R and W Transient House in Baguio

The property was clean, good location and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. It met all of my expectation, My family was happy and satisfied.

The heater upstairs was not working.

The place is clean and it feels like home. The host is very hospitable and definitely well booked this place again

I like everything in this property. Sobrang linis, bango, spacious, lahat na hehe kasi feel at home talaga. Kumpleto pa sa gamit and everything na need mo. Lalo na kung gusto mo ng city lights view sa gabi, the best talaga! 2 pa comfort room kaya good for group or family. Accessible din sa galaan

Medyo mahina lang yung water sa kitchen but may malaking dram of water naman, so all good pa rin.

During our stay here, the hosts were already there to greet us on our arrival and guide us through, everything was satisfactory, hosts were very generous too. The place is homey and comfortable.

The parking space is a bit small for bigger vehicles

It's a three-story building, with the booking applicable only to the second and third floors. The second and third floors collectively house five rooms, each capable of accommodating two persons. While conveniently situated near the center, the location is not within walking distance to popular spots like Burnham, making it more suitable for individuals with private transportation. The property comes fully furnished, allowing guests to purchase frozen goods and prepare meals. Amenities include a TV and Wi-Fi, with a reliable connection available on the second floor but not reaching some rooms on the third floor. Due to Baguio's mountainous terrain, accessing the location involves navigating a challenging, steep road. The site is recommended for small cars, as the entrance to the parking area is designed to accommodate vehicles of smaller size.

I'm uncertain about the water tank refill schedule; however, we experienced a water shortage during the last two days of our stay. Fortunately, the owner promptly delivered drums of water for our use.
