Most electrical appliances are malfunction ie, hair dryer, tv & remote. The microwave is placed too high and not connected to socket. Loose toilet tap fitting. There is non beverage and toiletry provided.

Need to make some effort to clean n service the airicond n air purifier. They were dusty n almost giving out no air. Aircond also leak. No toilet tissue provided. Highspeed wifi not so high speed. Bed were dusty. Toilet brush was put on the sink toilet. Very dated. Wall clock just display, not working. Large chunk of ice in freezer been a while didnt clean it. Free parking limited. We didnt get it. When msg very late reply. Hope can improve in the future.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025After many times we ask where to park we only got the link from the location no explanation at all. We ask to send us the link and name for the location, but the name outside the building is completely another what they sell to us, it’s not the same, very difficult to find ,then we had on the bill an extra cost from RM 29 for cleaning the apartment after us, but the location sent us two times or three times a message to clean the room and bring the rubbish out, this is very rude !

my baby like to touch all the things and the toilet door dont have knob so my baby can open easily the door. better fix it next time yaa. oh ya the hanging socket beneath the table u need to fix it because its dangerous for baby especially 1 year old below hehe.

The bed is too small. Could not fit 4 of us in a family. I see from the photo one bed for two to sleep but small for fat lady like my sisters. Paid whole night car park $19.00.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024This was my 2nd booking with this company. The room looks like a small house, everything is perfectly equipped. Suitable for small family. There was a refrigerator, stovetop, water purifier, cooking utensils, hairdryer, TV, etc...
There were some weaknesses: No toothbrush provided, only shower cream & shampoo. And this unit has narrow bathroom.

there's no broom at the toilet. we need to sweep the floor when there's water on it.

.. some plate and pot aren't clean properly (oily). The stove got a bit messy (unfortunately). And got a bit leaking at the toilet.. ps: the housekeeper needs to do double check the cleanliness ✅

Booked for four, but only two towels. Flying insects in the bathroom. Only one card to enable the elevator and only one card to enter the apartment. The pool water is cold. Stained sheets, even if apparently clean.

finding the entrance to the building was a little confusing to me as it doesn't have a sign or a front desk and I wasn't aware about the key situation on booking. The booking confirmation said the keys would be left in a lock box and to contact them for the code. So you need to ensure you have a phone that works in Malaysia as there is no free wifi at the entrance. Luckily I did and so was able to contact them but with not much battery on my phone, so be prepared. The communal corridors are not great and dated and so I was worried but once I got in the room I was very pleased. I assumed their would be a reception so it caught me off guard.

We were surprised that this condominium looked like an abandoned project. Looks like there was renovation going on but left uncompleted so we felt unsafe when leaving our room. It would help if the state of the condominium was mentioned so guests would know what to expect. Room was decent-sized, however, aircon was covered with dust. Microwave wasn't plugged in and left on top of the fridge with no power-point.
