working remotely like we did. The area is 10 minutes from Da Nang central by scooter and 20+ minutes from Hoi An so it's easy to access the nearby activities and beaches when needed while staying somewhere more quiet and not as busy and crowded with tourists. The place also offers a big variety of great food options in a 1km surrounding zone. One vegetarian restaurant which is delicious is also at walking distance from the apartment. Thanks again to our lovely host and her husband, they are incredible people.

Nothing honestly, just maybe be aware that some guys play volleyball nearby everyday from 17:00 until 19:00 but it's not a big deal :)

The apartment was clean and tidy, with everything that you need. The location was convenient, right next to Marble Mountain, and central to both Da Nang and Hoi An.

The bed was a bit hard for my personal preference, but it didnt detract from a great place to stay.

The place is just next to the Marble Mountains (5 min walking), so perfect to visit them! We were only there for a night, but we could have stayed a month. It's really clean, really modern and just like you can see in the photos (exactly like them, for real!). Bathroom pretty spacious, kitchen with all the stuff you could need (no microwave though) and big comfy beds. We used the washing machine (it also has dryer setting) and the products to use it are provided by the apartment. The host is super nice (she answered the 100 questions I asked her before arriving through the Booking chat). You can do the check-in anytime as they give you an automatic code for the door (our plane was 5 hours late so we arrived at 2 am of the following day). There is a small supermarket next to the Marble Mountains in case you need to buy anything!

It had everything I needed. The owners are a young couple starting a family with wife pregnant. Very kind people, husband even cut me up some oranges to eat while I was waiting for my food. The place is nice and has everything you need. Clean and good space .

Bathroom is small but that’s about it.

It was one of the best apartments we have stayed during our 2 months stay in Vietnam. Everything was new, there was also a washing machine and all necessary equipment for cooking. The location is great for those who is looking for calm and no crowded places. There is a beach just in 5 minutes walking and a lot of nice resorts near by. The apartment was extremely clean and the host was very polite and helpful. Only the small issue is the neighbors which love to sing till 9-10pm on weekends, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. It’s just part of their culture.

Very clean room and bathroom with washer and dryer machine. Air is fresh in the room and located in peaceful place. There are local market at one block away just 3 min by walk and local restaurant in front of the apartment. The owner responded me very quickly every time when I send messages that helped me a lot.

Beautiful, brand new apartment with beautiful furnishings. Also a Feb minute walk from both the Marble Mountains and the beautiful beach.

Near marble moutain. Clean, modern and new facilities, have cookware, electric stove, cutlery and washing machine as per booking.

A bit far away from the city centre. However was within walking distance to Marble Mountains which was great.

It was so clean that it looked like new. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Beware that access to beaches in vicinity is blocked by nearby huge hotel chains, so you might need to go further away. Payment in cash is complicated by withdrawal limits in ATMs, but that's just nuisance and not a real problem.

The real level of comfort is higher than you can imagine from the photo: the building, spacious rooms with high ceilings, the equipment and the furniture are new, beautiful,of excellent quality. Excellent soundproofing, internet, security system. Hospitable, caring and helpful hosts. Great place to relax - cultural and historical environment, nature, proximity to the sea, location near luxury resorts, close to Da Nang, convenient for trips to Hoi An and other surroundings (motorbike rental is provided). We will definitely come back and highly recommend to friends. We fully appreciate Moc Son Apartment.
