Reviewed Apr 23, 2025Youssef, Mario and the lady housekeeper (sorry, forgot her name) were really courteous, helpful and very responsive when needed. The apartment was fully furnished to a very good standard, squeaky clean bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (utensils, cutlery microwave etc.) Bedrooms were clean and the place was generally airy and pleasant. As for the location, it's a stone's throw from the famous City Stars Mall with all that it offers in terms of dinning, shopping and children's entertainments. Local supermarkets and other amenities all close by. Oh! and I must not forget to mention; there is a laundry on the ground floor which does same-day cleaning and ironing services which was handy.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024The flat is very beautiful and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he was on the phone with us every step and spoke to our uber driver. He worked with us for a very early checkout. Excellent overall. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024The location is close to citystar shopping mall, so it's convient for traveller to buy souvenirs there. And it's 15 minutes from airport if you go by car. The apartment is very clean. It's the cleanest accommodation I booked in Egypt. There are 3 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds and two with double bed. The microwave oven is good for use.
The airport transport is a mess... The taxi drivers requested high price for 15 minute's ride.
