The property was clean and the facilities were good. Check in was straight forward.

There was no sunlight the area was very loud and the window windows were not secure meaning we could hear everything outside.

It was Loud, the cars and traffic stops right outside the apartment building at the lights , or race down the street.

The location is close to major attractions. The National Archeological museum is close by and you can get on the hop on hop off bus from there.

Noise pollution - I was in the apartment on the corner at the ground level. There was a lot of noise (cars, motor bikes, traffic, church bells) throughout the day and the night. I could not get a good nights sleep even with ear plugs in.

The apartment was really good and cleaned.

The area, Omonia, can feel a bit unsafe, but nothing will happen to you.

It was in an unsafe area of Athens especially for 2x young girls. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin I had to sleep on a towel. The curtains did not block out light so you had to see every car light. Sanitary bin was not emptied from previous stay and the whole place smelt. We ended up leaving and requested a refund for 1x night which was declined. Couldn’t sit on the couch as white marks and didn’t appear clean

komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo na plus, czysto, porządne ręczniki i pościel. W lokalu pralka, kuchenka, żelazko no cudownie.. jest klima więc cudownie.

Er was weinig wat ons aan de accommodatie beviel, ondanks dat Zoia Living ‘n poging heeft gedaan het toch nog op iets te laten lijken.

Anders dan de mooie foto’s laten zien, is de accommodatie totaal sfeerloos, onafgewerkt, slordig in de voorzieningen, en kozijnen of hang-en sluitwerk is in slechte staat of werkt niet. Dan de ligging, locatie, hoewel Zoia Living hier weinig aan kan doen, is de wijk niet één van de fraaiste buurten.

The room was beautiful and clean.

The street noise, including street cars. Also, people from Athens seemed concerned about our safety when we told them where we staying.

there was a big turn off with the lack of shutters- roller shutters, there were just curtains, which I really didnt like.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto accogliente, dotato di ogni comodità. La stanza era pulita e l’host ci ha lasciato bottigliette di bagno doccia, shampoo e balsamo. La posizione era abbastanza comoda e con i taxi, in 10 minuti abbiamo raggiunto tutti i punti di nostro interesse.

Unico punto un po’ sfavorevole è che essendo situati a piano terra, sentivamo molto i rumori della strada. Anche soltanto uno schiamazzo notturno, si sentiva benissimo all’interno della stanza.

Le logement est très beau, et aussi très propre.

Le logement est très mal isolé niveau bruit. La rue est très passante, et chaque voiture s'entends même la nuit et la fenêtre fermée. Les cloches de l'église d'en face s'entendent comme si la fenêtre était ouverte. Le lit fait aussi énormément de bruit.

I like that it was modern, clean and enough what we needed for the weekend.

There is very little space to put your things for example there is one bathroom and one mirror and every morning my husband and i fought who got ready. Secondly in the room there is not sufficient to places your personal items or charge your items. The accommodation has ehat you need for a weekend however no though has been put jn what a human would need when they stay in a place. The room is very generic.

The appartments are fully refurbished and the bed comfortable!

TV - you need to have the proper greek channels on there otherwise it’s too tedious to be adding all my subscriptions on there + the gym equipment whilst ok you need a few more dumbbells.

Easy check in (with codes) and nice and spacious apartment.

The shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, opening out onto the bedroom...

la camera da letto troppo piccola, senza finestra e il letto era molto rumoroso, odore di scarico del bagno.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die angenehme Atmosphäre, die großzügigen Räume und die tolle Lage. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Athen.

Es gab eigentlich nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Außer dass der Duschkopf locker war !!!

La facilidad para llegar y entrar al piso, la televisión y el Wifi. La cocina bien equipada

Entra mucho ruido de la calle. La ventana de nuestra habitación estaba justo frente a una iglesia y el domingo por la mañana nos despertaron las campanadas a las 7am. Había cosas que no estaban 100% condicionadas: el cabezal superior de la ducha no funcionaba, las indicaciones para el agua caliente no eran claras y el botón para tirar de la cadena se quedaba encallado.

Apartament znajduje się w bezpiecznej i spokojnej okolicy, a dużym plusem jest bliskość metra, dzięki czemu można szybko i wygodnie dostać się do innych części miasta. Apartament jest również bardzo dobrze wyposażony — znajduje się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu.

Niestety drzwi na balkon nie domykały się prawidłowo i dość ciężko było je zamknąć. Dodatkowo w sypialni przez cały czas było słychać dźwięk urządzenia znajdującego się za oknem, co momentami było uciążliwe, szczególnie w nocy.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, buena ubicación de autobuses y metros cerca que te llevan a todas partes. Muy buena bienvenida y fácil acceso de auto check-in.

El ascensor muy pequeño si vas cargado hay que subir de 1 en 1. La zona no parece amigable al principio pero es u a zona bastante segura para la ciudad en la que estamos

The apartment was renovated and clean. Very comfortable and we appreciated the plenty extra amenities offered like the iron machine, the clothing rack and the big closet. Location is close to city center which is convenient if you do not want to use your car.

Our apartment was on the ground floor which made our sleep a bit uneasy at nights. There is a lot of loud noise coming from the vehicles and motorcycles outside and the apartment is not soundproof at all.

El apartamento está bien equipado y está en un lugar tranquilo. El personal estuvo muy atento a todo. Se han portado muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.

Great flat, it's got everything one would need for a shorter or even a longer stay. The self-check-in was extremely easy and the communication with the host also excellent. Would stay here again for sure.

Not a manor issue but the kitchen was lacking some additional items for easier cooking, like a cutting board or a tea towel to dry hands would have been handy

La wifi a fonctionné que le dernier soir du séjour.

Апартаменты просторные, светлые и уютные. На кухне есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить работу менеджеров: коммуникация была великолепной — всегда быстро отвечали на любые вопросы, всё чётко, вежливо и по делу.

К сожалению, впечатление испортили вопросы с чистотой и состоянием сантехники. Пол был недостаточно чистым — после нескольких минут ходьбы босиком ступни становились чёрными. Кроме того, душевая лейка сильно протекала. Для апартаментов такого уровня и за такую стоимость подобные недочёты выглядят недопустимыми. Тем более что замена лейки — это совсем небольшие расходы, которые могли бы значительно улучшить впечатление гостей.

Lage gefährlich Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität Es gibt eine Tür direkt vom Schlafzimmer in zur Feuertreppe, die nicht gut schließt und bei der man alles durchhört. Da kann man ganz einfach einbrechen. In dieser Gegend zu unsicher.

Her şey çok güzeldi, otel çok tatlı bir mahallede. Sahibi çok ilgiliydi, her zaman çok hızlı cevap verdi. Kiliseye bakan çok tatlı bir balkonu vardı, sabah kahvemizin tadını çıkardık. Bir daha gelirsem tekrardan tercih edebilirim.

Tek sorun yatak odasında sadece tek bir prizin bulunmasıydı. O da çok büyük bir sorun değildi

If you need an invoice, don't go there. They claim to send it 15 business days since check-out (which is strange by itself, as any decent hotel gives you the invoice at check-in), and even though I have reminded them time and again, I only received it 20 business days later.

Este alojamiento no es un piso aislado, sino un edificio entero dedicado a apartamentos turísticos en pleno Exarchia. En mi opinión, instalar un negocio de este tipo en un barrio con una oposición tan evidente al turismo masificado es una irresponsabilidad. (El que no conozca la historia del barrio que la busque) Desde que llegas queda claro el rechazo que genera: las fachadas están cubiertas de pintura lanzada contra los apartamentos turísticos y el ambiente transmite una tensión constante. La sensación es que el edificio se ha convertido en un símbolo de un modelo que muchos vecinos consideran perjudicial para el barrio. El propietario debería advertir claramente de este contexto antes de aceptar reservas. En lugar de hacerlo, deja que los huéspedes descubran allí mismo que se encuentran en medio de un conflicto social del que pasan a formar parte sin haber sido informados. Eso hizo que me sintiera profundamente incómodo durante toda la estancia. Incluso hay que evitar abrir las ventanas porque el edificio era un objetivo habitual de las protestas. Independientemente de cómo sea el apartamento por dentro, considero que este no es un lugar adecuado para explotar un edificio completo de alquiler turístico. Me fui con la impresión de que este tipo de negocio solo aumenta el conflicto con los vecinos y no volvería a reservar aquí.

The apartment itself is ok, not as nice as in the picture, bad smell. Unfortunately, the building and the surrounding neighborhood were quite disappointing. The entrance hall had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and the streets around the property were covered in graffiti and felt neglected. While this is obviously beyond the host's control, it had a significant impact on our overall experience and on our first impression of the accommodation. If you're only looking for a functional place to sleep, the apartment does the job.

Μου άρεσε το φυσικό φως που γέμιζε το δωμάτιο + το μπαλκόνι του! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική + στο υπόγειο υπάρχει ένας χώρος με μηχανήματα γυμναστικής που μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις όποτε θες μέσα στην ημέρα χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.

Πριν επισκεφθώ το κατάλυμα ζήτησα αν μπορώ να έχω μία επιπλέον θήκη για πάγο στην κατάψυξη + μου είπαν ότι αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό γιατί το κατάλυμα δεν [παρέχει κάτι τέτοιο. Εγώ το ζήτησα εις γνώσιν μου μιας + γνώριζα ότι συνήθως υπάρχει μία θήκη με παγάκια στην κατάψυξη γιατί το κατάλυμα το έχω επισκεφθεί + άλλες φορές στο παρελθόν, απλά έμενα σε άλλα δωμάτια. Το μπάνιο από την πρώτη στιγμή μύριζε πολύ άσχημα, σα να υπήρξε κάποιο θέμα με τις σωληνώσεις ή την αποχέτευση. Άφησα το νερό να τρέξει, τοποθέτησα το αρωματικό χώρου που υπήρχε στην τραπεζαρία στο μπάνιο μήπως + βοηθήσει, αλλά το πρόβλημα παρέμεινε. Ενημέρωσα τους υπεύθυνους, έστειλαν έναν τεχνικό άμεσα, είδε ότι τα σιφώνια ήταν καθαρά + μου είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι άλλο. Ζήτησα πολύ ευγενικά από την υπεύθυνη αν θα μπορούσα να έχω έστω ένα απορρυπαντικό για να καλύψω τη μυρωδιά που πια είχε εξαπλωθεί σε όλο το διαμέρισμα + μου είπε ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν ήταν εφικτό γιατί δεν μπορούν να γνωρίζουν τι γίνεται με τις αλλεργίες του καθενός. Με έφερε σε αμηχανία που χρειαζόταν να εξηγώ ότι το διαμέρισμα μύριζε άσχημα + να προσπαθώ μόνη μου λύση σε ένα κατάλυμα που είχα πάει για 3 μέρες. Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε παράθυρο, ούτε αεραγωγός. Τέλος, αρχές Ιουνίου με 30 βαθμούς κελσίου στην Αθήνα θα ήταν προτιμότερο να υπάρχει ένα εφεδρικό σεντόνι για να μπορεί κάποιος να σκεπαστεί + όχι η μόνη επιλογή του να είναι να σκεπαστεί με το πάπλωμα το χειμωνιάτικο.

Yatakların değişmesi gerekli.Konumu nedeniyle hareketli bir sokakta.Sabahları araç gürültüsü fazla ama bizim için hijyen öncelikli olduğu için problem olmadı.

L’appartement n’est pas du tout isolé. Il est impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de la rue. Nous avons demandé de changer d’appartement et cela a été refusé. Notre demande n’a semblé aucunement être prise en compte.

The bed was super uncomfortable, with mattress going down in the middle and very uncomfortable cheap pillows.

Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, dobrze urządzone- zawierało wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Kontakt z personelem też super - drobna usterka, która nam się zdarzyła podczas pobytu została rozwiązana od ręki. Okolica na pierwszy rzut oka może budzić różne uczucia z uwagi na wszędobylskie graffiti na budynkach, ale nie widzieliśmy żadnych "podejrzanych" osób i po 2 dniach czuliśmy się już komfortowo. Tymbardziej, że w zasięgu 5 min spaceru jest spory market, metro i dużo restauracji i kawiarni.

Beliggenheden var god. Tæt på centrum. Fine indkøbsmuligheder. Spændende nabolag. Lejligheden var stor med to altaner og en god rumfordeling. Der var også rent og pænt.

Der er meget trafikstøj fra gaden, især i weekenden, og det kan høres meget tydeligt i lejligheden, fordi vinduerne er tynde. Vi købte nogle gode ørepropper og de holdt støjen fint ude, når vi skulle sove.

Σχετικά με τους κωδικούς εισόδου + τα κλειδιά ήταν όλα πολύ εύκολα + η επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλή επίσης. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο + φωτεινό. Η διακόσμηση ήταν λιτή, αλλά είχε χαρακτήρα + μου άρεσε πολύ. Παρόλο που το κατάλυμα είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο είχε σχετική ησυχία μπορώ να πω. Ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό για μένα που στο υπόγειο του καταλύματος υπήρχε γυμναστήριο (χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση, σχετικά basic εξοπλισμός, αλλά αρκούσε) + μπόρεσα + έκανα τις προπονήσεις μου τις μέρες που ήμουν εκεί. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό + πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

Iglesia directamente delante de la casa. A las 8:15 parece que tienes la campana en el dormitorio. Es increíble!
